Been living here for 7 months now. I started in a studio apartment and just recently moved into a 2 bed 2 bath. I love the peaceful and friendly community. The police roams the area at night keeping it safe. I am very grateful for Kurvana, Andrea & Melissa in working with me here from when I first started in a studio apartment. The staff here is wonderful. I needed to change my move in date and change size of apartment I needed. They worked with me without hesitation and I was able to move in earlier then scheduled and into a bigger apartment then I had originally applied for which I appreciate are the work and help they provided.

Going through the process of finding my very first apartment has been so smooth and just overall exciting with the help from Kurvonna and Andrea. Kurvonna has helped me and walked me through the entire process and I am beyond grateful for that. I didn’t experience any stress or confusion with the process at all. Whenever Kurvonna wasn’t available Andrea was a lot of help. These two ladies have made this experience so great for me and my significant other.

Just moved in, I cant wait to start living on my own! The whole experience has been easy and lovely. I didnt get my mailbox key when I moved in however, that would be the one reason for not getting five stars at the moment. Everything is clean, its safe, and Im looking forward to meeting new people here!

Very accommodating and helpful staff. All work orders were fixed in a timely matter while the living spaces are great for the price. Also comes with a nice pool, gym and park to enjoy.

I cannot say enough positive things about the staff here. I have been here for over a year and have such a positive experience. Any minor issues that arose were dealt with quickly and completely, and the staff really cares about its residents. The office staff-Melissa, Melissa and Andrea are very caring and attentive to any needs, and Josh and the maintenance staff have gone above and beyond to make sure everything is working properly and lend a hand whenever they can. Their job is not an easy one and I really appreciate them all!

Apartments have new kitchen appliances. Old outdated walls and drywall. Always an issue with rental office. Rent is never the price agreed upon. When i initially signed the lease was supposed to have first floor apartment. This whole living situation here is terrible. Nice gym. The kids are bad and unruly. Very ghetto. I do NOT recommend!!!!

This has been by far my worst living experience anywhere. The leasing office doesn’t enforce the rules. Bob the maintenance guy is the most unprofessional, rude, and ignorant employee I have ever met in my life. He makes false statements after you complain on him to the leasing office and they try to cover up what really goes on around here DONT RECOMMEND to anybody if your not their friend or know them personally don’t move here.

The appartment was very clean and compact. Newly furnished and surrounded by a good neighborhood. I also like the flower trees right by each building entry. Th community and staff invites good vibes.

I am a previous resident of st. Mary’s landing town homes and apartments and I was very happy while I lived here. It was extremely close to all the things I wanted to do in the area shopping, restaurants, ect. I was extremely impressed with the kindness, attentiveness, and promptness of both the office staff and maintenance crew. Would recommend to anyone that is looking for an affordable updated and convenient apartment.

St. Marys Landing Apartments and Townhomes is a beautiful place to stay. I love my apartment, and the office staff have helped me tremendously over the years. Andrea, especially, has gone above and beyond to assist me whenever possible, and all the rest of the ladies have been very friendly as well. Management has tried to make sure that the complex receives the necessary furnishings and upgrades to make this area a place people desire to live. I am more than pleased.

Went to tour the apartment on the second floor they are older apartments. The floor squeaked every step I took and the apartment smelled straight like cigarette smoke when my boyfriend said something about it the lady showing us acted like she had no idea it smelled like cigarettes. In other words we decided to go elsewhere as we have to small children who don’t need to be in an apartment filled with cigarette odor.

