Clean and inviting environment. Staff was friendly. We will be back! Well priced and they didnt make us wait long. Massage chairs were amazing! We got 3 deluxe pedicures and were in and out in under an hour and a half! My husband, step daughter and I. My husband is always hesitant about pedicures and he was in awe of the results of the service. Thank you friendly staff of USA nail!

I’ve been coming here for over a year now. Staff is friendly, place is very clean and they always do a nice job on my nails/pedicures. I get the dip for my nails and gel polish which lasts me 3 weeks before I go back for a fill. Sometimes I get nail art also. I always receive compliments and am questioned where I get my nails done.

I visited USA nail for the eye brow shading but since I was going there I decided to get full service. My daughter went the week prior and I loved the service she received. Unfortunately, for me it was different. I arrived at 2pm on July 10, 2021 and was there until 4p. I told the lady at the first station full set, pedicure, I pointed at my eye brow and she said eyebrow shading. I said yes, I was there for two hours only for her to tell me she didn’t have time to do my shading that she thought I wanted eyebrow wax. She also asked could I come back on Tuesday ( after I told her my bday was Tuesday)The people that she was serving arrived a hour after I arrived. I’m only giving USA Nails 3 stars because the older gentleman serving me treated me good and did a wonderful job with my full set and pedicure. However, time management is important when servicing the public and it’s important to treat people equally. The lady that walked in just before me was a regular who received dual treatment and was gone 30-45 minutes before me. I spent 132.00 which is a little cheaper that my normalnail shop. However, the customer service is better. Everyone istreated equally at Blush Nails! Update: Went back to give this business another try. This shop is less expensive and have less customers than my normal location. I am not really understanding The owner attitude towards me. Anyways, I didn’t get what I asked for. I thought maybe because I had a late appointment but Belle took two other clients behind me. Then, I had to wait while she did a full mani on a person that came after me and offer them drinks but failed to offer me any. I’m done at this point.

I love getting my nails done at USA! I was worried for the first time come here cause they have new owners. Then I got my designed nails were done by Bella and they look amazing! Every time I go in to get my nails done there super awesome about bouncing off ideas for cute nails ideas! The price is reasonable for high quality they do! I Love this place. Rude… closed within 35-45 mins & couldn’t even do a pedicure or polish… well then enough workers who were available..

Owner was nice and polite. Also, at the end of my visit, she restated that if I did not like them, to come back and she would fix them for me. I got a manicure and pedicure with gel polish. Price: $85. I tipped $15 for her time. I paid a total of $100. The pictures of my nails are from the day after they were done. The more I looked at them, the more disappointed I became. My coworker thought I had acrylic nails because they were so thick. My middle and ring finger were sore from one nail being filed so close to the bed and the other from my cuticle being overclipped. I ended up going to have them redone later that afternoon at a different salon for fear of further disappointment. The polish came off in sheets. The picture of my pedicure was taken exactly 5 days after I had them done and they too, had started peeling off in sheets. I hate to leave such a bad review but I want to make people aware of the risk they take when spending that much money.

I can’t express how much i am happy. I had Bella and she was absolutely amazing. She did exactly what I wanted . I like the shape very sharp and natural looking as possible. She helped me find the colors which is match with the designs. She is very talent for the nails art. Whatever you ask and she can does even better. She also does really good lashes.If you’re looking for a new nails place what you can ask any kind of the designs. Here they are! Bella is new manager here 2 months ago I think. Since i got her, I haven’t wanted to come with anybody else. She is the best in Lexington. I also got a pedicure and the lady did excellent job on my feet. Very nice, clean and professional. I highy recommend

They spent time and making sure you are happy before get out of the shop. Love the atmosphere and music so relaxing. 10/10 for them

Always have a great experience here. Super clean and conscientious workers. You walk in and everyone is friendly and professional and they make sure youre comfortable and have everything you need. Their work is diligent with the pedis and manis no matter who you get, it is consistent each and every time. Definitely would recommend for an excellent pedicure or manicure experience, theyre always on point!

