I love them because they have all kinds of cool little knick knacks. My only complaint is what you already know. Come Halloween, costumes are waaaay over priced and poorly made. But if youre looking for something outside of that Holiday, this place can be a blast :) Check them out for sure either way.

Called and asked if they carry a certain character birthday decoration, employee stated they dont. I asked if they have heard of that character and they stated they havent. So please advise me how you are sure you dont carry something you have never heard. I ended up finding it there once I went. Bad service.

Let me just say I came in very last minute for some bouquet balloons and when I say last minute I mean 10-15 minutes to spare. I needed balloons for a graduation party and I was panicking but all that changed. I let one of the associates know the exact balloons I needed and they had them blown up for me extremely quick even though the wait could’ve been longer due to lots of graduation orders. Everyone loved the balloons I brought to the party and they turned out really nice! I also bought a last minute pirate themed costume for Renaissance festival a couple of weeks ago from this exact party city and received several compliments on my outfit. Party city always comes through!!

This location does not have a good selection but the balloon variety is ok and the service is always great

I bought 14 balloons 24 hours ago and they are all deflated. Customer service at the store sucked rude ppl except 1 girl was helpful.Dollar tree sells balloons and they will stay inflated for days for a lot less

Update:I added 2 stars to the original review, as the general manager contacted me and rectified the situation.This is the second time that I order from this store, they send an email stating my items are ready, yet have numerous missing items upon pick up. When I asked the associate about the missing items she responded, We didnt charge you for that. At least have the courtesy to inform people that half of their order is missing. An email or call would have been great. I could have saved a trip and had enough time to have items shipped from other retailers.

I love going to party city. I just moved to Lewisville a year and started coming to this location. Ive shopped here many times and the service is always horrible. You can tell the employees hate their job. Today I went shopping for my birthday party and they had us and a couple of people waiting in line for more than 10 minutes because they were helping a customer with an issue. They need to fix their customer service here.

Picked up an online order at my wifes request. Drove it home and found out via wife that there were big number balloons on the order. Sure enough, theyre inside the bag and not inflated. I called the store and the manager told me it was our fault because my wife didnt check the box that says inflate on the online order. He refused to refund us without driving all the way back up there. I bet this place goes down soon. I suggest you go elsewhere, but if you have to use them - be very careful you examine everything like you were buying from a stranger because thats what youre doing. You arent buying from a company that cares. at all. Who the heck has a helium tank at home?? lol

Customer service is great!! I live in Denton and would drive to the Lewisville location much better selection and service.

The associates were extremely helpful and even though they were busy they were all polite and courteous. I was able to get a ballon bouquet pretty quickly.

I was hesitating to write a review as we do miss some tasks in our business life every now and then but with today what has happaned i feel the need to write.1: Yesterday night: i waitied for almost 15 minutes in my car for curbside pickup and gave up, went to the store to pick the staff we ordered.2: Today: went into the store to return as we did not like to quality, answer is no which i kind of understand, can i get a store credit? No. Can i get at least ballons instead ? No.just to remind on you policy If returning an in-store purchase or returning a web purchase in-store after October 24th, you will receive store credit. Store credit is valid for in-store transactions only.if eveything including curbside pick up, return, store credit, balloons will not work why i should shop from Party City?Party City needs to make this right ASAPBest RegardsOzan

I was very disappointed in the store employees at this location last night. I needed to stop and get one last thing for an event that we were having at work today. It was 8 minutes until 8 that they closed and the doors were already locked and the employees were telling us that they close at at 8 and that we were too late and wouldnt open the doors for us there were three other people that have walked up at that time even though we were showing them that it wasnt 8 pm yet.

I was decorating a baby shower and found everything i need in here. The employees were super helpful they all helped me find the items i needed.

Customer service and friendliness has been an issue my last few visits. Either no one acknowledges your existence or the staff argues with you. Sadly my young daughter actually asked the cashier if she worked there because she didn’t seem to like people 😂. I’ve given this establishment many times to do better. I live pretty close to this store but now I venture out to nearby cities to get my party supplies.Expect to spend at least 20 min waiting in line to check out...this is without a line. Sad but very true.

The manager (Ray) was very helpful and patient with us. He knew where every thing we asked for was stocked in the store. This was our first productive visit in 5 years of going to this location.

I always go early so the employees souls are still full of hope and life. Only thing that keeps this from being 5 stars is every time I grab a helium tank (no matter how cautious I am) I knock over one of those damn balloon things they have sitting on top of them.I postpone buying helium sometimes just because of the anxiety it gives me. I just KNOW it will fall over and I will have to pick it up.Super keen store other than that.

Sold us balloons $22 and said we can come back to get them them blown up. Came back 3 days later but lost receipt. They saw me walk in with the item in their bag but made me pay again. Never coming back here.

The manager was very rude, it is look like she is not happy to see customers. Also the balloons had a short live for the expensive price we paid we expect better quality.

I love coming here due to the easiness of getting balloons and finding party supplies but it seems as every time the store is busy is when the cashier/manager have a attitude.I was not told that I had to wait 30min for a couple of balloons instead I was told to wait by the balloons and when I did the manager rudely told me I had to get back in line after I had just informed her I just checked out. Not knowing that I had a wait. When I did get back in line the manager rudely sighed and said she will get them ready for me right then. I understand it gets busy but maybe they should be more clear for customer that are not used to coming when it’s busy.

