Pedicure went okay. Callouses werent filed smooth. Nails turned out awful. I was even seated outside while they tried to do the design. Wasted almost three hours. I dont recommend them. Bad customer service l. I had made an appointment. They were busy with walk-ins so they rushed through my acrylics and made them thick bumpy and uneven..

Went there this past Friday to celebrate my birthday with a couple of girlfriends. Not only did I set an appointment but they didnt set us till at least 40 minutes later even well after we had all chosen our colors. I had asked for gel and now here I am nails chipped and color peeling off. This is not what I asked for and Im really disappointed. It did not help that even though we were sat late that they still rushed us.

I was going to blush consistently for about a year. Unfortunately I was never told that different nail techs charge different prices than whats listed. With that being said I was overcharged multiple times. Appointments also mean nothing. You will still wait behind the walk-ins for up to an hour. The professionalism is severely lacking. I waited so long with my feet in COLD water one day that my toes were pruny - because they prioritized a group of highschool girls that were hanging out with the employees. An appointment from a regular high paying customer shouldnt come second to that. The owner, Michelle, wrote $5 off on a napkin that she didnt even honor when I tried to use it. Last but not least - those high school girls definitely shouldnt be served excessive amounts of wine BEING UNDER AGE.

Im very impressed. Michelle the owner is very involved and is the sweetest. So glad Tracy and I went. Looking forward to our next trip for girls day.

I was a walk in on a Friday afternoon for my first ever eyebrow wax. I was in and out in no time. The lady did a great job. She was super friendly also.

Took my 5 year old and fiance yesterday for pedicures! Called around to maybe 10 or more stores in Columbia, was hopeful because I was told prices 30 for adult 20 to 25 child even though shes five I explained she really dont have nails if any small nails but needed dry skin on her little feet worked on, after we left bank card was charged 80 at least 7 was towards tip but I was over charged made and lied for me to come in and not what I was expecting my daughters colors were smudged she was rushed without drying by the time she cale home, will re think where we go just moved to this side of town and its closest but I will go out my way so I will not be lied to about pricing ever again, my daughters color was smeared on multiple toes and her skin was not worked on on bottom of feet looked simar to what her feet were like when and before I took her

Absolutely the worst customer service. They are rude and think it is okay to talk about you in front of you. Had a nail fixed and when I was asked where I had my nails done, I told them at their salon by the lady behind the nail tech. Nail tech stop and told me the other lady would be taking care of me. Then wrong color was selected and I was told it was my fault - that they cannot remember every color. ( I understand this - but I am the paying customer and it should have been handled differently.) This is not the first bad experience I have had with Blush Nails but it will be the last.

Went to get my nails done with my daughter. She got a coffin shape full set and I just got gel polish. That is all. No designs. No glitter. Not even more than one color. Just simple polish that is all. Do you see this brochure? It was sitting on the shelf right as you walk in and shows the prices. When we went to check out, they charged $90. It should have been $75. The manager was unable to answer my question directly. She just said that they would guarantee their work and proceeded to charge me the $90. I will not be going back. You cant advertise one price and charge something different. That is bad business!

I love this place. The nail techs are awesome! They are experienced. They offer a large variety of colors. I have been going for a long time now. They also do nail art.

They did my pedicure like they were on a rush or something. From start to finish, 7mins max 🙄 She didnt finish all the steps correctly, she filed my toes like in 0.00003 secs. Also she skipped like 2 steps and in top of that, the good part which is the massage, was horrible. I didnt feel relaxed enough to be paying 50$ for a pedicure. Not coming back.

