Excellent place for the whole family... the go karts are the main entertainment but if the little ones are not in the moon for those or dont have the height enough the mini golf is a good option too, plus there is a jumping house for the toddlers.. the only reason I dont give 5 stars is there isnt enough shade out there, and the rooms for birthdays parties are a little space limited.

We had a great time here. We took our son to play miniature golf. It was busy, but everything still moved smoothly. We will definitely be back to visit again.

Looking for fun on a budget??! You’ve found the right place. It was a family day of teenagers and toddlers and this place was just what we were looking for. Go karts were the best experience ever! We could ride individually or as teammates. They even had Jr karts for my toddler and he loved it! We also tried the putt putt and those courses are extremely fun as well. The best part is... they will match whatever special you see on they website. We didn’t have time to pay online or print anything off so I screen shot it and brought it in. They are awesome staff and all. Highly recommended!

There were two sections for younger kids and older kids to go cart, theres miniature golf and batting cage, we spent a good 1 1/2 there. It was fun for our young kids.

Mini golf, go karts for very little (36 minimum) and littles. Karts not designed for adults as the course is small and slow. Plant foot on green pedal and leave it there. Perfectly fine for kids up to 15. Shoes required for karts, but available for cheap rental and include socks to keep. Two 18-hole mini golf courses. Batting cages. Arcade. Bounce house for ages 3-12. Comcessions are of course unhealthy and expensive as expected. Overall good experience. Ongoing Groupon deal.

Had a fun time riding go-karts with my kids today. Staff was courteous. Price was very reasonable, taking advantage of one of their online specials. I like how they have the mini-track for the littles; my 4-year old loves it.

We had our grandsons 3rd birthday party here today. We enjoyed everything, the pizza, drinks, games, putt putt & race cars. It was just so hot outside, I think they need more shady spots for the older people watching their younger grandchildren tho. We had to take turns watching the little ones inside while the other children played outside. Yes, they do have sitting areas, but not a lot of shade close to the bouncy house or the race track. Other than that, it was great!

I had my sons birthday party here today and I was really surprised by how nice everyone was. It was super cheap for everything that was included. My son is turning 3 and I was afraid he might have been too small but there was something for everyone. My party host was super nice and helpful! I cant wait to come back! Definitely would recommend!!

This evening I had my daughters birthday party and was assigned to Maddie as my host. She was super friendly to the kiddos and helpful to the parents as well. She made sure each of the party goers had their face painted and even suggested a great alternative for the party since outdoor play was rained out. The manager was very accommodating and hospitable. We have had parties here before and always have great experiences but Maddie was exceptionally well!

Great staff. We took our 3 year old because he would scream out with joy every time we passed the park off the highway. We knew his young age would be an issue, but at each activity, the staff took extra care and attention to his age and abilities to make sure he had a great time. Definitely going back as our boys keep growing!

What an amazing time my family experience at the park. We went on a Tuesday2/26/2019 and was going use a deal package for 5 people for 60 but the nice lady at the counter let us know they have an unlimited pass for 10 each person. No waiting in line. Amazing friendly people. If you looking for a family outing this is the place to be. Thank you zone staff we enjoy ourselves.

We went to Zone fir the first time for my sons 10th birthday. It was so much fun! We went in the middle of the week & they have unlimited everything from 4pm-8pm for $12.99 which was a great deal. The kids & adults had fun. The beat part is the staff. By far the friendliest staff Ive ever seen at a kids attraction. They are overly helpful, they make sure youre having fun, & just have great overall customer service. We will definitely be going back.

Zone action park is a no frills, cheap place geared more towards families with small children. nothing spectacular about the mini golf courses; batting cages are relatively cheap, but a majority of the cages were either out of service or not working properly. indoor arcade had a decent amount of games to keep kids occupied for a half hour or so. and I cannot speak for the go carts but there seemed to be a decent amount of people in line. the place is kind of run down and definitely needs a modern renovation.

I can only rate what in my opinion is corporate thievery. I can not review the actual activities because we walked out immediately after being told there was nothing they could do for us. We had game cards we PAID for previously, and didnt realize time was of the essence with pieces of PAID for plastic that held an expiration date. I just dont understand an expiration date on money Ive already paid. I want to also note, had they done something to help we may have given them more money, because we had been considering mini golf not included with our cards. I would instead recommend Pin Stack, if not for any other reason other than their cards hold no expiration date, but I also know you can play a fun game of bowling with some friends if you are ever there. They offer many more activities, but this isnt their review and Ive only tried the bowling. Wherever you go, have fun, just dont expire.

It was awesome for little kids. Just not enough arcade games esp if you would want a birthday there. The putt putt and go karts were good. They even have a giant trapeze for older kids and adults!

Kids absolutely loved it. We purchased the online deal but had to leave early because of the kids. They were very helpful in making sure we are able to come back to enjoy a round of mini-golf that we werent able to do. Tiffani and Meagan were great help!

