Had my first dip powder manicure today 😊 my tech was a lovely, chatty gal called Kira and she did a great job

I absolutely love my nails! Kim is amazing at her job, she was very professional and had a great attitude even though I was so indecisive. The whole atmosphere of the salon was so welcoming. I recommend this salon to any and everybody. They definitely made me a regular customer. Thank you again so much!

I absolutely love this place. I went for the first time and the first time getting SNS French Manicure. Had a little wait but thats because they are so good and they were busy. My pictures dont do my nails justice, I love them. The staff was very friendly and polite. I was checking them out for my upcoming wedding in Aug and we all will be back to get our nails done for my wedding.

Not only terrible job on the acrylic nails themselves, very thick and uneven, but the lady absolutely destroyed my natural nail. Cut the cuticle on my thumb that caused bleeding on site, which she did not care for nor clean with safe practices, and caused a vertical split to occur in a cuticle the next day. Will never go back!

My husband and I got the $35 pedicures and was expecting more massaging than the regular pedicures. We made appointments and still ended up sitting waiting for service. Our services didn’t last 45 minutes and were disappointing.

My nails have been done 2 days and the polish has come off of two and one has broken!!! This is supposed to be gel polish!! Now I’m sitting here at a 1pm repair appointment and it’s been 40 mins and no service

This place put me in the hospital. I went to them the evening of my wedding anniversary and the next morning I had to go to the hospital because of the sheer pain, swelling an green pus coming out from my nailbed. My husband had holes in his feet where the tech had tried to carve too much of his callas out of his heels. Never in my life will I EVER go back to any Citi nails. Talked to the nurse and doc about it and they said that for me to get an infection that fast they would have had to not cleaned their tools and used dirty tools to do our pedicures.

Tina is my Girl ! But over all great customer service from everyone there.

Not sure what happened. Used to love this place.... went in for a pedicure a few days ago and left bleeding in multiple places, skin was scrubbed off of several toes and was left raw and burning, and had a few blisters from how hot the water was. The person that did my pedicure was too distracted by other things to properly do her job. She was not very professional and when I clearly expressed that she was hurting me and drawing blood, she dismissed it. I felt like I was ignored....

Like always it was relaxing and great.The hot rocks the warm towels.The price is great for all of those things.

They do a fabulous job on nails and pedicures eyebrow waxing as well

Came here with my mom just for our gel polish and my acrylic to start cracking off in less than 2 days and paid about $180 for it so yes we was really disappointed in this place especially when they was so nice.

The ONLY place I go to anymore! Absolutely love them! They do an amazing job with designs! Today they did my nails for my wedding and I have no complaints! You want a great place to go at an affordable price this is your place!

I love coming here and letting Donna do my nails, eyebrows, and pedicure. She is the best. They are really nice, and the place is clean.

I took my 4 year old daughter to get her nails painted like mommy does and they charged me $22 for the gel polish to last 3 days and start peeling. I wont be taking her back in.

I just got my nails done there and they did amazing and it on took like 1 hour so not bad but I love this place

I love Citi Nails & Spa. They always have time for me and they are always very polite. Also the work they do on my nails is always fantastic. And I absolutely love getting a pedicure done. They are sensational.

Went into location. And was not quoted price till Joe nails were applied. Pricing did not reflect what was on their menu. Asked for an explanation and was said because they were longer. But nothing set it on signs. Overpriced and a rip off. If you don’t want to get ripped off don’t go there find another nail salon!!!

They are very pushy and you know what you want since your an adult . They tell you what they think they want to do .

I went in for a full set of acrylic with gel polish. I was at station 4 with Kim. She is VERY new to doing nails. Do not recommend! My nails came out VERY uneven. Asked for coffin, did not come out right. Gel polish they use is very cheap. One nail broke at nothing, others have lifting. Very, very poor service. Nail tech didnt speak good English, also had an attitude! Drove over an hour to get there because I had heard good things. But NEVER again!

When I went to cities I went because the ratings where very good but when I went inside nobody ever acknowledged me and other white women would come in after me right there name down and sit down for like 15 mins then they would motion for them to come back and get whatever service they wanted. I asked the nail tech why I havent been waited on and she was like bc everybody made an appointment so I would have to wait 3 more hours until someone could see me. As I was walking out another white lady was walking in and I asked her did she make an appointment and she said no. They called her back as soon as she wrote her name down. At this nail salon they dont really like ppl of dark skin color.

Every since we bought our Lake house down here so when we came to visit my Momma’s family we’d have our own place to stay! Anywho my cousin turned me on to this place 😉 THEY’RE THE BEST AROUND ( u want me to say it again for the 1’s in the back lol) Because I’ve went to some pretty terrible nail techs in Lexington, NC! Beware!!!!! Went last week and will never go back! Nail tech did a poor job all around. I went in for a full acrylic set. Nails uneven and polish on my skin and she kept cutting into my skin with the file causing me to bleed. The files they use are dirty. I washed my hands in steaming hot water with soap and then used alcohol on my cuts when I got home. I’m praying I do not get an infection. I Almost forgot to mention the tech also got an attitude when I told her I wanted my nails filed on the edges. Disgusted and aggravated with the service. Not to mention they went up on their prices.

I absolutely love coming here! Everybody is so friendly. Today Staff in here did my nails, he did a fantastic job. I actually let him choose my color... theyre are so many options! I go every 3 weeks to have my nails done. I Highly recommend this place! I love it! Prices are great, quality is great, people are great!