I would NOT recommend coming here. It is extremely poorly run. I came to get a dip manicure and one of my nails chipped a couple days later.I came in today to get my ONE NAIL fixed and the owner said it would be about 15 minutes. 70...yes 70 minutes later someone finally fixed it and it took 4 minutes. While I was waiting for 70 minutes for someone to fix it, I saw a couple nail technicians without clients. I asked people who worked there if one of the free nail technicians could fix it. They all said the same thing: the owner is the one who makes that decision and she is on her lunch break. Not one person who worked there was able to simply get a nail technician available to fix my single nail in over an hour. They all felt they had to wait for the owner to return from lunch.While I was there, I talked to others who had been waiting for long periods of time. The individual who finally fixed my nail acknowledged that Blush is poorly run and said a lot of people have been frustrated lately.STAY AWAY from Blush unless you want to wait half the day to get nails that end up looking mediocre anyway. Horrible customer service.It was definitely not worth the wait and I will not be going back.

I will not be giving this place my business anymore after a few bad experiences. For one, this place is poorly run. The girls at the front as well as the owner are rude. During my last visit, the nail tech repeatedly hit the skin in the side of my nails with the drill causing 7 of my fingers to bleed. I told her multiple times that she was hurting me, but I guess she was in such a rush that it didn’t phase her. Now it’s 3 days later and my fingers are still in such pain and have scabs on the side of my fingers (I wish I could figure out how to post a picture). I have been coming here for years, and over the past year and a half this place has gone way down hill.

I went in for a Mani/pedi and the quality was poor I did not get what I asked for and I had pictures of exactly what I wanted and explained what it was in the pictures. They did not give me a chance to look through the swatches and chose a color for me . I paid 75.00 just to be dissatisfied. I didnt like the person that did my nails because she rushed and did not put my dipped powder nails under the UV light to let them cure. Then I had residue left on my skin afterwards which the host gave me a alcohol pads to get it off. Then I was sat to the side to let my nails air dry and they didnt even dry well my toes had 3-4 coats of polish and they messed up. I went to another shop and got exactly what I wanted. All I wanted was more glitter!!! And not a half done job 😒😑

I came into Blush Nails on 5/27/21 around 5pm. I did not have an appointment, but requested either Wendy or Amy for dip powder on my natural nails and removal of the old dip. I was told that Wendy was booked with appointments, but Amy had some availability. I showed the receptionist my nail inspiration photo and was seated in the main salon to wait for Amy. My friend was currently getting her nails done by Wendy, and we chatted while I waited.When I was seated with Amy, she was immediately defensive and asked why I didn’t want wait for Wendy. I stated that she was booked. The colors the receptionist picked were a little too dark and I was told to pick a different color. When I came back from picking the color- Amy started working on someone else’s nails and my purse and drink was moved to another station in the very back of the salon. I sat with my nails wrapped in acetone for a long time before my skin and nails started to burn and I had to take the wraps off myself. And was basically ignored for quite some time.The receptionist came up to me after I asked who would be finishing my nails and she said Amy told her that she “works on commission and doesn’t have time to wait for me to pick my colors” which was less than 2 minutes.Then my friend told me that Wendy was talking badly about me while she was doing her nails. Saying I “lied” that I didn’t want her to do my nails, because she charges too much (both her and Amy charge the same $85 for dip/coffin shaped). Then proceeded to rant the entire time to my friend and told her she didn’t even care if she told me!At this point, I walked to the front of the salon and who is going to finish my nails. Kristine was assigned to finish my nails. She did an amazing job, but I could tell she was stressed to the max because it was 7:30pm. My service was comped for how I was treated and I let Kristine know that it was 100% not her fault & tipped her extremely well. But tell me what is the excuse for the other two techs?Now it’s Monday, May 31st and one of my nails broke down to blood and I’m sure it’s because my nails soaked for way longer than they needed to in acetone in the first place.I don’t know what has happened to Blush but it is bad bad bad and I know I’m not the only one. I have been going to this salon for over 5 years and it’s just unacceptable to be treated this way. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere. I contemplated leaving this review... but I left my name & number for the owner to call me and I’ve yet to hear back. So maybe I’ll get a response this way.

