This was my first time going to a mail salon since becoming a legal adult 11 years ago. Drew (I think his name was) took care of me and did my acrylics. He was easy on my hands and thorough. Prices are cheap and environment was friendly. I’ll definitely go again!

This place was very friendly and affordable. I loved my nail tech, she did an amazing job on my nails. She took her time and made sure they were perfect even though they were past closing time! Made conversation with me and made sure I was very satisfied.

I loved the employees I just didnt like how my nails were done. I broke a nail 1 week after having a set put on.

I went to get a pedicure with a friend this morning. The spa was very busy, so my technician got halfway through my pedicure and went to help someone else. Unfortunately they left me sitting with something on my feet for too long, and I came home with some sort of rash or burn.Edit: I called to ask what chemicals were used but the technician didn’t know. Instead she passed the phone to her customers to tell me it had never happened to them. Their good experience doesn’t negate the fact that I was left too long with a chemical product that burned me. I had to scrape it off myself while the tech was busy and I still have burns on my feet 24 hours later.Update: the owner called me back and expressed some concern, as well as offering a refund when I come back. After putting some burn medication on my feet, I think they’ll heal soon.

I have been going to get my manicures & pedicures here for several years. Sandy, Tom, and staff always do a terrific job. The shop is clean and now with COVID rules for safety in place.. they follow every protocol to perfection to help keep us all safe when we visit their salon. My husband even goes there now and is always satisfied with the service Sandy & Tom provide. I love to relax to Tom’s soothing music and relax in their comfortable surroundings. We won’t go anywhere else!

This will be my fourth time coming to this salon and I have to say I have yet to receive a bad manicure. I love the service although my hands are very dry so I do have to point out my sensitive spots on my cuticles. They do great tedious work and I never fail to get compliments! Also if you were looking for a place to give you matte nails that dont crack this is that place!

I went to this nail salon in hopes of getting a fresh set of nails on my hand and also a pedicure. The pedicure was impeccable, awesome service and final product. As for my nails, there was an older gentleman that tried to give me a full set of nails, he failed to shape them, paint them properly, and still refused to fix the nails after I pointed out what I was not happy with. I cried, my nails have never looked this bad...EVER. I didn’t ask for anything crazy or spectacular and they failed to meet my request...

They are really good and accommodating!! I arrived around closing time and they still accommodated me! They are very reasonable in price and def worth it! I will be going there more often.

Appointment was made for 5 pm, the staff member confirmed the appointment and told 4 of us to come for manicure and pedicure services. In this current time of pandemic, businesses should take their business and value each and every customer they get to support them. BUT, the owner here was sitting by himself and one more staff member, who was already occupied. The owner started with my cousin for manicure and for 51 mins he had no other staff member asking rest of us to be helped. I REFUSED their services, people that cant respect my business and my time and just lie over the phone to get people in their shops...... do not deserve a single penny from me. So to the owner of this business. Until and unless u dont have a full staff dont book 5 people for manicure and pedicure services. Dont be GREEDY !

Very sorry to leave this review... first time customer... pedi was good but polish was bad, manicure was bad all around.. my nails are short so I asked for them to be buffed instead of polished... she was more interested in watching her employee give a pedicure to someone else while buffing my nails and now they are paper thin and flat across the top

This nail salon is very friendly. They remember every customer’s name and greet you when you walk in the door. It is a busy place and they do take walk ins but it is better to make an appointment so you won’t have to wait. They are open 7 days a week which is helpful and during the week they are open until 7:30 PM.My nails always look beautiful when I leave. They do a variety of manicures and pedicures at reasonable prices. I get dipped manicure for $28 and deluxe pedicure for $30 not including tip. This is less expensive than some other nail salons in the area. Plus they do great work.Love the massage chairs in the pedicure room. They have 8 pedicure basins so you can bring 7 friends and do your pedicures together for a special occasion. The salon is clean and they are big on hygiene. I highly recommend Lewisville Spa Nails and it is conveniently located near Walmart Neighborhood Market.

