I took a sterling silver necklace in to have length added to the chain. Bridgett took her time and found the exact right chain to match my necklace. The work was completed a day earlier than promised. Bridgett is wonderful and has a huge heart. I have no doubt that she will work to make all of her customers 100% happy. I will forever return to Cady Jewelers for all of my jewelry needs. Thanks Bridgett!

Yesterday I went with my boyfriend to find an engagement ring. We were treated with excellent service. We felt very welcomed. They were very patient as I tried on many different rings. We ended up finding the perfect ring at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend this store.

Incompetency upon incompetency. I dropped off a Tag Heuer watch and asked them to repair it, replace the battery and clean. It came back but not cleaned. They said I could have it cleaned at another time. I came back later and asked for them to clean it again and we agreed to have it polished and brushed when needed. Came back after they said it should be done and it wasnt. I told them to do it right and I would pay the difference. Came back all brushed finished with a dirty clasp (she admitted that the jeweler forgot to clean it). They basically called me a liar and said it was clean the first time. I am NOT a picky guy BUT I wanted a good job considering I have had this watch for 18 years. I left disappointed and they made no offer to make things right above and beyond the normal give us more money, to fix it.

Very friendly, honest, & positive. Will be returning when in need of jewelry, or repairs of jewellery. Beautiful store!!!

Terrible experience at this watch repair store. I asked for a new battery for my watch - 2 batteries and a movement later, the watch still doesnt work. Plus they wont warranty their work or refund my money. They were rude and took weeks to call me back. I wont have work done there again and I suggest the public stay away as well.

I had an overall BAD experience with this place regarding a purchase. I wouldnt recommend them. Make the drive somewhere else.

The new owner is super nice and helped us find my butterfly broach that the previous owner misplaced. 👍

They stolen my watch, very horrible place, find other place.
