It used to be a good office, not automated. Used to have the same person every year. The office used to look out for you as a client. They used to keep you informed. Now none of these things are true. I will never go back. All they care about is taking your money.

I went in to this location for the first time today. I worked with Harshika Bhatt and she was amazing. She was prompt, knowledgeable, thorough, polite and extremely nice. She explained every step, even gave me tips how to save money in the future. I dread filing my taxes every year, but she made it super easy. Thank you, Harshika, I hope you see this!!

I come every year and I never have to wait for my tax pro Hildia, she is usually waiting for me. ☺. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Also the receptionist is the same one from last year. I had to come several times last year due to having to complete several past tax years and she always offered me coffee or would make it just for me.😀.. if it was empty.. Shes so sweet and kind. Thank you H & R Block for taking time & care to hire such great staff... They compliment your company well!

The office completed my taxes but failed to file them. It was only after I called to inquire about the status of my tax return that someone noticed the job hadn’t been completed. Prior to this I had reached out several times and never got an answer. They were elusive over the phone. I was NEVER able to reach the person actually responsible for my case. This was the most unprofessional experience I have ever had and truly worth an honest review.

Whatever you do NOT have Galla help you with anything because she doesnt even know what shes doing and then she wants to admit that she doesnt know what shes doing after the fact after shes already started after she already messed up my tax situation so dont have Galla help you cuz shes going to mess it up!!!!!! Ive been a customer for several years this is ridiculous hopefully Nathan can fix her screw up!!!!!! The one year that I actually need this help come on man really......

Worst experienceTheir office hours state they open at 8 am. We show up a little after 8 and the office was still closed. We waited around for 30-40 mins before someone finally decided to open the location.We explained we were a walk in and she said they didn’t have anyone coming in. Another guy walked in but explained he had an appointment. Which was fine, being a walk in.. we expected to have to wait. They asked if we wanted to do a drop off and we made it clear that we did not want to do a drop off since we felt like our taxes were a little more complex. We decided to just go ahead and schedule an appointment for later that day (3pm)We showed back up with all of our documents. He took them, along with our ID and we explained to him all the receipts we had and that we would also need an amendment for the year before.He then proceeds to tell us that we will need to come back the next day because he had an appointment soon and he hadn’t had lunch.At this point I’m so irritated but figured whatever. I just want this done and want it done appropriatelyHe kept trying to say he would call us the day of and let us know a time. I explained that this was not professional and that we have a family and need a pre planned time so he said 1230.After, he proceeded to call me THREE times to ask me the same questions I had already answered.I finally told my husband. “If things aren’t settled by our appointment time, we will grab our info and go else where”Sure enough we pull up and they say that he’s with someone else but should be finishing up soon. THEN not 2 mins later, the receptionist is saying it might be longer than expected because these things are hard to predict.Ridiculous and unacceptable to give someone the run around this much!!!

Did my taxes here. I tought it was safe but I guess I was wrong. Someone came in and asked for my tax return and how much I got back. They actually printed and gave that person my tax return and the last 4 of my social security number. Now I cant trust this place and im going tomorrow to confront them.

Ive been going to H&R Block for years because I trust not only that I am getting all I can in a return, but now have seen Hildea for several years - shes seen me through divorce, death and children. I know she cares about me. Why would I go anywhere else. I trust her 100%

I am putting this here because theres no way to be heard-you cant reach a human by phone and emails are not answered. My children are potentially facing not returning to college this fall because of the non-responsiveness of this office - its FAFSA time. I had taxes done, needed to send 1 more document in so I did...then silence. Emailed whats going on? Nothing. Emailed again...nothing. Made an appt w/someone else and they were like oh this was finalized didnt you mail it? OMG. OMG.

Warning! They will steal from you!!. I had my taxes done there and they convinced me to have my refund direct deposited on an emerald card. The IRS deposited my money but H&R is claiming the IRS is lying. No ... H&R redirected my return into another account, stealing my return.