Had nails dipped and doesnt cover all of nail on sides of some. Its has humps on the nails from uneven application. Would get up from my service to start other people and took so long my mom was done way before me and had to wait. Very unprofessional. She heard me mention Blush Nails and didnt care for it..m

Not enough staff to meet demand. My daughter made us a appointment and she had to wait over one hour to even be acknowledged!!! The took all other walk ins that came in after us ahead of her. After a hour I spoke up to bring the unfairness to their attention.They do not get a good recommendation . Actually I received better service at Beautiful nail next to Eggs up Grill in Lexington.Linda

Gorgeous place. Nice staff. I got the VOESH Pedicure and i loved the massage, special for my heels, they treated me by the Colagen Socks( included with the pedicure) . My heels feel so soft and smooth after i got a pedicure. I also got my nails done Fullset with Lee and he did fantastic job. Beautiful place and beautiful people. Very clean and friendly. I would highly recommend.

I asked for something every simple and the person I had did what he wanted to get the job done faster...... then when he was done i had sloppy looking nails, then charged me almost $100 .....the nails I got are not even worth $30Save your money and go somewhere else because this place is not worth it.....I’ve been to MANY nail salons and I am very honest when writing a review..

Myself and my niece just recently went here. It has a “new manager right now, Bella.” She was very rude. I showed her a picture of the type nails I wanted. She began filing Vigorously on each side of my nail. I told her that was not the way I wanted them and her answer was that is what everyone wants that comes to her. So Bella’s husband was doing my nieces and she said he could do mine over because he did the type nails I like. This was the WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD THERE. I have been going to the owner Charlie, who is out for a while, for over 2 years. She is Wonderful!! Crystal also did my nails one time and she was good. But she only works weekends. STAY AWAY from BELLA!!!!!

I came in around closing really needing to get my nails done! Charlie took me in and stayed over time making sure I had it done and I cant say thank you enough. She did such a wonderful job!

Ever since the change in ownership and remodeling, the place is amazing! Top notch. I was skeptical at first but now it is my number one spot to go get my nails done.

Got my nails did. The lady that worked on me was super nice. She said I was hansom man. She up sold me on The acrylic nails. After that she told me that I needed to get my feet done that they were looking very rough I had on rainbow flipflops. She was working on my feet for a very long time and Was rubbing my feet till my toes curled. Then the hair on the back of my neck started to raise up when she was massaging my toes. After she got done with my feet she told me I needed to get rid of My uni brow so she up sold me on a waxing.

I went in simply for a gel fill in. I originally came in with coffin shape & left with some sort of square shape. The fill in was poor job. Not smoothed out, bumps and grooves throughout the nails . From Far away they would look good but this was simply to the eye, not a good job. Gel polish was just put on any type of way to cover the nail, no structure or going against grain technique whatsoever. I was simply riding around searching for a nail salon to attend on the regular and this will not be one of them.

The $50 Mani package is SO worth it. My legs/feet feel so nice. The massage chairs were amazing.

I love this place, they always do a fantastic job. They dont over charge like a lot of other places do, theyre respectful and patient, which is a must for me because I have health issues and it makes it difficult for me to keep my hand open for long periods of time.

People were nice but I feel like I paid 2 much for what got. My naild are short like a child and she didnt push the side of my nails, for the $45 I paid I could have gotten better work, previous time i paid $20 for a polish ONLY! SEEMS RIDICULOUS PROBABLY WILL NOT RETURN

Guy started pedicure then stopped to go back and eat a sandwhich then came back finally did some more stopped an just walked up front then the guy doing my friends had to finish mine. my manicure wasnt as good as other places either.

