Ive asked in person to cancel membership 6 months ago and they still have been billing me and drafting my $$. I’ve been back numerous times and no ones ever there. I’ve called every # on every site and all are disconnected. Go to the main site for snap fitness and absolutely no help there... they say I can only cancel at the club I’m a member in. Soooo who’s getting my $$ and how can I get in touch or get it back?!?!
Worst gym in the 336, they actively try to scam you. They ignore requests for cancelled membership and overall bad quality in all interactions
The facility was reopened in August ( Covid ) without notification to all customers. They immediately resumed drafting of fees without notice. I was promised reimbursement by Ron a presumed owner in a phone call, but never received the funds ($112). I and my wife were members for over 8 years, however I would suggest you looking at other options until this gym is under new management.
Looking to check this gym out but the number is disconnected. Is this location even open?
I have gone to this gym before and things were great. I recently started back and since starting again it is awful. I have only seen the owner for a few of my first days being back. The lady who does work there as a trainer is always trying to keep things clean and working but the equipment needs to be updated. My family and I have emailed several times but nothing seems to be done.
Awesome facility to workout at and staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Atmosphere is cool and guest friendly place. So happy to be a member there!
Management is incompetent & they **DO NOT FOLLOW COVID PROCEDURES** NO PAPERTOWELS, NO WIPING EQUIPMENT
