Not enough staff to handle the amount of customers trying to get a haircut. 3 employees total. Wait time is simply crazy.

Better service than my previous place. Plenty of staff and a more versatile app. A bit more expensive but a lot more convenient.

Checked in online. Said 75 minute wait. Showed up on time and they say their system had an error and kicked my appointment and I could sign back in at the bottom of the 11 person wait list. I have the confirmation of my appointment and never received a cancel notification. That’s trash service. I won’t be back

In and out quick. Had to change venues, but they did it question, just cut it like I wanted.

I used to go to various barber shops, but Ive stuck with sports clips for the past 2 years. I always get a quality hair cut, no matter which stylist or location I go to.

Took WAAAAAY too long for a simple hair cut - 45 minutes from the time I sat down until the time I got up. I told the stylist what I DID NOT want - namely, shorter hair over the ears and longer hair above it - and that I wanted the hair on the sides of my head cut following the contour of my head. She did exactly what I told her NOT to do - short over the ears and longer above that. Had to have her re-do it. She easily spent 75% of the time working on the right side of my head with the rest on the left; still cant figure that one out. Also, the business is advertised as having a discount for VFW members, but I was told at checkout that the military discount hasnt been put back in the system yet. Why was it taken out? I left Great Clips because they stopped giving a military discount, and Ill leave Sport Clips in a second for the same reason. Get it together, people.

Was putting off a haircut for awile Shannon did my cut style I explained what i wanted and showed her a picture amazingly she did a top notch job better then the photo I jas long hair when I went in came out feeling much better Id recommend her to any one and the product she used they were out of at the time so she said shed give me a call when it came in great I was nervous but feel much better now ty shannon....

Saturday mornings are busy, peak times are busy, yet service is to you, in the moment you are all that matters and the haircuts are great !

Very friendly staff. My son gets a very good haircut when we go.

Haircut was fine with no complaints. I would like them to offer appointments instead of just the ability to check in online or being a walk in customer. In the name of social distancing, there are only a few chairs in the waiting area so I am standing and waiting even after the online check in. Also every time my son and I find someone we like they leave.

I have never been to a Sport Clips before,typically I use great clips but with the hair style I am currently wearing Great Clips has not had the tools or skills consistently enough. At first the price seemed high but once the barber started cutting and offering the other services available I was more at ease with a 20 dollar price tag. Of course there is also the sports aesthetic that is lost on me but for those that would enjoy there are tvs on for you to watch espn or other sport shows while you get your hair cut. The last feature that put this place above great clips is when you sign in you have the ability to pick your barber, this is something I would love for other chains to adapt.

I arrived Sunday to realize the lady who usually cuts my hair ”Alexis”, (who does an amazing job) was not in. So nervously I went with someone new. I’m very particular when it comes to my hair cut, but Meagan showed nothing less of exceptional skill, and professional attitude. Thank you Sport Clips of White knoll.

The fade was completely unprofessional. I ended up looking like Forest Gump and had to try to fix it on my own. And with haircuts its to embarrassing to tell them. At least for me. I just wont go back. Showed her the pic first and ask if she could do it and she said yes no problem. Thats 20 dollars like. Haircuts should not be treated like fast food. Terrible at cutting hair. I admit they were very nice and friendly.

I really loved my hair cut, it was clean and well... Worked, Im not sure how to describe it but I definitely felt better about my appearance.I cant believe I almost went to great clips xDSports clips is by far the best. Last but not least the workers are also good at what they do, they make wonderful small talk and make sure you love your cut, they are really nice and understanding about hair. Im terrible at explanations and my stylist understood what I was still saying and made it even better then I thought itd be.

Amanda R. MUTILATED my teenage sons hair. When i addressed her about his cut. She NEVER once apologized or offered to fix it. Thank fully TASHIA from the 378 Publics location was able to salvage what was left of his hair.

Shannon did a wonderful job on my hair. I was very surprised by the quality of service I received. She cut my hair first and then washed my hair last and put a hot towel on my face. I thought at first that’s was different from what I’m used to, but ok . 😊 but then it hit me she did it that way because of covid19 which was a concern of mine. Shannon did a great job and she was very nice and friendly too. I will be going back to see her again .😊 I highly recommend 😁

Kristen and Natasha are superb stylists for mens hair. I have not had the opportunity to enjoy the services of the others stylists in this location but have been impressed with the cuts I have seen around me.

It seemed like a lot of employees were just standing around the front desk with only 2 hair stylists. The online checkin was very efficient and easy to use. Good seeing u open though.

Did an online check in today with a requested stylist. Arrived and was walking back and the MANAGER told the stylist to seat me and take someone else back who’d requested first available with no online check in instead. Astoundingly poor judgement on her part and clearly violates the online check in policy online. With the myriad of other barber shops in the area I’d recommend going elsewhere.

Given our circumstances I have zero issues waiting for hours or wearing masks. However during the 2 hours i have been waiting customers are walking in and out with no masks. While i was walking my 9 year old to the chair the receptionist asked me to wait outside because some someone came in (mask free) to chwck.in they are at capacity. When i questioned if the intent was for me to sit in parking lot while my minor child got hair cut another guest offered to wait outside at which time she interjected and said (quote) no you are fine. I am simply mortified at the in consideration! My son has come to this store since he was four years old. After waiting for this time period he will certainly get a hair but this will absolutely be the last visit here.

Alexis is so sweet! My son is almost 4 and typically freaks out getting a haircut..I mean, total meltdown. We decided to see how he would react getting it cut at the big boy hair salon because his dad goes there. He loved Alexis and sat perfectly still for her. She was very patient and sweet when talking to him. We will definitely be back.