I asked for simple short & square acrylic full set with gel polish. After the technician was finished my nails looked awful, they were so thick as the technician didn’t file them at all. and the gel top coat didn’t dry so they were super sticky and gross feeling. The manager had to re-do them and I ended up changing to a light pink polish. She tried convincing me they looked bad because I asked for short nails (which i thought was simple) I used to get my nails short/square all the time & they have never looked that way before. I was grateful the manager fixed them but I definitely won’t be returning! I’ll stick with my usual nail place from now on, TiCi nails 💞

Literally the worst manicure and worst customer service Ive ever experienced! I asked for my grown out acrylics to be SOAKED off. Instead he proceeds to cut and rip them off which was extremely painful... when I told him he was hurting me he didn’t even apologize and just continued... he then just painted my nails and sent me on my way... it is not at all what I asked for and he gave me absolutely no manicure at all. Please do not let these people ruin your nails!

I was referred and was a first time customers. I had an appt at 5:30pm. I was not seen until 6:00pm. Wendy did a rush job. My nails are uneven, too long, and when I asked for the nails to be cut down she told me it would be an extra 10 dollars. This was not the service I was expecting and the owner never returned my call. Think twice for a first experience and quality .

Completely, terrible and unprofessional service.I went there for a pedicure about a month ago; my feet were done by an Asian man who was completely impatient. He rush the pedicure and did a horrible job!When I share this with the loudmouth owner of the company, she completely expose all this mans business....I was told that he had just had a new child and had his in-laws living in his home and that he was miserable...wow how unprofessional, that you would discuss your employees private business with customers.The place is ran by young teenagers, however they are very polite and nice, so I decided to give the place another try, - perhaps have someone else do my pedicure...BAD IDEA!The loudmouth owner is completely unprofessional and super annoying. She ended up giving me a young girl who just got out of school that wanted to do a pedicure with nail clippers that you use to cut the toenail and a long silver stick to clean under the toenails. When I asked her if she was going to use the other clippers on my feet to do my cuticles, she stated I have no idea what youre talking about- blank stare😲Before she started the pedicures she did the sugar scrub FIRST, but hadnt cleaned the nails or the cuticle around it.The service was so bad, I MEAN REALLY BAD that I just took my feet out of the water and proceeded to the front counter.The health department needs to come in and do an assessment of this place, and the ill trained workers that work there.The stations they used to do the pedicures, were completely a mess and the items they use looked unsanitary.Using gloves that you do pedicures, you turn around and use the same gloves to dig in the scrub, that you rub on the customers legs how unsanitized is that?I will never again step foot back into this place again.If youre looking for the loudmouth owner to disrupt your peace while youre getting a pedicure; and the workers to rush you and do 10-minute pedicures, youve reached the right place.Save your money and go someplace else.

I went there to get my dip powder polishe soaked off and the nail tech tried to pry them off, which was painful. I told her to stop and she got an attitude and got the owner, the owner apologized saying the nail tech thought my nails were acrylic. I ended up having another nail tech soak my polish off.Long story short the one polished that was pried off damaged my nail.

They didnt really listen to what I wanted they were in such a hurry and so busy they were very eager to get rid of me they have three different people just checking in on me at different times long periods of time so I was there 2 hours just getting a pedicure and my nails painted a very ugly glittery hilera that was messed up before I even left

Im giving it 4 stars only because I like Andy. Hes the one that needs all 5 stars. Hes very sweet and he takes his time. He was very patient with me. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. The only reason Im not giving 5 stars is because the girls at the front was very pushy. We had just got there and havent picked a color yet and they were hurrying us back. After I repeated myself than once that I havent picked a color they kept on. I had asked for Andy and she wanted to put me with someone else. Needless to say I waited on Andy still. I had questions about the gel nails and she acted like she had no idea what I was talking about. If it wasnt for Andy I dont believe Ill go back. About a month ago my daughter and I came in to get our nails done. My daughter had gotten a pedicure while I was getting my nails done. We both said we wanted gell on our nails but while my daughter got gell the lady who did my put crialic on my nails. I realized it a week later when my nails started peeling. I know Im allergic to crialic because my fingers looks nasty the way they peel. The second week that I got my nails done I ended up with a infection under my thumb nail that was very painful. I ended up losing my thumb nail. The infection was so bad that it got into my blood stream and made me real sick. Im still in pain from me losing mu nail.

