Our car broke down in a parking lot and wouldnt shift, move, or turn on any more. I called Pro-Tow based on a recommendation from a friend, and it really paid off. They were there quickly, communicated all potential charges clearly, and the driver was extremely helpful when he came to get the Suburban making sure that it wouldnt be damaged when he loaded it. The price was also more than reasonable, and they took care of dropping off the keys at the auto shop so that I could just ride with my wife home instead of having to go there. I cannot say enough good things about them

Today we were in a bind to get a container loaded onto our trailer so that we could haul it home. We called Pro Tow Wrecker Service and from the moment they answered the phone we were treated with the utmost respect. The driver arrived almost immediately (much quicker than we expected) and had the container loaded in a few short minutes. Thank you to Pro Tow Wrecker for a job well done!

My car was illegally towed from tower bay lofts. This place requires visitors to park on the 5th and 6th floors with a visitor pass. The blue car in the photo is where I was parked as you can see right next to the 5th floor sign with a visitor pass on the dash. When I walked out in the morning my car was gone. When I called the towing company I stated I was confused and they said quote “ This happens almost nightly due to improper signage. It’s not anyone’s fault but the apartment complex.” I asked what they meant by that and they said the 5th floor parking started around the corner. DIRECTLY ACROSS FROM WHERE I WAS IN A PRACTICALLY EMPTY GARAGE. So how was I supposed to know this? They said they don’t know, that it was between me and the apartment complex. Which of course told me that they couldn’t do anything and that it was between me and pro tow. Terrible business on both parts. What an incredibly cavelier attitude toward a 300 $mistake. These people are just exploiting the improper signage of a new complex in order to scam unsuspecting people out of hundreds of dollars. Will be reporting to the bbb if their even certified.

My parents were stranded at Sams and I came to rescue them and I still could not get the truck started. Our insurance provider dispatched Pro-Tow. Within 10 minutes of me making my ticket, we got a call from the driver saying he was on the way and asked for details of where we were parked. 10 minutes later the driver had us loaded up and headed home. Their Dispatch, Kerry is fast and courteous. She took the time to answer all of my questions. The driver was very professional and had us loaded up so fast I could not believe it. You can tell he knows what hes doing!Driver offloaded us at my house with no issues! Definitely give them a call if you are in a bind!!

Contracted Pro Tow to load 5 pieces of non-running equipment at 2 sites onto our drivers trailer - superb job, fair and honest pricing and clear, concise communication. I recommend Pro Tow, Julie and the professional drivers they employ.

Was told a price of $75 on the phone...... the car was towed 2000 ft down the street to my house..... was billed $93.12. Just a standard tow, nothing special...... very disappointed.... the driver Terry was professional and a nice guy..... would not recommend this company to anyone

Jamie - Operations Manager: Your company towed my car illegally from my apartment complex, Pine Prairie Apartments. Our leasing office emails all residents once a week stating their towing policies. I have forwarded you the email. It states verbatim “ All residents must have a valid parking permit affixed to the front of their windshield”. Nowhere does it say anything about AS31 or whatever you’re saying. Also, a parking permit for an apartment complex is a far cry from your state-issued registration sticker. I have had the same sticker in the same place for over three years with no issue. Just because your tow driver took a picture that had nothing but a glare at the top of the windshield doesn’t excuse the fact that we begged your clerk to come out to the impound yard before we left your premises to show her that our sticker was clearly visible. Like my wife told you Friday, our leasing office manager will be speaking with you Tuesday. If you choose not to refund our money you may take it up with our bank once we dispute the charges.Mike MarakBarb White

