Tow N Go was my savior tonight! I experienced a complete tire blowout in the left lane on the highway, then discovered my spare was not safe to drive on. I tried using AAA; they provided an ETA of 1.5 hours, then never showed. I called Tow N Go, and they rushed out to me as quickly as they could. They went above and beyond to find my car (I was in a hard-to-describe location), and they had fantastic customer service the entire time! I hope I don’t need to be towed again, but if I do, I’ll definitely be a repeat customer.

I am thoroughly disappointed on the way my husbands car was left at the dealership, after being towed there. Tow N Go left the windows down, doors unlocked and the key fob in the floor board. This is completely unacceptable.

Matt with Tow N Go just provided me the best experience I have ever had with a towing company! He was incredibly kind, courteous, and professional. From calling to determine cost to Matt picking up the car the customer service was top notch. I hope to not need a tow again, but if I do I will gladly give Tow N Go my business without hesitation.

I was headed home from Denton back to Dallas and hit something that was on the road. I ended having a really bad blowout that almost caused me to wreck. Luckily, tow n go was on the road, they blocked off the highway for me so that I could get over to the median for safety. I locked my keys in my car with it running after I had buckled my son into his car seat... I went through my insurance roadside assistance and when I got their info, I called and explained my situation and they pulled a tech from another job to get to me quickly. Tow n go is absolutely top notch and very professional. Jay jay came out to me earlier then I expected towed my car safely and took my car over to a 24hr tire shop at 130am on a Saturday nite to get completely fixed. I would honestly really recommend them when your stuck anywhere and need help, they will definitely go above and beyond to help you get back on the road safely at whatever time day or nite.

Alan was great! He went way beyond the call of duty! As a female that knows NOTHING about cars, he took the time to open my hood and look at my battery and found the issue which helped me ALOT! Very quick and professional, under 30 minutes from initial roadside phone call to tow truck picking me up in Lewisville. Matt is easily one of the best tow drivers out there.

I initially contact Pro tow (named Daniel Tow on google) over an hour later and no call I decided to call Tow and Go based on the review. Receptionist was extremely nice and had someone over in less than 20 minutes or so. They we able to get my car out of the spot and also jumped the battery at no charge. I would totally recommend these guys 100% for any kind of roadside assistance needs.

Waited almost 5 hours in a freezing car after being told it would be 2 1/2 hours. then when you try to call no answer with a full mailbox so cant even speak to them. If you use them be prepared to wait allday.

I have used 4 different towing companies this year and these guys are the best by far. The lady on the phone was very polite when I asked to move my pickup tie to 2 am. Driver, Dwayne Mills, gave me courtesy call as agreed, 30 minutes before arrival. Took time to load and double check everything on Land Rover as if it was his own. Drove very carefully (unlike other guys who want to be in a hurry) and unloaded it with out any problems. Dwayne is top notch! Will use his number to call him when needed.

This was by far the best experience Ive ever had with a tow truck company. Ive used many tow truck companies over several decades and the experience I had with Tow N Go was second to none. First of all, Bobby was a pleasure to speak with on the phone. The first thing he asked when we spoke was how am I doing, and then he went into asking about my vehicle. That level of care is rarely seen today and I appreciated that. Secondly, after knowing I was okay he then proceeded to diagnose my vehicles issue and offered several suggestions on things I may not have thought about. While on the phone he overheard I had two kids in the car and he was concerned since the dispatcher did not inform him there were kids in the vehicle. That caused Bobby to be even more concerned and he wanted to make sure we were taken care of quickly and the right way. So he hung up with me to check with another driver to see if they were closer and had a bigger vehicle to accommodate all of us. The whole experience helped change my attitude towards tow truck companies. Since prior to dealing with Tow N Go, I thought they were all about a money grab and getting the job done and moving on to the next customer. The experience with Bobby and Tow N Go showed me that my assumptions were wrong and good people exist in every industry. If I am ever in need again this is the only company I will reach out to for assistance and I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone in need.

Tow and go customer service was top notch. Since I was unable to be with my vehicle at pick up, they walked me through and provided updates throughout the towing process. JJ was a phenomenal driver, had some issues with insurance getting the right PO to get on our way and despite being told that the tow may be cancelled he did not leave my side and helped me get everything settled. 5/6/19 Late last night I had blown two of my tires on the same pot hole and I was directed to this company. These guys are very professional and they were rather quick and kept me updated the whole way. Billy was very respectful and helped me take my car back home with ease. Awesome service! Very friendly and prompt. Bobby promptly showed up at the pickup location. He had a very friendly and professional demeanor. My truck had transmission problem and could only drive in reverse. He towed my truck to the shop. There was quite bit of traffic where the shop was located and there wasn’t enough space to turn the tow truck into the driveway of the shop. For safety reasons, Bobby had to unload the truck in the parking lot adjacent to the shop. He then proceeded to put safety cones to block the right lane and managed traffic for me so I could safely back my car into the shop. I call that going the extra mile! Thank you Bobby!

Had my car towed a month ago and was never contacted about billing. I remember it was supposed to cost $75. I called to pay the bill, despite never getting contacted, and spoke with either the owner or the top of management. Began giving her payment info. She stopped me and told me that because I called proactively and was honest with her that she would waive the $75 tow. She said in 10 years not one person has done that. I was shocked and very much appreciative. This is how you run a business. Highly recommend this company!

Yesterday upon arrival to work my right rear tire was flat. I called my insurance company and they referred me to Tow N Go Towing. The ETA was 2 hours but they were able to get here in 1 hour. After scheduling roadside assistance via the app with my insurance company. I received confirmation and ETA for Auto Rescue of DFW after 10-15 min I followed up with a call to Auto Rescue and received confirmation of driver en-route and gave me an ETA. 30+ min after my call a total of 45 min approximately I received a call from my insurance company saying that Auto Rescue has cancelled the dispatch apparently due to an emergency and that my insurance company would have to schedule another company. I said ok “what else was I supposed to say” if I’m in need of roadside assistance. Anyway the new company TownGo from Lewisville is the one scheduled and was given an ETA of 65 min. Well not only did the driver (Alan) had the courtesy of contacting me to confirm and verify the address but his ETA was less than half of what my insurance company gave me. He contácteme also when close for directions to where my vehicle was and to assure me that he would do his best. I can honestly say that he was exceptionally professional, courteous, honest. The reflection of his services represent TownGo to the max. If I could give you guys 10 stars I would. Great job Alan and thank you for representing TownGo with your exceptional customer service.

Bobby was excellent! He stayed in communication with me and let me know what was going on, even while having to wait for about an hour to get approval to jump start my car. Pedro was my tow operator. He was professional, friendly, and helpful. He went beyond his duty to tow my car - checking under the vehicle to inspect damages, replacing my flat with the spare, driving behind to make sure my vehicle was operational. Eddrick arrived 30 minutes early and jumped my car battery and had me up and running in five minutes. He is super courteous and professional and even wished me “happy Thanksgiving” as he was leaving. I’ll definitely use Tow N Go again.
