Would not use the service again. Full leak detection cannot be performed by them. Besides, Technician was rude while explaining the leak detection procedure, at the end when I questioned about the water fountain, he said that he could not perform the service in that specific feature.

I called this company 3 months ago to perform a full swimming pool detection. They were not able to check the drains in the bottom of the pool but still charged me $425 (full leak detection). They found a leak in one of the upper drains and performed a quick fix for $75. My pool seems to have a leak again so I called them to find out if they could come again to check the area of the previous leak and take responsibility for their job. I talked to the person who performed the leak detection, who was very rude and unprofessional, and told me they can check the previous area of the leak for $150. If they do not find a leak there that he will need to do again a full leak detection for $425. Seriously??? I told him if that is the case, I would like them to come and check just what they have fixed but I am not planning to pay for a full leak detection to them when they did a terrible job and not taking responsibility for it. He got upset and said they cannot come just to check the previous area if they cannot do the full leak detection if necessary. Very disappointed! I will never use this company again and will NOT recommend it to anyone!

Always professional, honest, and dependable. That includes the people in the office and the service technician on the job. They do what is needed without pressure to do extras. Im a repeat customer because I know that I can expect professional service, an accurate cost estimate, starting & finishing as scheduled, and they always leave my property and pool equipment neat & clean when they are finished. Im impressed with Aquarius every time they come out.

Very disappointed with customer service, tech that was sent was knowledgeable but after 2 visit, new motor, and $1100 my pool isnt working, theres no follow up or diagnosis? I called to schedule a 3rd appointment and was told I needed to wait almost a week? Youve lost my business for good.

These guys wasted 2 weeks of my time cancelling and rescheduling appointments - Tech arrives today and tells me that they have a new policy in which they have to repair the leak they detect and no one else. He couldnt provide a repair estimate but wanted me to commit to a blank check before any leak detection occurred. While that is a weird policy - if thats what they want to do - its fine, at least tell your customers upfront when making the appointment - not after waiting two weeks.

Ive used this company for pool repairs for many years with positive results. With this and a reasonable price to resurface my pool, replace the tiles and redo the deck with Spray Deck, I stuck with them. Its only been a couple of months but Im very happy with the outcome again.

Very satisfied with the pool equipment/ valve replacement. The Pool tech detected the problem, quoted several price options, and completed the repair quickly.