My car needed a battery jump-start this morning, and I had the pleasure of meeting Terry Hayes from Pro-Tow and having him help me out. He was on-time, courteous and very professional. I had left the dome light on in the car, so the battery was completely dead. He went out of his way to try different methods to start the battery as well as gave me pointers of how to better service my battery in the future. He got the car going and definitely saved my day. After going into the store for food, I was bummed when I came back out and my car wouldnt start. This company is a LIFESAVER. My car stalled as I was getting onto 121 and wouldn’t start again. Brandon with Pro Tow Wrecker Service came with a smile on his face and dropped my car off at a dealership for me and even went above and beyond to make sure they had my name and number (never been in this situation so I had no clue what to do). The employees are extremely unprofessional. They do not complete the job task at hand. My car has been in their tow yard for a week now, and the day they were supposed to make the tow to the auto shop, they did not tow my vehicle to the the auto shop during the time they were contracted to do so, so I reached out 2 hours later and one of their employees had no idea what was going on because she “does not work the morning shift”. I even went in to their place of business to pay the fees for my car being towed by them on the exact day they were contacted by Triple AAA, which I shouldn’t of had to do so in the first place since Triple AAA did not come during their scheduled appointment the day my tires popped, so the police used Lewisville Pro-Tow. They did not reach out to inform me that they were not going to make the appointment in the expected time frame. Emily, the worker I was speaking with, was incredibly rude, non-sympathetic, unprofessional, and not motivated to complete a job she is paid to do. Overall, no resolution through Tow-Pro was completed for my situation because Emily felt that my frustrations with the situation were out of place and informed me that she is going to call Triple AAA to inform them that they are going to refuse the tow, that they were contracted out to do. Overall, I would NEVER use Pro-Tow, and if you speak to one of their employees good luck.

Jett came with his truck to do a specialty tow. HE WAS AMAZING!!!!! I cant say enough about how fantastic this experience was. This company helped me move my wooden shed back on to a cement pad. They did it at a reasonable price and in a relatively short amount of time. From the lady who answered the phone to Jett arriving on time, it was a great experience. If I could score them higher, I definitively wood.

I cant speak about fees or anything because I had my service covered by my insurance company. They came way before their 60 minutes eta and I was done in about 10 minutes. All I needed was a jump. The driver was pretty cool. I wish my insurance called them first and not the other sorry excuse of a company called Auto Rescue Solutions.

This happened years ago and my colleague just had a similar experience recently with protow, so I made a review. Protow also let a passenger of my vehicle come in and have access to my vehicle without my permission while I was in the hospital. Not one person at this company assisted me after my accident. I was airlifted to baylor and almost died. Sorry I didnt have the energy to pursue this at the time.

Wow!!! Did not want to wait on my Roadside Assistance and called Pro Tow instead. The estimate of arrival, about an hour, was a little alarming but wait... Jett showed up in less than 15 minutes! Now we dont generally have this weather so I understood the estimate. But did you see what I said??? 15 minutes! Home safe and dont plan on leaving until Sunday but have to say, God bless Jett and the rest of the Pro Two team! So appreciative!

My car needed to be towed less than two blocks from my house to Firestone. It would not start and could not jump it. I am a 68 yr old woman who lives alone and I could not get the car to Firestone. This tip off towing company charged me $85 to tow my car. And, the driver was not wearing a mask in the middle of a pandemic. Terrible. Enjoy your money No Pro Tow - never again!

The white lady in the front didn’t want to even give me a chance to get my car. Had a attitude since the second I walked in. Don’t hire Karen’s to work at your front desk. 2 white ladies wanted me to do unnecessary things to get a car that I had all the paper work for. African American lady was amazing and helped us out and got everything taken care of. Fire the two Karen’s one drives a Corolla the other drives a jeep Cherokee I didn’t get her name. I hope to god I never have to deal with them again. IF YOU DONT LIKE YOUR JOB THEN DONT WORK THERE. I want the owner to know he hired two ladies that didn’t want to help me because one of them it was end of her shift and didn’t want to waste her time and other one just didn’t want to help.

I cannot say enough great things about my experience with ProTow. The dispatcher sent me the best operator they have. Ralph went out of his way to load my pick-up on to the flatbed. My vehicle was disabled at an intersection with a broken ball joint, which made everything complicated. Ralph treated me as a long time friend and cared for my truck like it was his own. If you ever need a tow, call ProTow and ask for Ralph!