Not impressed at all. I paid for the $40 pedicure (upgrade from the $30 basic) and the grater type tool was not used. He stated to get my heels smooth I would need the $50 pedicure. My heels were not bad, I suppose I was just used to other salons doing it. My nail art literally looked like a bottle of polish had been spilled all over my toenail.

I really love this salon! I don’t get a chance to get my nails done often but they always fit me in very quickly and do a great job! The manicure lasts for a really long time (and I work with my hands a lot so that’s saying something!) they are always kind and fun to talk with! The other bad reviews definitely don’t reflect this salon! I highly recommend them!!

Would have given 5 but she couldnt do the 3d flowers because she had appointment but other then that is was fine.

Cyndi and her team are attentive amd professional! The shop is always clean and they really help you relax during your service. Cyndi is a pro at SNS dip powder manicures. I highly recommend the deluxe pedicure with collagen treatment for dry heels. It really works!

Ive had my nails done twice here and one gentleman does excellent but when the younger gentleman done my nails I didnt like them and he insisted the looked good and I hated them. I just paid and left. Need to post business hours and answer the phone. All the calls are not bill collectors as you stated when the phone rang off the hook while i was there.

Clean, cleanest around. Did not rush my services, very attentive and I got exactly what I wanted.

I do not recommend coming in here. They’re rude and don’t care about their customers, I got my nails done twice I wasn’t crazy about it the first time but I went back for a filling because it was near where I’m moving so I figured I’d establish a nail place that I can go to when I move to the neighborhood. The second filling looked ok but literally 2 days later the $20 gel polish started chipping on all of my fingers. I went in to get a color change and she told me I had to wait 35 minutes so I asked if anyone can do it, and she literally asks the guy next to her in Vietnamese and tells me to my face that he didn’t want to do it. They rush through the pedicures that they charge $35 for and it’s just horrible I would never go back in there..OH AND BY THE WAY SHE WAS CLIPPING HER TOE NAILS WHILE ALL OF THIS WAS HAPPENING AND THE CUSTOMER WAS SITTING IN HER CHAIR WITH ALUMINUM WRAPS ON HER FINGERS... yeah you wouldn’t be touching my hands after that without washing them.

Came here for a pedicure while visiting a family member because they were open on Sunday and saw some good reviews. Disappointed because they dont use the cheese grater looking tool like they do in NC where Im from and charge $30 for a basic pedicure. ($25 for basic where I usually go). Disappointed because the cuticle removal was well below par. Maybe the tech was new and nervous. Maybe my expectations were high, but after leaving there, I felt like I could have just gotten a bottle nail polish and done it myself for a few dollars.

Nice nails. Not always the friendliest. Owner has issues with inconsistent pricing across the board. Watch out.

Im sorry i did not know that telling the nail tech how you like your nails done was being picky, I was never rude or mean to anyone in there and if your employee quit over a redo than it shows a lot about his job, maybe it was because it wasnt even his fault it was the nasty gritty nail polish he used because even after you tried to redo them we still had to use a different polish and even after that i still tipped him and you!! You have a 3.6 Rating for a reason, the problem with most of you nail shops is that you think people have to waste their hard earned money on what YOU think is a good job and no one is entitled to an opinion. A friend got a pedicure there and hated it, maybe she was picky too.. If I came back a week later for a polish change that also says alot about the job that was done, there was a lady sitting doing nothing and another guy in the back doing nothing!!! The place was empty!!! Im glad that happened because I gladly found a better place that I love how they did my nails and actually waited 30 minutes because they were actually BUSY!! Not making me wait 40 minutes with 2 people sitting there doing nothing! You wont take my money anymore.

I wouldnt go back even if they were the only nail salon around. I went because I was desperate the day after Thanksgiving and they were the only ones open. They were EXTREMELY rude and insulted my friend and they overcharged both me and her. They were very rough, they even made a spot on my foot bleed along with my nail bed not to mention they didnt even manicure my nails despite how expensive it was.

I do not go anywhere else but here.