Ive lived here for a year next month. Bought a truck on Sat and got off work late and woke up Sun they towed my truck. Still said for sale on back. Havent even had a chance to register it. Didnt even sit there 12 hours. Office was suppose to be open Sun. They never opened. Got up there at 12 when they opened there was another girl that drove from waldorf to view an apartment. Which was scheduled at 1230 the office staff never showed up. Saw one office girl up there at 5 cleaning her car and she said office wasnt opened. Even tho the sign said otherwise and was extremely rude didnt care at all that they took my truck and I have to go to work. Never had anyone speak to me the way she did and she represents the company thats horrible. The girl that had scheduled appointment said same thing if this how they act I dont wanna live here and by the way they done me they just lost that sale. Three people came there to get packages and the office wasnt open. My lease is up this month I think I know whats best $235 tow bill for it to sit there few hours. Didnt even have chance to go by office and get a tag. Both times Ive called maintenance they didnt fix either issues. Ive lived here whole time with one bathroom even tho I have two. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible.

I have been a resident at St. Marys Landing for two years. The place is very nice and comfortable. The maintenance personnel are very helpful and get to trouble calls quickly and have solution to issues right away. The ladies in the office: Melissa, Andrea, Shana, JaQuita and Melissa are all very friendly and helpful. When walking into the office you get a friend and warm welcome. Being a service member and with living in different areas, St. Marys Landing is by far the best complex I have resided in. Great job to the staff for all the work they do.

Ive lived in St. Marys Landing Apartments for a year now and Ive enjoyed my stay here. The neighbors are friendly, the neighborhood is quiet, the pool is great, the gym has tons of workout equipment, and the staff has always helped me with everything that Ive needed when I asked. Andrea has helped me from the time I arrived and she makes a trip to the office a great experience! Im upgrading to a house now, but if I could stay here longer, I would! If youre just coming to the area or if youve been here awhile, I would definitely recommend St Marys Landing Apartments.

The leasing agent Andrea was very polite and worked with me and my crazy work schedule over the phone and via email to get me my appartment. I was moved in within 2 days. The lease agreement was more than fair and the pricing was perfect for me. This is a great location close to my job and shopping. The clubhouse is very clean and updated. Everything looks brand new. My new crib is A1, if i could leave more than 5 stars i would.

Both Stephanie and Andrea welcomed me from the beginning. They were effective, efficient and responsive to my questions making my newcomer experiencespecial and unhurried. They were more than kind, courteous and professional; they cared about finding the best decision for me. Thank you ladies!

While it is one of the more expensive places Ive stayed, the amenities provided along with the apartment make this experience worth while. Shana, Andrea, and Melissa, as well as the rest of the office staff have always been extremely friendly and helpful with all of my needs. When problems do arise, the staff works efficaciously to resolve these issues and diligently provide feedback on how to handle similar situations in the future. So my actual apartment was fine, I had a 1 bedroom 1 bath and there wasnt anything wrong with the interior. However, out of the 4 times I requested something from maintenance, they only responded to my apartment one of these times. I asked to just simply borrow a hammer and nails on two separate occasions and they said theyd drop it off and they never did. So the second time I offered to come pick it up and they said they would drop it off again an didnt. It seemed like a very simple request to me, and I strongly feel like apartments should be about customer service. they didnt respond to another maintenance request I had but it also wasnt emergent. Also, my neighbors harassed me regularly. I got catcalled all the time no matter how much I ignored them. If you are a young female I would NOT suggest living here. It got to the point where I didnt exactly feel safe outside after the sun went down. My neighbors had parties, like the kind of parties on a tuesday night that would keep you up and then wake you back up at 3 in the morning with fights breaking out. On the weekends they would drink and smoke weed outside all day and into the night and be obnoxiously loud. I hated living here and was so thankful I only had to live here for 3 months.

Alway quiet and peaceful

This is by far one of the best apartment communities I’ve ever lived at. From the office staff to maintenance, everyone is always willing and eager to assist. I’ve upgraded apartments since moving in in 2015 because I needed more space and the transition was very simple. I have referred multiple co-workers and friends and will continue to do so!