This was my first time getting a full set and it was an awesome experience!!! I went with a friend because she said it was a good place. The person who did my nails did a great job!!! Horrible. Just horrible. So went in got a pedi & a full set. 103.00. Enjoyed my pedi. Then I go to get my nails done and the glue she’s putting on my nails gets onto my skin and burns like crazy! A week later and every single one of my nails have fallen off, the tips of my finger nails are all cut up and busted open causing EXTREME pain... I have never been through anything like this before. The tips of my fingers look as if they were butchered. WILL NOT be going back and do not recommend. If I knew how to add pictures I would show you all!

So, i put 3 because they did decently but as a hairdresser and someone who has painted their nails for ten years- i feel like i could have done it better if i had my own gel polish and light. I use to come to this nail salon because my friends worked there and don’t get me wrong, it’s beautiful! Michelle is a wonderful owner & keeper, but she didn’t do my nails today. there were just a few things said that i didn’t appreciate that were passive aggressive towards another phenomenal nail tech that i use to actually work with. i just find that extremely unprofessional & don’t appreciate it. i know that people have bad days, but i probably won’t make my way back to this salon again.They do give amazing pedicures and have such a great front desk team! Very helpful & friendly! I always tip fairly well (10$ for a 25$ service) dye to being apart of the beauty industry. I just feel like the person who did my nails could definitely work on some things, especially since i felt like he was rushed and my thumb nails don’t really look exactly right. BUT besides that.BEAUTIFUL SALON, GREAT FRONT STAFF, AND I AM BIASED and picky due to the fact that i worked in a salon and spa before.

The signature pedicure is great..hot stones are a nice touch! The mimosa was great was well. Most of the staff was very friendly. But the girl that did my nails barely spoke English and was not personable what so ever..she barely even tried to speak to me. She did a rush job and my toes were very sloppy. Honestly, I could have done them better myself but I didnthave time to stay and get them fixed. My fingernails looked better but they were nothing like what I asked for. I even showed her a picture of what I wanted. Some were supposed to be plain and some with glitter..they all had glitter. The communication barrier was obviously an issue.after hearing so many great things about this location, I was very disappointed and it was not worth the 100 bucks I spent.

Three stars for those who had appointment but could not get their service girls booking appointments are screwing up . Even with appointments the wait time can be long.

Customer service is why I gave it one star! I’ve literally never been there but I did contact them for a gift card I wanted to purchase for my sister that lives there for her birthday. I called on a Thursday early in the day the lady stated she would call me back because she was busy, she never did. I called again an hour before they closed the same day and the same lady picked up and said it was too late for me to get the gift card and that she would have to call me back the next day. I was upset because I had been waiting for her call all day, but ultimately agreed. Next day, never got a call! I live in Texas, I completely get being busy but that situation was handled completely wrong. Very unprofessional but at the end of the day they’re the once who lost out on a customer and money. Either way wanted to let Everyone know the service that was given to me as.

I absolutely love Blush and Michelle is beyond amazing. She’s always so helpful. They do get busy at times, so make sure to plan accordingly. With that said, they are busy because they are the best around. It’s worth the wait. All the girls have done a great job on my nails. I’ve used Kelly the most. Definitely worth a trip.

As an adult it was fine. My 13 year old however, was very aware of skipped steps in the nail process. B/c of her demure, shy nature she didnt question the nail tech. She didnt make it clear to me- I was preoccupied- my fault Not hers-until we left that steps were skipped. End result was still pretty & she was happy overall. I was simply disappointed that someone thought it was ok to cut corners b/c of her assumed lack of knowledge. Overall I was satisfied but for the money it should have been 100%. My husband is a home painter & he doesnt take advantage of peoples lack of knowledge. He gives the same exceptional quality of work to each homeowner regardless of their understanding. He has standards. We expect others to behave in the same manner. Sadly, that is not the case.