Starter died in my car. Called a shop, they used Pro Tow. Driver came out, tested the battery. Wasn’t a bad experience then. Shop says the driver damaged my car when dropping it off and now the shop is replacing what was damaged. Poor thing to do, damage a person’s vehicle and not even contact them. At least tell me you damaged my vehicle and you’re working with the shop to make it right. I had to call the shop to find this out. Now I’m out a car for extra days because of this. Terrible service. Would not recommend.

Pro Tow has been nothing but amazing! They are always there when I have unfortunate events with my vehicle. Their ETA is reasonable along with the price. Everyone has always been friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.

The police arrested the person driving my car. I tried to pick it up before it got towed and was not allowed I got to the tow service exactly when my car arrived it wasnt even there 20 min bc I had to wait for it to be put in the system.... I understand the $75 towing fee and the $3 bux per mile (which was a 3 mile drive) and the admin fee of $75 and impound fee of $20.64... but then u also have to pay $40 bux for the Fuel the tow truck used.... and I also had to pay a 1 day storage fee of $20.64... but it wasnt even there for a day..... plus taxes I payed a total of 245.00... I would have been ok with 175 maybe 150 ... but 245. Thats just ridiculous

I had a flat tire and was stuck at a gas station and Called pro-tow and Jett was very polite positive and helpful got me to a tire shop quickly and efficiently even the receptionist was very nice and helpful and they all had great attitudes I would highly recommend, if you need a tow or anything else that falls under their domain!! Another problem I did have the customer service from the lady that was pregnant there and the other women they seem to not have care for customers after they purchased their vehicle back they act like robots and after shortly purchasing my vehicle back I noticed my starter was out it wasnt that way at first all my engine lights was on I made a report they didnt even keep it or call me back the next day or the next following weekPoor poor poor customer service they care nothing about you are your vehicle

When I called in, scheduling a tow was simple and straight forward. They took my payment over the phone. They provided me an estimated time. Pricing wasnt discussed, though I did not ask.The pick up smooth and straight forward. They arrived 10 minutes after their estimated time, which I thought was good, being it was an estimate to begin with, and towing can get complicated.The tower knew my name and where to tow my car, and even asked me to confirm. He had a mask on and maintained social distancing as well.I was then billed after the delivery and was charged the average cost of a tow per a google search.Thanks

This place basically stoled my belongings. All i wanted was to get my personal items out from the truck they impounded. My tools, clothes, little things like my Grandmothers pen she used everytime she would do a cross-word or word search. But they gave me nothing, but an uneasy feeling thay they are up to no good. At first they were going to let me have the truck back, then the lady behind the counter saw something and her whole attitude changed. When i finally get to the right people and the right paperwork. I make it back to the impound lot. Only to find out they released the truck with my things in it.now im having to track down a truck that no one seems to know where it is or whos the owner.i just want my things. Pro-tow make this right.

Worst towing company ever. Called AAA for a towing and they dispatched this terribke company out. We were tild on the phone that one one passenger can ride fhe tow truck and that a masknis required. All that is fine no problem. Afterbwaitong 20 minutes Pro Tow called and said no one can ride in the truck. So basically theybare going to leave a person stranded in the middle of nowhere while they take a vehicle to god know where. This company is the worst. Say away from them.

Pro-Tow was sent to tow my car from Fort Worth back to Plano for work done under warranty at Car Care Plus. It was a frustrating time for me, but Nate Kinnon was very kind and accommodating and gave me a ride back to Plano so I could follow my car once it was finished. He was very professional about the whole ordeal and very understanding of the whole situation. I highly recommend Nates services and Im incredibly grateful for his work.

I blew out two tires during a rain storm when I ran over a curb. Allstate contacted Pro-tow to come and tow my car to a tire service store. I was told that it would be about an hour before the tow truck would arrive. The tow truck arrived in about 45 minutes. The driver Randy did an outstanding job in getting my car hoisted on the tow truck bed and getting my car towed on the wrecker flatbed truck. The dispatcher called me immediately after being contacted by Allstate. She was very courteous and helpful. I highly recommended Pro-tow and will use them again.