The gentleman who did my nails was very harsh on them, filing them super hard and clipping them from the middle instead of starting at the side and cutting across. It felt like my nails were going to snap off. It was not relaxing at all. Polish was uneven and now my nails are bumpy in some spots. Despite all the harsh filing, my nails were not smooth and were catching on stuff so I had to file them more later. Just not the quality I was expecting. I hadnt gotten my nails done in months and I thought it would be a nice treat but I just feel like I wasted my money. It seems like this place has a lot of satisfied regulars but if youre not one of those people - go somewhere else.

I went for a pedicure. The staff were super nice and did a great job. I got the deluxe pedi and was pampered for 75 min.

I have been coming here for 4 years and love this place. The staff is kind and do an awesome job. And they are very fairly priced. They really appreciate the business and remember my name which is rare nowadays. I have never been disappointed here. It is my favorite nail spa in the area!

So I always get pedicure here, I have gotten my nails done a few times each time it’s a terrible job. I always end up getting the guy and he just isn’t good. The one time I got a woman it was pretty okay. The reason I give it 3 stars is because they never ever ever have a technician available. Last several times I hav even there they always tell me to come back later . Even if you have an appointment you wait at least 30 minutes . Their prices are good tho. Just wish it was easier to get in . Wish they had more technician . They usually have only two at most three available at a time.

I have had my nails done at this spot for a year now. They are meticulous and attentive to details. Tom does the best powder dips I have ever paid for. I enjoy the ambience and professionalism.

The spa is awesome wonderful folks reasonably priced and I get lots of compliments on my nails. Been coming here a while and would never change. You should try it you’ll love it.

Great salon. Mr Tom is a sweetheart and Janet and Sandy are both excellent nail techs. They take the time to get it done right. I do suggest making an appointment as they are usually quite busy.

It was my first time coming to this place and my mother and I had such a great experience. Super friendly staff and when I asked for a design in my pedicure that they hadnt done before they didnt turn me down! They worked at it and made it happen with no problems and were so friendly to accommodate me and my mother!

I usually do my own pedicures but decided to try this place today with my daughter as a special treat to both of us. It was a complete waste of money. She did not soak my feet, at all, as soon as I sat down she started working on my toes. I was so disappointed because I felt rushed and my feet didnt feel any different from when I walked in. I am sure she was trying to hurry and get me out of the seat so that she could tend to the guy who came in right after me since she greeted him by name. Although I clearly told her over the phone the day before that the appointment was for two people, when I arrived she thought she was only taking care of my daughter. I even had to ask for pedicure shoes to protect my to nail job

They were great. We wanted a shamrock and they had not done this in the past but tried and did it. I had matching shoes to my outfit and so did my daughter. Lively people.

Im new to the area but was still traveling back to Las Colinas for my nails when I could. That was short lived because I found Lewisville Spa Nails!I was very pleased with Tom. He did such a great job and Im so picky with my nails! He exceeded my expectations.... This is my new spot for sure!

If I could give it 0 stars I would, I went there to get a manicure and pedicure and they took 4 hours to do it. I waited so long and it would’ve been good if they at least had done a good job, but they did a terrible job. My nails look so awful, a little kid could’ve done them better,I’ll never be returning.

