Very quick and courteous service. Always prefer this place for oil changes and state inspections etc.

Better prices than most stay in your car oil changes (starts around $50). Service was great; they also checked air filter, all the lights, and wipers. Online often has a coupon for $5 or more off. The extra quart my vehicle takes was only about $5 (some places charge an extra 7 or 8...)I expect to return here for my next oil change.

This lady working here had us back up our car saying the other car came up first. We waited another 20mins and finally our turn was up but we werent called, the car on the right went straight and they werent asked to back up as they came after us. The car straight ahead of was wasnt even on the queue and they tried to back up and enter the inspection area. The other staff allowed this car to go around the premise and enter ahead of us. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. Find other valvolines who might respect your time and do a better job.

The guy I worked with was so knowledgeable about my vehicle and saved me a little $ by explaining how I can wait longer to get my oil changed. I will for sure be back next month!

Excellent place to get a fast oil change. Jesalyn is very knowledgeable and excellent at explaining what was being done to my car and what was recommended. Antwone and Nyjoel worked on my car and left my car working like new. Highly recommend Valvoline if you are looking for excellent fast service.

I typically go to the Carrollton location and recieve EXCELLENT customer service. Was in the area so decided to go to this location. They had 3 bays full and noone was in front of me. I sat waiting for someone to come speak to me for over 20 minutes and no one came. Multiple workers simply looked at me in my car and walked away. If they were busy, a simple We will be with you shortly. We are a bit busy, would have sufficed. There was another customer behind me and she left as well. Will never return to this location.

As soon as we were trying to see where to park someone was already waving at us to pull into the right garage. Super friendly and informative. Anna was so sweet and gave us a full explanation of what we needed. They inspected everything and made me feel safe and comfortable.

They not only do oil changes, but have a list of important things that are required, over time, for a vehicle to continue to run properly. Overall, great experience.

Two technicians fighting the whole time playing boss walking back and forth took more than an hour to get a simple oil change then some kid under the bottom of my car broke something and had to have another guy go and help him i ask whats going on and they tell.me my oil filter was bad bull he broke it if you dont know what your doing you shouldnt be working on cars this will.be the last time I ever come here for any type of service

Slow !!!! I had to sit in car for 20 min after oil was changed while the workers talked about what was for lunch! I finally had to ask what the hold up was so I could pay and leave ! They had all three bays full with a line of cars waiting to be serviced behind me no since of urgency from any of the employees would not recommend!!

So I went to Valvoline for the first time probably 2 months ago soon as they opened. They literally got me in and out, and I didn’t even have to get out of my car. There was an employee named Sierra that kept me entertained while I wait (which was not long at all) so that was good and the prices are pretty reasonable and I had a coupon for an oil change as well. Overall experience was great will definitely recommend.

Fast service, fair price. Didnt have to get out of my truck. They also checked all fluid levels and air in the tires. Will be coming back again.

Counted about 7 people working there, and it took the over 30 minutes to do an oil change. Vavoline Grapevine I usually only see 2 or 3 employees an you can get in out about 10 minutes.

Went to get an inspection sticker, the first young man asked me to pull into the middle bay. After pulling forward he then asked me to move to the first bay to complete the inspection. As soon as I pulled behind the first bay which was occupied, a middle aged man in plain clothes asked me to move back to the middle bay to prepare my vehicle for the inspection to then go back to the first bay. I declined and said never mind. While I was backing up I could clearly see the older man chastising the younger guy. However why on Earth would I need to move my car 4 times for an inspection. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

The team did an awesome job for letting me know every detail they will do to my truck. I will be back!

Ive come here for the last 3 years at least and always have excellent service. Theyre polite, professional and typically super fast. Theyll show you whats wrong and let you make the decisions on what to do if anything needs to be replaced or done. Theyre awesome and Ill keep coming back.

Come here pretty regularly as well. Always a coupon for oil changes. The employees always seem to be having a good time making my oil change that much more pleasant. Other locations are good but the employees here are tops. Usually not a long wait but if there is a great coffee shop within walking distance from here.

Tyler was my tech very detailed and checked things other then just my oil without being asked definitely will only come here for now!

I usually HATE going to places like this, but my experience was wonderful. They were so efficient and the staff was so nice and helpful! I would definitely go back! Prices are very reasonable too. My oil change was only $41 and its usually $30 when we do it at home so very good prices. Definitely recommend!

Drive up at 6:15pm (15 minutes before closing) with all 3 bays filled. I half expected them to turn me away, but they gave me a smile and said they would be right with me. They stated late to get my oil changed done. They were efficient and personable and reasonably priced. What else do you want for an oil change?

The service was quick and reasonably priced. I had the oil changed on a 98 Nissan Maxima. I was in and out in about 10 minutes....pretty good for a Saturday morning. Although they suggested additional work, I politely declined with no forced sales tactics.

Very polite, well trained, honest employees. Went beyond call. I changed my mind about the type of oil and the it wasnt changed in the computer. They used the wrong oil and realized it when I was going to leave. The came to me and apologized, and rectified it. I think 90% of oil change places would not have admitted their mistake. I was so impressed. They also patiently showed me how to change my air filter as they didnt have one that worked for my car. They were incredibly customer focused, super friendly without being creepy. I live 24 miles away from Valvoline but will always travel to get all our cars changed at this location. Phenomenal service! We have used Valvoline for years! My husband had an oil change a few weeks ago and came home tonight with oil dripping. We called Valvoline and the amazing Aaron came out *to our house* and figured out that the oil filter hadn’t been tightened as much as necessary for hubby’s high performance car exerting pressure on it at higher speeds (or some such car jargon 😉). Replaced the filter, refilled the oil and asked him to bring it in tomorrow for a further check! All 30 minutes before closing, for free!! You guys rock!!!