This has been my go to place for the last few years. I pains me to see people leaving bad reviews about it. I have never left this place unsatisfied. And yes the wait can be long at times, but keep in mind that hair cuts take time and they only have so many seats.Just recently I was given a free shampoo treatment due to my continued business there. And the staff is absolutely wonderful. Things like that made me want to leave a great review for this place. I believe theyve earned it. I would 100% recommend this place if you wish to have a good treatment and respectful workers. This place is absolutely true to its word, It is great to be a guy.

My experience at Sport Clips was outstanding! The shop is extremely well equipped and comfortable. The vacuums at the stations are a great idea and time saving for your stylists. The shampoo chairs were the Best....comfortable and relaxing.The very best part of the experience was the great service from the stylist who served me. Kristen gave me an outstanding hair cut!!!

I called prior to my visit and was told that they close at 7 p.m. and with no appointment needed I could show up and get a haircut. I drove 30 minutes from my house and arrived at Sport clips 20 minutes before they close. I log my name into the waiting list just for them to delete it and tell me theyre not accepting any more clients for the day and Id have to come back tomorrow. After I told them Im a returning customer and I called prior to my visit, I then mentioned that I tip very well. Nothing I said mattered. Very unprofessional.

It was clean and efficient, but at $19 for a cut? ...I didn’t see the value. The combo package might be a good deal if you need all that, but I’m used to $20 paying for my cut and includes the tip. In a pinch, it’ll do but with 4 kids - we will watch for coupons!!

I have been there several times before and always was good. Not now. I am female and always had hair cut short and feathered back on top and sides. This girl didnt know what I was talking about and she didnt want to cut my hair as short as I wanted it. She did good in cutting the back length of 6 inches off. Left me with a good 12 in the very back. When I got home I fixed it myself. Maybe she didnt want to spend time in doing it correctly. I doubt if I go back again.

I have been going to this location for over two years. Over that time, I have recieved outstanding service with quality customer service.This being the first day they opened since the pandemic closed most non essential business, I knew they would be busy.So I booked an appointment for my two boys. I booked the appointments around 10:30 am and was instructed that my appointment time would be 5:55 pm.I fully understand everyone was trying to get their haircut and they would be busy.After work, I called to confirm my appointment time for 5:55 pm. The person over the phone confirmed the appointment time and informed me that I would receive a text and once I recieve the text, it would be about 20 minutes until a stylist was ready.At 5:09 pm I received the text and arrived at the location at 5:31 pm.Once I walked into the location to let the staff know that I have arrived, I was informed that 4 people were ahead of me.I had to ask several times how long was the wait because only one person was allowed in lobby and it was raining outside. After asking 3 times how long the wait would be, a gentleman responded with 40 mintues.I was thrown off by his response and explained that based off the reservation time and text message, we shouldnt have to wait that long. The gentlemans response was, What do you want me to do about it!Due to this gentlemans lack of empathy and customer service skills, it set me off.I understand opening your business back after being closed is both stressful and relieving. I understand every guy in the Lexington area was probably trying to get a haircut today, but dont allow your moment of weakness affect your relationship with your patrons.A simple explanation with the miscommunication between text messages could have descalated the situation.I have no complaints with the other staff or services they provide. The ladies have always been nice towards my boys and myself.As a consumer, I do question about rather I want to continue coming to this location or choose another one.

My son has not stopped talking about his hair and how much he loved it. They were really quick and very kind. The sign in kiosk is a little confusing at first but once you realize thats were you sign in its very easy to use. The girl that cut my sons was amazing she made sure everyone liked it.

I moved here from NY and have been putting off finding a new hair cutter because I was expecting to be disappointed. However Shannon at Sport Clips was awesome and did a great job cutting my hair. She listened to what I asked for and took her time doing it exactly right. She was super friendly and a pleasure to be around . Then I went for the works which included a hot face towel a hair shampoo and a back massage all for $23 WHAT?????I still can’t believe it but I was very happy to find Sport Clips and ShannonI’ll be back in a few weeks

We are currently moving to the Lexington/Redbank area and decided to try this location in search of a place for my teenage son to get routine haircuts. My son is very hesitant to try new places and prefers my salon so he was less than thrilled about the idea of going here. The staff here are AWESOME. We got the whole family trimmed up sharp (including my 3 year old girl) and walked out with my son bragging about his hair cut. We were thrilled with our experience and will be frequent fliers. On Friday 5/22/20 at 11 a.m. I made an appointment to get a haircut. She said there was a 6-hour delay, she would call me 20 mins. prior to my arrival time. Its now 3: 30pm Saturday 5/23/20. They never called back.

No urgency to the next client alot of time being wasted

I am very skeptical about getting my haircut. I have always had really long hair and I can never seem to get a “good” haircut (always ended up too short). My first visit my hairstylist was Alyshua and I told her about all of this and she made sure I knew everything she was doing while she cut my hair! She even double checked to make sure the length was right! On my second visit yesterday, I decided to cut all my hair off and she did an absolutely amazing job!! She checked my length multiple times and even gave me honest advice about certain haircuts before she cut my hair! Ask for Alyshua!! She knows what she’s doing and she damn good at it!!

Quality of service and food is ok but they need to find better way to serve their sliders. Evidently they warm them up in microwave when you order one and all the cheese ends up stuck to the bottom of the container and not on the slider.

Checked in online and said 35 min wait and told me what time to arrive. I arrived 10 mins early and my name says 25 more minute wait because the stylist had took another person even though they had 2 other stylists not doing anything. Good haircut bad system.

Way over priced for a hair cut. Not too many stylist know how to cut a mans beard. I do like the MVP treatment though. Will go back when I have more money.
