I had screens done for my home and Connie was so sweet and nice and helpful. The screens were done very timely. I messed up measurements on 3 of them and they had them to me next day. My family moved to Lewisville in 1985. We have done business w/ N TX Window & Screen multiple times. Even w/ ownership change, now owned by Connie, we have still recvd excellent service & value. Very family oriented, and HIGHLY recommended.

We had most of our window screens replaced over 10 years ago and theyre still in great shape. I recall the great service, timely delivery, and install. Cant beat this company for the entire package of great quality and professional service.

My experience with Roger, Connie and their installation team was excellent. Locally owned, windows are also locally made. The product is good quality, very affordable and looks great. Everything works out nicely because these are just regular, straightforward people to work with. We replaced half of the windows last year (2016) and were doing the rest of them this year.

HORIBLE Company - I had called them 1 month ago requesting estimate, told them closing on house in 2 weeks so needed to have work done quickly. They said would call later that day with estimate. When I never heard back from them, I went with Texas Windows (great company). Two weeks after I had called, when already closed on home I received a bill from North Texas Window (said amount due). I paid thinking it was company that had actually done work. Found out today that North Texas Window had cashed my check on 7/17, never did the work, and now only willing to return 50% of money without doing any work! Only do business with this company if you want to work with someone that breaks promises, does business unethically, then takes your money!!.

Great Company! Fair, they were Honest, and SO easy to work with! I Called about Replacement windows, but Found ONE place I could get my Winodows, AND my Screens done Without any Hassle. I will Continue to use this company for as long as I live in Lewisville!

They replied saying they do not want any more jobs, didnt bother to come out at all.
