Had gel on my toes. Instead of soaking it off, she peeled it off totally destroying my toenails. Then painted over it and it was uneven and brighter in some spots and it looked terrible. Currently at a different place fixing the mistake. I wont be coming back. Ill drive 30 minutes before going back. Only giving 2 stars bc my husband and son enjoyed their pedicures

The girls there are super nice friendly and professional

I had an appointment with Thida and I was very impressed as soon as I walked in. Everyone is very friendly . I had a manicure with SNS with tips and pedicure, and eye brow waxing . I expressed to her what I wanted done with my eye brows and she took her time and it came out better than expected.My manicure and pedicure were perfect . She really took her time shaping my nail and when doing the sns I decided to change the color and she made it no problem at all. I’ve had the sns done at many shops local to me and all have rushed through it and I left this salon feeling so pampered . Will definitely be going here more.Please make your appointments with Thida she is wonderful!

They take their time and you never feel rushed. SNS nails are never bumpy or lumpy. Wide color range. Pedicures are amazing! Chocolate or tangerine pedicure smells edible!

I went and got my nails polished one Saturday afternoon. The next day the polish was peeling off. So I nicely went back the and showed them and one of the ladies rudely replied, its because I got cheep nail polish. And then had the audacity to say I will polish them again if you pay me again. Two words. NEVER AGAIN !!!!

I’ve been to many nail salons across NC and this is by far the best I’ve been too. Customer service is beyond excellent and the salon is very well kept. The workers there are professionals at what they do and there work speaks for themselves. Highly recommended!!

Awesome and very pleasant

It was very clean and organized. The staff were friendly and I appreciate my technician making suggestions on what would look good on my nails. It was one of the best jobs ever done on my nails. I have been to almost every salon in Lexington that does SNS and this was the most professional job yet.

This is Susie writing this review. I was a walk-in last week after we arrived in town the previous day. I was greeted promptly and after inquiring if they did dipping powder, was taken back for my pedicure. I can honestly say it was one of the best and most relaxing I have ever had. The massage chairs hit all your back. The technician was very thorough, and when I told her I am prone to ingrown toenails she carefully, and with no pain, cleaned out the canals. I had a lavendar pedicure and not only did my legs get a good massage, she used hot Stones and hot towels . She was very precise about applying the polish . A different technician did the manicure. She made certain I liked the length and shape of my nails, carefully applied the dipping powder, and made sure they were perfect . She massaged my hands and arms and it was fantastic. The cost was about the average that I pay around the country. (We live in a RV and travel). I can highly recommend NaNa Nails and I wish they were every place I travel. I will certainly use them again the next time we are in Lexington. Congratulations to you for providing quality service. I wish your staff had name tags so I could mention them specifically. 😊

The place it-self is beautiful; nice floors, very open environment. The workers are very attentive and kind. The wax treatment is so relaxing. Love coming here!

Waited in the lobby for 2 hours before a woman told me that the acrylic nail tech wasn’t available and the young lady that is a receptionist is completely clueless on what to educate customers

I made a 10:30 am appointment for myself and my friend. Our pedicures were done separately I was finished before they started my friends pedicure. The lady that did mine flew through it. She barely filed my nails the polish shows it. There is still skin around my nails that should have been removed and she didn’t even rub one of my legs with the stones. She quickly finished so she could stand around and chit chat. I’ve never been so disappointed over the service then I was today.

I absolutely suggest making an appointment because they stay busy. But its because they are so good. Only negative is make sure they dont get in a rush and miss something. I wont go any where else for nail service

Went a few times but they never were on time for appointments!! I would have to just sit there and eventually the technician would come wandering in...... No apology ever!!! My time is important too, and I will never again fork out my money to them.Also, when I got the SNS nails, she would always act like I needed a new set.......every time!! I know that is not the case.... She just wanted to charge more. My cost was NEVER what was posted. She always had some reason to rationalize the extra cost. Totally dishonest.IF I COULD RATE AS ZERO STARS, I WOULD!!!!

The wait is rediculous every time, and theres NEVER anyone there that can do acrylic nails.they basically only know how to do SNS only.need more technicians.awsome people though.make me feel comfortable unless theirs more than 4 customers, then they do a rush job.but great environment and super friendly, and courteous ladies.

I’m so mad that I go into this salon for me and my mom to get our nails done and before we sat down to wait I asked that lady how much would it be to get sns, tip, and to get them shaped and she said $35 and that is about how much other places charge too. But after she finished she charged $50 for exactly what she said would be $35 and also to mention she did a terrible job. It is very sad that there is only one or two good people that know what they r doing at a nail salon.

Best nail shop hands down! SNS has a natural look! Will be going back! They dont use alot of SNS, its just right! The nails are not to thick and they take their time with your nails. I saw some reviews that have me the idea that they dont treat African Americans right, but they show me the up most respect and Ive been back since my first set of nails.

Nice place. Pricey with cheap wine. Best to have an appointment or chances are youll be waiting a while.

The ladies who work there are so nice, facility is really clean, services I have received were great, ladies wear white lab coats and look /act professional, they use plastic liners in the pedicure bowls. I highly recommend Nana Nails.

Probably dont come here unless you have 3 hours to spare, the nails are nice but its really not worth the wait. And last time we came all of the workers told us that they couldnt do our nails because we wanted acrylics and everyone had to do sns, so we had to wait 3 hours then, now were having to wait because no one can do the sns, I wont be coming back, we came here because its closer and we were trying to save time, next time Ill make the trip to Clemmons and be out in an hour.

Got my nails done there we could go today already have had to glue to back on have had the worst comments about my nails they have bumps all over them and scratches on top I had to continuously tear to her To fix certain things when I was getting them done and I finally just had enough and just laughed when she was done I called today to try to get my money back they won’t give your money back they won’t even fix the polish they just fix what’s wrong with the nails they’re all scraggly on the side that I don’t recommend this place at all