Pro Tow was amazing. I needed my car towed from my house to the shop and the process was streamline. I called, was given an hour turnaround. The driver got there in about 45 minutes. He was very courteous and a gentleman. I would definitely use them again.

I was told someone would arrive within 45 minutes to an hour. An hour passes and I called to follow up. I’m told, “Oh, the driver wrote down the wrong number so when he arrived they had no way of contacting you.” The office never called me to update me with this info, so I only found out when following up. Make sense why this company has terrible reviews. They made no attempt to give their driver the right number or reach out to the customer. Not sure how someone operates a business like this.

Called for a tow car 1130AM. Was told 45 mins tops. Called again at 1240PM. Another 20 minutes. Called again at 130PM. Another 10 minutes. I cancelled it and got another company.Reply to company- I understand things come up therefore your company needs to be honest when providing updates to people stranded. I waited 25 minutes after the first time quote and was told 20 minutes. 20 minutes means theyre down the road, not on an emergency. I waited another HOUR after that. Be honest with your clients.

These guys are awesome! Had a blowout on a boat trailer, on the way to a high school bass tournament. Unfortunately, my lug wrench didnt fit the lug nuts on the trailer. These guys flew out there and got us on the way to the launch, very quickly! They saved the day for two high school bass fishermen.

One of the worst experience I have ever had. They overcharge for towed and extra fees to make money. It’s not always about the money. What happen to customer service and how you should take care of them first. If I could give them a negative 5 star I would.

They really do commit highway robbery. Highland Village Police, w/o my wifes consent called them when she had an accident. They literally had it stowed for 24 hrs - Noon til noon. Charged two days at $20+ day/ charged $250 for tow. $278. Then I had to go get cash, because they accepted, one credit card - AMEX. Total ripoff. They will be reported.

After having a long inconvenient day Jett P. helped to turn that around, and he also saved me some money. I’ve never really had a good experience with a towing company until Pro-Tow.

I was told that my tow truck would be arriving at 9 AM.The truck didnt show up until around 10:30 AM. I called asking where the truck was, and they told me that the truck was called to help with a car accident from the police department. I would have really appreciated an update saying it was gonna be late, an updated time frame would have been even better.Last time I used Pro-Tow, I was billed through my auto repair shop, however the tow truck operator insisted that the cash was due when he arrived. I told the receptionist on the phone that I was referred to them through Flower Mound Vehicle Repair thinking theyd bill through them like last time. This miserable experience was absolutely not worth the $104 it cost me.

Very cold day, had to pick my daughter up from school but my car wouldnt start. The security guard and a co-worker tried to jump my car. Biran came out tested the battery and turned the cable then started my car. He made sure it would start again after turning it off and back on.Great service!

I was helped by a gentlemen by the name of Nate Kinnon who not only called me personally to make sure everything was okay, but went above and beyond to help me out. I only have one vehicle, and of course it needed to be towed haha... Despite that, Nick was able to help me and get the car to my dealership. Best towing experience I’ve had.

Ladies were nice enough, but the policy of having to pay fees to get my stolen motorcycle out is ridiculous. Recovered by Lewisville PD after being stolen, put on an investigation hold for days that prevented me from getting it out, all while incurring impound fees. I got a discount, but it was still almost $300 to get out. Wheres the courtesy? Having to pay to get my stolen property out.

I called in to get my car towed i was stuck in a bad area on the freeway with an infant and it sounded like a party going on in there, some guy answered the phone and was totally rude and seem impatient he said i needed to call back when I have a better address and i asked him to say that again and he got upset and said “ you heard me the first time” i was shocked being that i got your number from huffines chevy and said they do great business with your company. I called another tow company that was there in 25 mins I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone unless you’re ready to party since my emergency was such an inconvenience

Excellent company. Professional. Unfortunately the time frames are not always exact, but it is impossible to know exactly how long each job will take, so I am completely understanding of this. I drive in the metroplex like anyone else. A 30 minute drive can turn into a 2 hour drive at any time. Tow trucks are not helicopters, they are subject to this traffic as well.