St. Marys Landing is a great community to live in. The amenities that are offered are endless. There were a few times my bank took awhile to process the rent payment and the Manager (Melissa) at the Leasing Office didnt hesitate to work with me even though my payment was going to be late. We had a closet door that was falling apart, and the maintenance department replaced them completely with better doors. If Im not home to receive my package the post office or UPS drop it off at the leasing office for my convenience to pick up whenever. The leasing office here by the way is wonderful. JaQuita sits in the back but still shouts out where my package is located EVERY TIME I walk through the doors, which helps because I pick them up in a rush on my way to work. Andrea and Shana are two wonderful women who sit in the front and compete to fulfill your requests and help you with your apartments needs. These ladies make sure I get notices on my door if the package has been there for a few days in case I forgot. There are also childrens parks for your kids to play in, Dog Parks for you to take your dog for a walk, a gym, a business office I constantly use to print my return labels for amazon packages. If any incidents ever occur we get e-mailed or addressed about it the very next day by the management. Ive been here for a few months and will stay here until I move out of the area.

Update! Been living here for a few months now and its the best! Very quiet and relaxing. The amenities are the icing on the cake. Wonder staff and maintenance workers. Highly recommend!

It’s decent for first timers

Update:BLACK MOLD in multiple apartments. We found large amounts of mold. The complex refused to test for black mold so we did it and it tested positive. They didnt follow the protocol in the contract for black mold. Didnt even offer to move us to an apartment that was safe. Our neighbors also reported black mold before we moved in and all the complex did was paint over it.Took 6 WEEKS out of the 8 we lived there to fix the a/c unit. During August when there was a heat wave through to September. There was one week in particular where maintenance spent the ENTIRE DAY (they showed up around 9 and left when they got off at 4:30) for 6 days of the week. They still didnt fix anything. Such a hassle and very inconsiderate on their part.Previous post:Do not live here and whatever you do, do not work with the assistant manager, Melissa. She never follows through on her word and gives false facts just to please the customer which she later denies and blames on you when you find out she cant do anything. She was extremely rude and very unprofessional. You will be so disappointed. Stay away. We moved here from a different state and were unable to look at the apartment before we came. All the reviews we read were great so we thought we would be safe. We were so wrong. For us it is very important we have a working air conditioning. We have a 6 month old baby and if he gets too hot at night it could contribute to SIDS so we want to make sure to keep him safe. Reasonable enough request, right? Working air conditioning? Melissa assured us not only would the apartment have air conditioning, but it would be with new units that worked great so our baby is safe. After being assured MULTIPLE PHONE CALLS that this would be the case, we decided to move here. We should have gone somewhere else. Not only is the air conditioning just an a/c window unit, but they are very old, falling apart, and they dont work. There are other problems on top of that, mainly in the bathroom (such as warped and moldy floor, cracked and chipped bathtub, etc), that make it so frustrating. Its obvious the staff is more worried about making easy money than pleasing their current residents needs.

For military members do not accept the specials if you know there is possibility of being re-stationed. We accepted a $500 off move in special but even with military orders because we didnt not complete the full year on our lease. They made us pay back the $500 dollars, which was not explained by there staff members. We were told with a 30 day written notice and hard copies of our orders we would not be charged. This should have been explained by a staff member because we made them aware of our situation and that we may be leaving sooner then our lease .

Andrea has always gone above and beyond when it comes to her customer service. I thought I had lost a package last week and I’ve been frantic trying track it down. It only took her 30 minutes or less!! She is THE best!

Ive had an awesome experience with the wonderful ladies in the rental office whom have even given health advice and recommendations on headaches. Thanks, ladies. Highly recommend living within this community. S/O to Andrea and Shana.

In one hour, I rented a beautiful turn-key short term 1br apartment with everything included. A must for travelling military base working professionals. Very friendly and professional leasing agents. 4mi from the base. Perfect!

Love this place. Since I moved in, service has been excellent, main facility ammenities are equal to high-end properties, and our apt is recently renovated. I work on base, and this apt was the best location and bang for my buck I could have hoped for, having gone to see other apts in the area. Definitely recommended.

Coming up on 3 years here, and I cant help but recommend it. Decent community with prompt and friendly maintenance duo and lots of events hosted at the office. Any problems Ive had, Andrea and the Melissas have been quick to sort.