We decided to visit this place based on all of the awesome reviews online. Don’t fall for the trap!! It was the complete opposite of what we read online. Absolutely Horrible experience at this business! Do not waste your money at this establishment which cares nothing about good Customer Service. The manager and employees seemed to be inconvenienced that we were there. When we visited Go Carts, Batting cages and Putt Putt Golf were all unavailable. Why even be open if nothing is in service other than the tiny arcade section (which some of the games there were out of service as well)? When we spoke to managers about this, all we got was a ‘I understand. Come back another day.’ The kids were so upset, plus we drove a long way to get there as we don’t live in the area. Ridiculous lack of concern for making things right. Buyer Beware!

Fun place. Putt Putt course a little worn but fun. Go carts pretty cool. Has a batting cage but we did not use that. Good arcade games. Decent prices. Standard food fare but not bad. Very friendly and helpful staff. We had a good time.

The staff here was incredibly friendly and helped me and my boyfriend enjoy the best date night. Their online offer on their website was only like $20 and covered both of us to do all the main attractions in the park! This spot will definitely be a new date night tradition.

My little sister had her 6th birthday party here. It was great. Face painting, bounce houses, golf, go karts for bigger kids, and one for smaller kids, tons of games (but very very pricey) and batting cages! The food was good, but also pricey. The birthday room was princess themed, it was really just princess stickers on the wall but my sister liked it. The pizza was good, the person hosting the party was great!!! I forgot her name but she was super sweet, she had blue streaks in her hair. I definitely want to come back when its cooler outside! The go karts were super fun. Some of the staff working the front should be a little less rude, their all teenagers so probably why. Other than that it was great. Im only giving it 4 stars because some of the rude staff. I loved the party host though!!

This place was so much fun for the whole family! They have both large and small go karts so my little one (shes 6) was able to drive her own go kart which she was just ecstatic about! Great putt putt course, arcade games inside and a few small bouncy houses with an attendant at all times. Very fun place definitely recommend for a birthday part or just a family outing.

Love this place....it reminds me of a putt putt golf place when I was little. The workers there are so helpful and awesome. The manager Sean Odell was very helpful and really nice to us. He helped us to figure out which deals we needed for the night. The games are fun it brings me back to my younger days. The mini golf was so much fun and on top of that they had scoring cards. Not a lot of mini golf would have those cards. Love this place I am so coming back with a group of people.

Decent games but the staff working here had locked the doors more than an hour before closing time and they were just hanging out. Me and my daughter stood looking at them until they unlocked the door. When we asked if they were closed they said no and let us in. We were the only people in the building playing games and there were 5 or so staff members. Very awkward experience but the games were fine.

I took my younger sister and a couple of her friends to Zone Action Park in August for a last fun activity before school started, and honestly was blown away by the phenomenal management and staff, specifically Amber. She went above and beyond to help us. I would recommend this place to anyone with kids or is a nanny.

We had lots of issues at the batting cages with getting the machines to work. They had to send out someone to fix them twice, and Im pretty sure some of our credits were used up because of that. They also seemed to be understaffed because there was never a set person at the register which caused the line to take a really long time as employees were being pulled in every direction.

We had our kids birthday party here on 11/16/2019. We came from Cushing Oklahoma since most of our family members live in Texas. We tried to pay for everything before the party started and they wouldnt let us. Then halfway through the party they bring us the ticket and of course we are busy at this time so we arent able to pay just yet and they keep at it. Then when kids are opening presents we get rushed out of the party room or they will charge us for another hour and a half. They also called over the intercom to get the party guest to the room so we could start everything when they finally had the food ready at 430. The intercom isnt very loud. The party room wasnt big enough for the 24 people we had when they knew in advance we would have that many people. They didnt have enough chairs or tables. Another thing I didnt like was the fact they dont provide any wristbands or anything for parties which is a major downfall when you have more then 1 child and kids going every which way. They should provide wristbands for parties that way everyone knows who is apart of the party. They also should have detectors at the doors that goes off when a child with a wristband goes outside. It would make it alot easier for parents to keep up with their kids when they have more then 1 child. The hostess also wasnt very helpful and they expect a tip almost as much as the party cost. If your going just to have fun its great but I wouldnt recommend it for a party.

Had a blast there with my oldest son. He had never been on a go cart before and just couldnt get enough. They have party rooms, an arcade, miniature golf, batting cages, and go carts. They serve drinks and have food there as well. The prices are excellent. My son is trying to get us to take him there every weekend. Really looking forward to taking all my kids there. Easy to get to and plenty of parking.

We did my 7 year old’s birthday party. It was stress-free and the party host was great. We got to use the room for an hour and a half and then move to the common area which had plenty of free space. The go karts were fun and the kids got to go around multiple times since the lines were short. We used the bounce houses a little bit. Ordered extra pizza for the party at only 10 bucks and it actually tasted good too. The arcade games are fun and only 1-2 out of order. One of the girls lost or stolen game card was replaced with no problem; thank you for that!

Fun for the whole family but be sure to look what comes in package when doing a packaged deal. Paid for combined deal then realized our son wasnt tall enough and the next time paid for package only to walk outside and realize they didnt even have the bounce houses open.

