I just returned from the Lewisville store for a completely destroyed glass case. While I was there I also decided to have the batteries replaced as well.The store was clean and well stocked. The staff was very friendly and competent. I met Jerry Sample, the franchise owner who also does repairs.The work was well done, on time and I even got the replacement batteries for half price. Apparently, if they replace the batteries while they are working on something else, they knock of 50%. That saved me $15.00.Will definitely be going back. Although I hope is not too soon for repairs. I already go to Batteries + Bulbs for the name sake items.

They were so great! Knowledgeable, patient and thorough with all of my questions and concerns. They had the parts in stock and were able to fix my Samsung S8 good as new in just a couple of hours. AND Their price was over $100 less than quoted elsewhere!I would recommend them for customer service, quality of work and price!

These guys are aMAzing. I made an appointment yesterday for this morning (thinking Id be without my phone for hours), dropped it off and they had my new screen installed an hour later when I swung back by. My phone is NEW again. Next week Im going in for their LED bulb sale, and told my teacher daughter to send her colleagues at the HS across the street to do the same. a local franchise; theyre helping pay my daughter.

I called to see if they had a replacement battery for my I phone and they said they had it in stock and could affect the repair in 1 hour. I dropped it off and the clerk told they would be done in 20 minutes. Upon return in 20 minutes, the phone battery replacement was completed and 60% charged. Great job! The phone works much better and holds a charge longer.

I finally decided to get a new battery in my iPhone. I called and they had my battery in stock. I arrived the same day and had a new battery in 15 minutes. The guys in the store were so nice and kind. I recommend Batteries and Bulbs highly.

I wish all repairs would go this smooth and easy. I set an appointment on-line to have my iPhone battery replaced. Took my phone in at the prescribed time, was told it would take about 30 minutes. I had some doubts about taking my IPhone here to get a new battery. I was afraid that I would lose all my contact information and passwords! I had a great experience and it only took about an hour. My phone is better than new! The battery is also guaranteed for life!

While I was very happy to hear they could replace the battery in my phone for $69.99 instead of having to buy a new phone which could have cost 10 times more, I was disappointed when I picked up my Galaxy Note 5 (which was in EXCELLENT condition) only to find a bubble looking spot at the top left of the screen. I was told this is was damage from heating up the phone to get the back off, so they could replace the battery..It was just cosmetic damage and does not affect the phone, but I should have been made aware of this potential damage before hand. Now granted, I still would have had the battery replaced, but I would have at least like to have known that there could be cosmetic damage and not be surprised when I pick up.**** UPDATE 6/25/18 ****Received a call from Toby at Batteries +. Advised me he was very sorry to hear of my displeasure and offered me a full refund of the battery replacement. What a fantastic gesture!!. It most definitely made things right on my end. Toby was fantastic and professional and really wanted to make sure I was happy. Way to go! Excellent customer service!