Waited 1 hour for a pedicure that was done in 10 min. I had my feet washed, scrubbed, nails and cuticles cut, polish applied, but my heels are not smooth and overall I wasnt impressed at all. Im doing a better job myself at home, honestly! I dont like feeling rushed, I wouldve loved more love and attention and care. Not going there anymore.

Ive been getting my nails done here for about a year now. Although, my appointments start later than expected (sometimes a hour behind), I am always happy with the finished product and quality of work. Michelle is the manager and if you have any issues she will make sure to talk to you. The staff there are amazing, and the nail techs are friendly. They have every color imaginable and if they dont, they will find it. It gets hectic on the weekend so be sure to make an appointment ahead of time.

Changing my review:A long list of reasons why here, but THIS LAST TIME TOOK THE CAKE! When the nail tech is in a hurry to leave...while waiting for my nails to soak files her OWN nails...ASK me how to do SNS and I’m not the professional...but most importantly MAKES ME BLEED ON NOT ONE BUT TWO fingers and then STICKS MY BLEEDING FINGER BACK INTO THE SNS!!! Now we have an issue! Not to mention how when I mentioned it to her that it still hurt, she puts NAIL GLUE ON THE WOUND! O_O I AM D O N E! She also had a horrible attitude towards me when I she filed one of my nails way too low...a nail I didn’t ask her to fix. Will never get my money again...and they dare not ask me to remove this post! They are LUCKY they haven’t been shut down for their unsanitary and negligent SNS practices. Never have I EVER been asked to wash my hands when go and get my nails done either.

My favorite Salon in South Carolina! Michelle and her crew are the best. Fair prices, mimosas, and great nail art! Lisa, Kelly, and Andy are my personal favorites. They also do a great job with waxing. If youre in town, let me safely say that theyre worth the drive. They do walk-ins, but I would call and make an appointment because they stay booked.

I have been coming to this salon roughly once a month since they opened and I have NEVER had a bad experience.. the owner michelle is incredible and builds relationships with her clients. Everyone that works for her is so professional and fun. I would highly recommend this salon to everyone !

I am faithful to them because they are awesome. The owner is organized and a true people person. She runs a great shop with lots of nail techs on duty all the time. If you are a walk in, which I frequently do because Im a last minute person, they are either ready very quickly or will tell you how long the wait will be and sometimes even allow you to come back in an hour or so and your spot in line is reserved. They do a great job on my nails. I have really soft nails and the manager will remind techs when I come in to do certain things to help. A couple times Ive had less than perfect results and they make it good. One time, the manager redid them herself and didnt charge me a dime. They also offer you a glass of wine or water to help you relax while you get your nails done. Oh, and did I mention, they do an awesome foot rub. Its a clean salon with smiling, English speaking techs, and a manager that gives you confidence in their service. Love, love, love this place.

I came here yesterday. and my nails are definitely not worth what i paid for($50). the lady that did my nails cut me really bad under my nail and it’s been hurting ever since. the cut wasn’t like a scratch. she cut me with the nail file when she was filing down my nail. it looks swollen and it hurts really bad. the reason to why i gave them 1 start is because the only thing they did right was my eyebrows. also the polish said it glows in the dark and it didn’t when i tried. i don’t recommend this place for anyone.

Christian was awesome! Super polite and did my fill in/color change with my boyfriend sitting right beside me. Can’t wait to see him in 2 weeks!

Always at Blush.So I looked them up and did a walk in for a pedicure.Its a fair drive from my house in Irmo out to Red Bank where they are located, but I will be making it a lot now.I was able to walk right in and pick my color and get seated, no wait at all.They immediately offered me water or wine to sip while I relaxed in the massage chair.My technician was friendly but not over bearing or intrusive.I opted for the deluxe pedicure that came with a sugar scrub, hot towel wrap, hot stone massage, multiple lotion and oil applications to my feet and toes.All for THIRTY. FIVE. DOLLARS!!!That little girl rubbed my big old tree trunk legs for half an hour, God bless her.My toes look great and my legs feel amazing.Treat yo self to Blush Nails and spa!