We brought my son for his Birthday along with our other children and some friends. We had purchased a Groupon previously and the Staff was quick to process my voucher and get us out to play.We all had a great time and although it was quite warm out (misters would really help cool folks down) we enjoyed our evening. A young man was working the small Go Kart track and he was such a nice guy. We did not have a little one with us, but we watched him work with another family. He was so gracious and kind with their little boy. My friend made it a point to tell the Manager how impressed we were with him.All in all, a great value for plenty of fun!

This was one of the worse experiences ever. I booked a room for my nieces birthday party. The host was rushing us and didn’t give us the time to enjoy then we kept getting the run around about the play cards and the attractions. My guest had issues with the workers accusing them of things that didn’t even occur. I would never go to this place ever again,, terrible experience

First off a couple of the games were broken however the go karts made up for them. Had a blast going around the track multiple times. The employees that manned the track were awesome they had fun watching my son and I battle it out on the track. Its worth going for track alone but to have putt putt on top of it was awesome. I wish I would have taken pictures however I was having to much fun to mess with my camera.

The best part is that they have 2 go cart tracks; one for teens/adults and an exclusive one for smaller kids that no one else that i know has. Also, its only about $25 for unlimited go carts and mini golf and bounce houses per person. However, be warned, the batting cages are TRASH. Arcade looks okay and a ticket system on some to spend at a store. Free mechanical rides for little kids. All in all i think its great place for families that want to stay local and have kids at a range of 10 and under to accomidate everyone a little AND its never busy on holidays and weekends which is actually is a huge plus. I mean it will look busy but its actually not. Also getting a large drink has refills all day. And teenage staff are nice and helpful; probably somehwere I would like my child to work as opposed to a lot of places. Not such a bad place.

I wanted to acknowledge a manager who was really on top of their game controlling things on the racetrack. His name was Sean O. and he was a really fun, friendly, and overall fantastic guy to talk to. He definitely added to our awesome experience. Highly recommend this place.

Rates are more than reasonable. 2 hr card for $22.00. Rates vary depending on day. Food is very low quality. If you can wait to get elsewhere, please do so.Plenty of parking and they take cash or card.Bathrooms are not maintained. Bring own hand sanatizer!

For the most part, this is a great place to go on weekends if yo u dont have anything else to do. What I didnt like is that the arcade machines were broken almost all of the time - not giving out tickets, glitching, etc.. The go-karts were great. There was a very short wait time. The golf course isnt too bad but could do for some maintenance.

Super fun time! Really enjoyed the mini golf and go carts. We went during slow day hours and the only minor issue was how long it took our food order from the concession, as there was no on placing orders at the time we did but otherwise it was a great time.

Fun and affordable! They have a large selection of arcade games, ranging from retro to new. Some games didnt work but we were gladly refunded the points. The best part are the go carts - very affordable and the kids love them! A+

Went for a birthday party and stayed for the batting cages.... however left because of the go-karts. The attendants tighten and loosen your seatbelt for me and one of the attendants was a little too friendly with the touch... and when I said something, he got mad at me! Will not be coming back anytime soon.

We found Zone Action park to be clean, well lit, friendly, and fun. The prices are reasonable if you plan on being there a few hours to get your moneys worth. The lines werent long and it wasnt overcrowded like some similar places.

My son and his Mom had a great time. The pizza was real good. The staff were very pleasant. We really enjoyed ourselves until they announced over the PA system who ever drives the white big truck has to leave or get towed. We were paying customers like the sign says but I guess that doesnt matter. They do have a sign that says no tractor trailer parking only customers and guests. Wont be coming back.

Great place for kids between 7-17, & adults, but not really alot to do for anyone younger than that. Go-Karts are older, but still fun. During our field trip with my kiddos school Id say more than half of the games were shut off or out of order...

We threw a birthday party for my son at Zone Action Park in Lewisville, TX yesterday. We loved it. The package offered plenty for the price. My son and his friends enjoyed the Go Cart rides. The party coordinator did a good job providing face painting and balloon animals to our guests.

Neat place with lots to do. Arcade, mini golf, batting cages. It was pretty busy and lots of kids inside, but the batting cages are what we came for and they fit the bill just right. Want to come back to try out the mini golf!

After attending a friends birthday party at ZAP last year, we decided to have our girl/boy twins 6th birthday celebration here as well. The staff was very friendly and accommodating (our party was larger than expected), the place was clean, and all of our guests had a great time! Was a great gender neutral place for a kids birthday party! With the birthday bash package, wouldve been nice to have more tokens for the indoor arcade part, and the little ones under 3 seemed to have limited things to do, but overall it was a great success. Wouldve given 4.5 stars, but wasnt an option!

The go carts were fairly old and slow, but we did enjoy the mini golf.

I had my daughters Birthday party there 2 weeks ago and it was great. Both adults and kids loved it and enjoyed race cars and golf. They had face painting, animal ballons and many other things to do. Everyone loved Pizza and our host was the best, I just sat back and enjoyed my guests. I loved it and would do it again.