This was a first time visit for me here yesterday and I got a gel manicure and gel pedicure and the next day the polish is already coming off! Will definitely not be coming back here again! Don’t waste your time or money!

Went in to get my nails done a dark gray and the lady who did my nails refused to let me just get one color. She kept pushing me to get my ring fingers a sparkly color. She also made all of my cuticles bleed after I told her that they are sensitive. I said i just wanted the gray on all nails and she said “no that looks bad”. I don’t recommend coming here.

The first time I went, my spa water was nice and hot, my nails and eyebrows looked great... however, I went in yesterday, and had an extremely disappointing experience! I don’t mind the wait... my spa water is cold at best lukewarm and i asked a few times for it to be warmer, it never happened... Lily didn’t understand sport cut (I asked for a little longer than sport cut). I was at station 11, when I got up wash my hands, she then left me sitting, without asking (last time I was asked if it was ok and I was because they asked) while she did someone else’s eyebrows who had just walked in.... I had to ask her to smooth the sharp edges of my nails, I have never been to get my nails done and have to give such critical instructions to a “Professional” and I fix my eyebrows when I got home... because there were still hairs on the part she supposedly waxed... nothing but disappointment...

I never thought Id be getting a pedicure but this was a great experience. A friend wanted to get her nails done and I thought eh why not. I love supporting black owned businesses so this place was on the top of my list. The owner is very friendly and the staff have some good skills. Ill be back for the spa.

Love Citi Nails! Been coming here for 2 years. They feel like family. So nice, friendly, and do great work. Havent had a bad experience here. Ive broken 2 nails and they even fixed them for free!!!

Had a shellac mani/pedi here. Great service and lovely staff. Many colors to choose from. And it wasnt a problem for them to fix one of my nails that had chipped after a couple of days.

My wife went here today and was extremely disappointed with her experience. So am I because Ill have to pay again to get her toes and nails fixed. I must say I think I could have done a better job than they did and it took 2.5 hours.

I don’t go very much because I’m on a fixed income but when I worked I went every 2 weeks. Very comfortable and inviting atmosphere. I feel at home there!

I came back after a while of getting my eyebrows threaded some where else. I just thought I should give them another chance since another time I had my eyebrows done bad. Well I went again and my eyebrows are completely horrible. I usually have arches on both and they took it off in one. So no now I look surprised! I didn’t quite see it when she finished since you can barely open your eyes from all the wax numbing. I realized exactly when I checked my eyebrows in my car. I will not be coming back at all! I can’t believe she let me go like that.

Horrible. I had an older lady, honestly she looked Caucasian but through her accent I could tell she was of Asian decent. I was fine with her not talking much, but she became rude when they didn’t have my color and when I asked to look at other ones she literally said “Oh my god.” Wow, how unprofessional. She kept pushing this one color on me because she said it was the same, but I didn’t like it. I will never waste my time or money on this place. I use to go here all the time, done with that now. I almost walked out and I did not leave a tip (something I never do as I was a waitress). If you like to be respected do NOT go here. I did not pay money to deal with attitude today.

They do amazing, but they do not sanitize anything, and they use cheap products. My acrylics started turning yellow after my last fill in where she charged me $25. Ridiculous.

I think my nail tech was Lilly, she was great. Took her time to make sure my nails and toes were perfect!

I paid $27 for a fill in, my friend paid $30 for a full set. I was only missing 2 of my nail extensions, I asked for a coffin shape and it was more of an oval shape when the lady finished. The nails she put on was too small to cover my actual nail. She didnt grab my keys when she told me to go sit under the dryer, she also didnt turn on the dryer. I complained when I was paying and there wasnt even an offer to fix them or reduce my price. I will not be coming back, most of the workers seem like they have no experience working with nails.

I came here a few times and I dont think I was like very well😱 If they messed up my nails I would come back and ask them to fix it, their are some that do a great job. And if the mess up your nail just come back and tell them.

Less then 1 star my daughter came in to get her nails done and they wouldnt fix their mess up and when she tried to talk to her friend she bright with her the lady told her not to talk and the lady doing her friends nails smacked her hand and told her not to talk. What kinda place is that ? A nail salon or a library....

It was ok took 1 1/2 hours and 2 days later one of my nails fell off 😞 and being not from around there couldnt go back to get it fixed. The women was very nice who did my nails though and readonable price

I got my nails done there with SNS and it started chipping in a matter of days on all of my nails. I went back to tell them what happened and that it needs to be redone and they said they would fix it for me. So I was under the impression that they would fix it for free because that’s what any place with good customer service would do. After they “fixed it,” they made me pay the full price for another SNS manicure.

They did my nails beautifully. Will definitely be goinf back again.

Worst nail salon I’ve ever went to 😒my nails are different shaped and I told the lady.And they charge for everything.they wanted to charge me $5 just to change the shape and she didn’t even ask me want shape I wanted and the color was not right either🤮

Very rude, stood at the door for awhile, no one would speak to me. But just looked. Then finally I said, hello. And they told me that they were closing early. No note on the door.

These people are very dirty. Michele did my pedicure, she was using a used sirty file on my toes and i politely asked her to change it for a new file because i had gotten a fungus from a nail shoo before and had to take medicine for it. So i asked her to please change it. She gave me an evil smile and an whent to the back. Came back and used a file that had stuff on it as if been used before so i dont know if it was the same, i told here that that file looked dirty too and she said no more as if i have no more file or something and then she totally ignore me during the rest of my pedicure speaking Vietnamese to one of hee coworkers as if i didnt exist. I felt terrible the whole time