Horrible quality of work

I have been coming to Blush here in Red Bank since October 2017 and I must say they are awesome here! My go to lady is Lisa, she rocks and make me feel like a superstar. Today I had the pleasure of having my nails beautified by Christian and I must say he’s pretty awesome. Bottom line this salon has a right fit for everyone. Thank you all for being great😊

I went there yesterday and Amy gave me a full set with gel polish. The staff is very kind and accommodating. Amy did a great job and she was very quick. The wait was long, but they were also very busy when I came in for a walk Im at 4:30 on a Friday. I will definitely be going back!

Lilly was amazing as always. Wonderful service and a short wait. Very pleased with my nails, i am very picky and lilly always does an amazing job with the symmetry of my shape. Thank you.

Christian did an amazing job on my nails today. I got the dip powder and gave an idea of what I wanted. I asked to be creative and decide what to do. Thank you so much. I love my nails!! I would highly recommend seeing Christian.

I have always loved Blush nails in Red Bank. I typically make an appt. with Christian who is very tentative to what he is doing and always takes extra steps to make sure your nails are perfect before leaving. He does not rush through his job and make careless mistakes. Christian is always super personable and inviting. I wont go anywhere else no matter what kind of sale their having... having a go-to place and always happy with the outcome is priceless to me!

I love this nail salon! I have been a client here since they opened. I work in Augusta now and I still make my nail appointments here at Blush and drive the hour to get my nails done. Everyone here is amazing! For those that have mentioned that they don’t like the wait, make an appointment. You will wait for the best when everyone knows that this is the best nail salon in Lexington. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

This is how a nail spa should be! Just DONT miss out! I cant believe it took me so long to discover BLUSH! I literally drive 30 min just to get services HERE! WENDY is the BEST!

Always an amazing experience here.. They actually take the time to get to know their customers. Soon as I come in, I get greeted by name and it’s very warm and welcoming. Any time I’ve broken a nail, they got me right in at no charge and took care of me. Hands down best Salon I’ve ever been to. My favorite nail technician is Cristian but I got to know a new one today named Amber and she did a PHENOMENAL JOB.

Christian was amazing! He was so personable & accommodating! I’ll definitely be booking my appointments with him from now on!

Christian did a wonderful job! I was impressed by his massage and my nails looks beautiful. The salon was very busy but it ran efficiently because they had girls at the front who helped with everything. I would highly recommend Christian and this salon.

When you make your appointment I suggest you tell them you do not want Tina. I have been going to this salon for over a year and have had good services. My daughter had a manicure, pedicure and wax and was finished within 45 minutes. She really only trimmed and painted her nails and trimmed her cuticles. On the wax she was very rough and my daughter had to ask her to trim her eyebrows. When she finished ripping the wax off she did not even put any lotion on her irritated skin.Charlene Niehoff

Went there for the first time today, the service was okay, went in for a pedicure, my nail tech didnt say 2 words to me and and was done in 25mins or less. Her paint job ia not good, she left open spots not painted. And when she was done she got up and didnt say anything, i had go ask someone else was she coming back or not. She showed me the drying station and that was it. And went on to her other customer. I was in ans out which i great, but communications is super lacking and they werent even that busy for her to rush. First impression of this nail salon is not all that great

I love this place. Such a pleasant atmosphere and an amazing group of people. Their friendly and make everyone feel welcome and not just another set of hands. I hated going to nail salons and the tech had no personality. Very pleased customer 😊

Drove all the way across town for Maggie to rush through my eyebrows & I had to get them redone at another salon because I like my eyebrows PERFECT. I also came a separate time to get my nails done for graduation & the owner/manager was rude & presented poor time management skills, while sending messages to me through a young girl who appeared to be the receptionist when I asked questions, instead of her coming to talk to me herself (she wasnt in the middle of doing nails)I ended up walking out without getting my nails done & went up the st. to Aqua who did outstanding!

Had christian for the first time yesterday and OMG. I have found my permanent nail tech now! He did such an amazing job!!!!