I have been going to this particular Party City for about 3 years now and all of my previous experience have been pleasant. However, I went into the store on Sunday to purchase some balloons for my sons birthday party and was not impressed with any of the 4 staff members that were working at the time. We got there right before the store opened and waited until they unlocked the door which was around 10 AM. We were not greeted when entering the store, but were stared at by one of the staff members. While waiting for our balloons to be inflated there was an elderly lady at the front desk speaking with a young man and she seemed to be upset. He took her balloon and handed it to the two people who were blowing up others orders and said, Dont blow this up good! and walked away. I thought this was rude as he said this right in front of me and my husband and the managers chuckled. Another lady who was standing right next to us was asking an older lady questions about some of the balloons in front of the helium tanks and I assume she must of got tired of her asking questions because while the lady was talking she started to inflate a balloon. Those helium tanks are really loud and she didnt even apologize for it. There was a young girl working as well who didnt seem to have any concern for what her manager was asking her to do. She defied everything the manager said and just did what she waned to. They all seemed to be annoyed with each other and this was visible by anyone in the store during that time.

It’s Tuesday evening and we wanted to place an order for balloons to pickup on Saturday. The nice young lady working informed us that they were out of helium. We asked if they would have helium by Saturday to which she asked the manager. The manager responded rudely, “WE DON’T KNOW!” Wow! He needs a new job. Maybe it’s his incompetence that has left a Party City Store without helium.

I went to the store today and Sam and Heather were amazing. I was going to propose to my bridesmaids and i wanted a balloon with confetti and the ring box inside. The balloons kept popping and confetti was everywhere. They went above and beyond to make sure i had my balloons. Amazing service.

I didnt realize how generic and boring party city materials are. I am no fashion designer so it was pretty difficult to find a vision for this birthday party. I really feel like Im Im in a party version of dollar tree lol.

Went in this morning to purchase 2 balloons. The store was clearly understaffed and not pleasant at all. I was told it would be a 2 hour wait to get 2 helium balloons blown up. Very bad business. If there were other orders then they should have been taken care of already to allow customers to be able to purchase two balloons. The worst part was the uncaring very unprofessional customer service. A smile and a greeting is always a nice thing and it goes a long way. I will never return to this store. Shame on you party city.

We came in 1 hour before they closed and were going to have wedding invitations made up by party city. It was almost impossible to get any help and when we did the lady was very stand offish as if we had interrupted her in something more important ( we were the only guests in the store) we asked to see wedding invitations and instead she proceeds to show us kids birthday cards instead we decided to go another route since ahe obviously wasnt interested in helping us spend money in their store!!!

I went in there on a busy Saturday and the employees were not very friendly or helpful except Heather. She was working with a customer while I was waiting for some to help me and once she was finished she didnt hesitate to ask me if I need help. I was a little mad from having to wait so long and I will admit I was rude at first but that all turned around when she helped. She was very apologetic and explained about how they have balloon orders that were placed days before and how Saturdays are their craziest days,but she would be happy to help me get my balloons done in a timely manner. I explain how they were for my sons birthday party that started in 2 hours. I was only getting 24 latex so I wasnt expecting a long wait. She asked how long the wait was and they said 30 ish minutes (how when you have 3 other people back there) anyways. I was pushing on time, and it was my fault I waited till last minute. I was just going to leave but she assured me they would be done 30 minutes or less. I told her its pushing time and she said she would do the order her self and would have them done no later than 30 minutes. She explained to me about high float and bags.(Even though its extra Its totally worth it, it saved my life trying to fit them into my X3). I leave and come back after running next door to target and within 15 minutes they were done! I would give this store 5 stars if more employees had her great cumstomer service and and Can-Do attitude! Thank you Heather, continue doing the great job you do!P.S-Elena and the guy with the big hair are nice and helpful as well, I did not see them this visit though.

Went there last night to grab 5 things, 5! Me and 8 other people stood in line for over 10 minutes while one employee was on the phone and the other one was blowing up balloons staring at us. Nobody helped. This is really bad customer service. You help the customers in the store before you finish up blowing the balloons if your co-worker is on the phone helping a customer. That is just plain common sense. When she gets off the phone, you go back to your balloons. I put my basket down and walked out. Never again.

Bought balloons yesterday afternoon, paid the extra fee for them to add hi float to all the balloons and by this morning most of the balloons were already flat. Very disappointing since I spent well over $50 for these balloons to not even last 24hrs.

I was picking up some balloons for a friend of mine for her daughters 3rd birthday party. The order was placed over the phone because my friend lives out of state but was coming to Texas for the party. When I arrived at the store, the balloons werent all there. There was supposed to be 1 mylar balloon and 6 latex balloons. My friend is very detailed oriented and had specific instructions as far as balloon colors, ribbon color, etc. There was the one mylar balloon and only 3 latex balloon, with the wrong ribbon color. I did purchase the 3 remaining balloons and asked for white ribbon, but they put the baby pink ribbon on, like the other balloons. I also asked that the curl the ribbon and they said it was now company policy that theyre not allowed to curl ribbon, but they could do it for me this one time. Finally, at the party, the $10 mylar balloon mustve had a hole or something because it deflated very quickly. Overall, a lame experience. And for a store the prides themselves on balloons and balloon orders.

She keep doing loud SIGH rolling her eyes while ringing my items. I asked her about ordering dozen of balloons but again showed me that it irritates her. After the transaction she give my receipt no thank you no nothing. Ill shop in Highland Village from now on. I forgot to get this latina girls name. But thats it for me. Too rude!