Excellent customer service! I have been coming to this location for 3 years now. I have never had a bad experience. The employees are always friendly and helpful. I have never felt pressured to buy anything I did or did not need. No problems with any of the work Ive received here. I even go out of my way to come to this location after moving 30 minutes away. I have tried other locations closer to home and none of them compare to this location. Ill continue to come to this location as long as Im in DFW.

I stopped by for an inspection and quickly discovered I will never go anywhere else for an oil change or inspection. All of the staff I encountered was very friendly but Kelon was just great. Hes the type person you would want to represent your company. Super happy with my experience!

Very seldom will I leave a negative review but this time I will. I drove up and within minutes I was greeted by a young man who wouldnt even let me finish he automatically assumed that I was trying to get state inspection passed... my check engine light is on and I had a diagnostic done at a previous auto place and I was dropping in to see if I could get another diagnostic test done so I could compare prices. He said without even letting me fully explain if it didnt pass at the previous shop, it wonts pass here and we dont do that kind of thing here In all honesty not a huge a car person...dont know a lot about them so to have experience was a little disheartening. So I went online to see and valvoline does offer simple diagnostics. All I am saying is that he didnt have to be so disrespectful and condescending. Im sure your technicians are great and you do excellent work but that particular employee needs to check himself...didnt catch his name but I can pick him out of a line up. I verrrrrrrrrrry rarely leave a negative one but he tipped it out

Ill tell you this for free, The service you get when you have Valvoline service you vehicle is 2nd to none. I have a Ford F150 and had my radiator flushed and filled, Because it took a special fluid and Valvoline has a compatible antifreeze that works in the F150, when ever my coolant tank ran low Id stop by and they top me off for free. I can not say enough about the crew that works at the Lewisville location on Round Grove Road. Always friendly, making you feel welcome whenever I stop by. I truly appreciate their great attitudes and the way they treat their customers. Great crew working on Round Grove Road. Thank you.

This place opens at 8am. I got here at 748am. They got me into a bay at 750am and I was back home at 812am.Fast. Efficient. Friendly.My car is my livelihood and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my basic auto needs.

I was hesitant to come in for an oil change because most places try to over charge and try to hassle you to get additional services. I was also dreading being there for over an hour. Boy was I pleasantly surprised! I was in and out of there in 20 minutes and they were super friendly and not pushy at all. I am definitely making this my new place for my oil changes!

I drove up, made eye contact with an employee and decided to wait in the waiting room. I didnt know if I should enter the shop to see whats going on. So after waiting about 20 minutes and seeing a couple cars pull up I decided to ask where my place in line was. The mechanic responded by pointing at the line of cars behind the shop and saying youre behind all them. So I left and took my business elsewhere. You dont see someone come into your place of business and ignore you and your confusion as a prospective customer/guest.Will never come here.

OMG, be careful, ask if the vehicles in front of you are getting more than a oil change, if any car is getting anything other or more than an oil change get in another lane. I was here for over an hour and 15 minutes and there was only 2 cars in front of me. I was told by one employee it wouldnt be much longer, that was after the first 15 minutes of being there. So the employees have no regard for your time.

On Sunday Sept 3, I went in at 5pm for oil change. Even though it was late in the day, the staff was polite, professional and helpful. They got me in and out quickly and made me feel like a welcome guest. Couldnt ask for better people.

I went there today to get an oil change and to change the wipers on my car. They showed me the fluids of my transmission and how dirty my AC air filters were. When I agreed to let them change them out, they then told me that it qualified me for a deal they were having, when they couldnt have told me anything and I would have paid extra. The techs there were clearly experts at what they were doing and extremely friendly. They went the extra mile and showed me what they were doing step by step, and then showed me the fluids in my car just to prove to me what they did. Some of the best service Ive had. They may cost a bit more than most other places, but for that kind of service Im more than happy to spend a little extra. I will be making these guys my car guys for now on.

Who ever made this guy a manager should be fired. The manger on duty at 12 noon on January 2nd 2020, is the worst manager I have ever spoken to. Told me 20 minutes and Im next. 45 minutes later I asked about it because 2 cars that showed up after me pulled in before me. Guy calls me a lier and says stop talking to my employees like that. 1st he lied to me then he calls me a lier. Whoever made this guy a manager had 0 clue what customer service is. Sad my family has changed our oil at valvoline for years and will never see our buisness again because of this so called manager that calls customers liers

This place is always on top of their game. I go here for inspections and occasionally oil changes and they are always hustling. They also seem to know what they are doing and will do the job right. They do usually try to upsell you on things like air filters, etc, but they arent too pushy about it and are always professional.

This is the only place I go for oil changes. Everyone who works there is always very pleasant. I never feel like they are trying to upsell me on anything or screw me over because Im a female. I actually enjoy going to get the oil changed there.

They were very nice and explained everything I needed to do. Place has small waiting area with coffee and water.One star knocked off because they messed up my paperwork a bit ... they got my name wrong on the paperwork, so make sure to actually check over what they hand you.

I had a couple of fluid changes and they stayed one hour past closing to take care of me and did a really good job and fully explained everything and showed me areas of the vehicle that I might want to concentrate on. These folks are really really good, very attentive and Im definitely going back!

Got my Silverado on the Max Life Synthetic now. Technician explained so even I could understand it (and it was done quickly). They handle inspections and everything! Think Im just gonna stick with these guys. Better products, they have the know how, and most of all they CARE!!!