Exceptional property. I checked out all of the nearby properties before deciding to live here. None of them compete. Im very happy here.

Staff is very friendly and courteous. Always willing to make your stay a more pleasurable one! Maintenance request are fast and done right the first time.

The people living underneath smoked a lot of cigarettes. The smell reached our apartment and even the clothes started to smell like cigarettes. I told the office and they said they couldnt do anything about it. The reason why they didnt want to do anything was because the person living underneath is one of their maintenance workers. Air Conditioner turns off at the hottest part of the day. Apparently its to save you money.... (it doesnt). Be prepared for your apartment to be at 88 degrees for 4 hours. The staff is friendly, but they cant do anything for you. Apartments arent great for the price either.

Ive been here since November of last year and my daughter and I absolutely love it. I pretty much have a duplex (apartment with a upstairs downstairs) and the promotion I received when moving in helped out so much. Shout out to Jaquita and the rest of the staff. Jaquita has been my help since previous rental mistakes. All in all, decent neighborhood, neighbors and staff.

The leasing agents are absolutely amazing! They will do everything in their power to find an apartment that suits you and ensure you feel right at home.

The apartment is nice but the problem I had was that Im here for work, so an acquaintance leased it and I rented a room from him. Now he got laid off and I stayed there paying the lease. The place is infested with bed bugs and when I called the office they said they had to take care of the problem right away. Then they told me they couldnt do anything till I was put on the lease. I had already paid for September and was moving out at the end of the month when the lease was over but they still didnt want to take care of the problem. So needless to say I will never stay in one of their apartments again.

Not a good place to live. They refuse to replace washers and dryers that need replacing, dont often enough replace filters. Calling the office is a waste unless you want to lease they will not answer. The towing is ridiculous. A guy came outside before the tow guy pulled his car up and still charged him 150. They stupidly dont keep track of how many guest passes they give out or to who, so you have friends of neighbors filling the parking lot and the paying tenant has no spot. Oh unless you pay extra for a reserved spot. BUT the people with the reserved parking passes can park in their spot or wherever else! So needless to say, lots of parking in the street when a parking fee is included in your rent, nonsense.. disorganized mail, anyone can come in and take whoevers mail, theres no system or signing mail out. St Marys landing is lazy. Still waiting to be explained how we get our deposit back... smh just moved out in March. Check out londontowne apts at least they have cameras. Abberly Crest is nice and wildewood def if you prefer California. Rent a house. You can find houses in the area for rent at the same price as these apartments

10/10 would recommend. I recommend this complex to anyone that is looking for an affordable place to live that is near shopping, grocery, entertainment, and the staff is always prompt and polite. I would suggest this complex to anyone working in the area because it’s close and tends to all your needs. They have entertainment and fun (pool table, tv, and swimming pool). A business center for those in need of a computer or internet. A gym so you don’t need to get a membership. Finally they offer a laundry room (at the office) so you can take care of your laundry if you have a studio. The maintenance staff keeps the property clear of snow, and takes care of any unexpected issues that may arrise unexpectedly. Finally the ladies in the office are always smiling and ready to help. I highly suggest St. Marys Landing Apartments and Townhomes.

Never had a major issue and the apartments are affordable. Every issue I did have was addressed and remediated immediately. The staff is helpful and friendly.

Havent lived here long but they had a Carnival here this weekend which was awesome. They seem to always have something going on for us tenants with movie nights and lunches and stuff. Im about ready for the pool to open. Hope I meet more people here soon.

Management doesnt want to offend anyone so they dont enforce any rules. You can complain about bad neighbors, etc - nothing gets done. Also they never answer the phone You have to physically go the office in order to get anyones attention. Not recommended.

Predatory towing, for the couple hours I was there I watched tow trucks pass by every 15-20 mins patrolling the neighborhood. No signs at all in the actual parking lots them selves or anywhere near most of the parking lots . Forgot to get a parking pass for a guest oh well, thatll be $235, get into a accident and have a rental car and get home after the office is closed your sol $235

Unfortunately unless you want to live in bad areas like fox chase; stmarys landing is the next cheapest. If you can go up a notch and afford communities like abberly crest do it...Its awful what stmarys landing charges for rent because their apartments are no where worth it. The apartments are very outdated. The kitchens are so small most of them arent able to contain a smoke detector. Alot of the models have the smoke detector in the bedroom which makes no sense. If a fire starts in the kitchen and the smoke reaches your bedroom closet smoke detector its a little late to get out through that same door in which all the smoke is coming from. They placed cheap new kitchen tiles in and offererd very small microwaves now so I guess they are saying they have been upgraded. But it doesnt hide the old rusty washing machines and dryers that dont work. Or the old dishwashers that leak and the fact that their cheap refrigerators dont really work. They only cool up to the bare minimum safely allowed and cut off and run for no reason. All of which isnt a concern for maintenance or management because they dont have to throw away your milk when it spoils from the temperature drop when it happens.Had a problem with black mold growing in the apartment. The door to our water heater was painted shut. We finally opened it one day and maintenance had to know the mold was there because the heater was covered in mold and the mold on the pipes were covered in black electrical tape. But the office acted like it was no big deal just something they casually deal with. From reading a previous review I see our apartment wasnt the only one.Maintenance here is horrible. They are lazy and never want to fix anything. The doors to the apartments are old and barely seal. They paint the bathtubs when you first move in and as time goes by it all chips and they refuse to fix it. They give you these walk around check list when you first move in making it seem comfortable for you. They want you to go thru the list and make you feel trust in them to fix what needs to be done. Its a lie they dont fix anything as soon as they get you locked in never expect to have any issues fuxed. Weve tried several times and end up fixing things ourselves. And when telling management or showinf proof its once again blown off.When we first moved here we thought it was ok and recommended some people to move in. Management advertises a reward for new residents referrals. Thats a lie too; havent seen any money or heard anything about it. Its been months....The water system is awful. Its hard water and cant go over a certain temperature or else your pipes squeal. Bathrooms are very small and outdated. The overall lighting in the apartments are awful and dim.This complex seems to have a contract going on with metro cast because they make it extremely hard for you to go to a cheaper provider like dish or direct tv. Had direct tv reps scared to come out to our apartment because they said they are always harrassed by maintenance and dont like coming to the complex. If your lucky enough for your outdated apartment to be in the line of sight for a satellite dish good luck having a cable rep feel safe and comfortable putting it up before maintenance comes around. Even after paying the rental office a deposit maintenance still comes out to try to defer the dish from being installed. I had a maintenance man run over to my apartment on his off day (because he lived in the neighborhood)and harrassed the direct tv rep so bad he was scared to install and had to call for back up because maintenance was being so nasty. Had a friend call dish network and they refused to come out unless they had more then one rep available because of the awful interactions with maintenance. If they dont want their residents to have dishes why not say it.Few more months here because we didnt want to buy out of the lease and we are free. If you could avoid moving here do so. Its no where near worth all the money they are charging for outdated apartments like these.

This complex is deceitful. You have to pay a pet deposit and then they charge you pet rent per month for nothing. The deposit nor rent cover any damages that the pet may cause. This is bad business! Never again will I settle for such deceitfulness. Do not live here if you have pets!

If there was a way to give 0 stars I would. Rude and disrespectful staff. Manager acts like she could not care less about you after you sign the lease, lies about things. Such a terrible place to live. PLEASE pay attention to the bad reviews. I ignored them and found out just how bad it was myself.

Worst office people ever my lease ends 31 December and i gave a 30 day notice they are making me pay for January as well. Would not rent from here again.

Dryer stopped working - maintenance ordered a replacement and completed the install all within a week! Ive been here four years and this is the only issue Ive had with an appliance. Andrea was very responsive in following up the maintenance request and gave me access to the laundry room until the new unit arrived.