OMG the ABSOLUTE WORST nail salon I’ve EVER been to! I’m reminded how horrible my experience was every time I have to add another coat of superglue on my nails to keep them from getting torn off. He did a good job with the blush ombré color I wanted, (actually looked like the picture I found online I liked) but didn’t listen to the shape of nail I waned. He ignored me and did what he wanted to do then got a bit frustrated at me when I made him fix it.I left them on for about a month. I wanted them off and I researched how it’s done then went back to the salon to have them do it. He soaked my nails for a bit. But instead of taking them off, he told me I’d have to let them grow out. He sanded my nails down. Got them thinner. I asked for strengthening clear polish. My nails looked HORRIBLE!! They keep splitting. They catch on everything and you can see where the tips are on my nails. I keep filing them shorter and shorter and almost daily I’m having to put superglue on my entire nail to make them stiffer to balance out how the tips still on are making my nails bend, further back on the nail bed. You can see the outline of where the nail tips are and where the acrylic was added. Daily they still crack like a hairline at the sides. So I add more glue. Then have to sand the superglue to not be rough. Ugh what a total mess. I’m so frustrated. So mad I was blatantly lied to about not being able to take my nail tips off. I HONESTLY DON’T WANT ANYONE ELSE TO HAVE TO GO THROUGH WHAT I WENT THROUGH!! It’s going to take forever to get my nails back on track. This place got one star for only the color.

I just had a pedicure and manicure...Top two pedi/manicures Ive ever had anywhere. I almost fell asleep. The Male owner did my pedi/manicure. He was thorough, patient and did a great job. He even cleaned my rings. Hr left them cleaning next to me..never out of sight. The price was priced at a point most anyone could afford. I spent $45 plus tip..fantastic price. I told him that I now have little to no stress compared to when I arrived. My cuticles were a mess..not any longer. You need to try this Nail Salon.

Very clean and nice nail shop. The staff was very kind. I didnt however LOVE my nails. But as an out of town person in a hurry to get a set done...I have to say..they were a blessing.

Although they were fairly nice, they didn’t do a great job on my toe nails. i could have done the same myself and i am no nail professional. it was like she did it in a hurry, and wanted to not spend time for little details (mind you my pedicure was a basic, one solid color). i asked her i wanted my nails to be square and she filed them unevenly. i had made an appointment but it was as if i hadn’t because she was trying to get me out of there asap. communication was also awful, barely a hello, no conversation or anything. i won’t be back nor will i be recommending it bc i could have done this myself (without the uneven filing and mistakes).

Was a great experience! My wife and daughter loved Tom and Sandy. They were very kind and the place is a family friendly business. I even got a discount for my daughter. Ill be bringing my girls here for their nails next time for sure!

I came here cause the usual place I go to was closed. I ended up paying double for nothing. The guy who was doing my nails was an old Asian man, I asked for a medium coffin and he did the opposite and made them short. I then asked him to straighten them out and he replied with “straight nail no has class you no want class? Round nail have class” they look terrible and bumpy and he completely denied my request.

I have been to this spa many times for a Mani and pedi, but today was an awful experience. I took 2 friends with me and we all left disappointed. The pedicures were alright (nothing special) but the manicures were a complete waste of money, I left with BLEEDING cuticles and the nail polish looked like it was done by a child. I had to come home and remove the polish because it was so bad. My friends nail polish was peeling off of her finger nails and toenails as soon as we got home even though she dried her nails for over 30 minutes before we left. I will never be going back.

This salon is the BEST in the Denton County area! Theyre very respectful, accommodating, can always get me in very quick on weekdays and does EXCELLENT work! I really appreciate them! If I could give them TEN stars, I would! Thanks guys!!!

Sandy and her staff have been here for 12+ years. Consistent great service and staff play a major role in customer service and care. The atmosphere in the salon is always relaxing, no one is rushed and it shows in the finished product. Great mani/pedi each time. And this is why I return time after time. Kudos Sandy!

Just recently started going here with my mom. Theyre very gentle and careful not to cut or gouge you with the nail tools (something Ive experienced frequently at other salons.) It seems that they always honor appointments before walk-ins, which is something I can appreciate. I dont like when Ive made an appointment and am having my nails done and the salon accepts walk-ins during my appointment and steps away from my nails to start someone elses (who didnt have an appointment). That drives me crazy. Thankfully, Lewisville Spa nails DOES NOT do that. Theyre all very nice and polite and do an excellent job on my nails. My mom loves them, too.

Walking into the salon, I needed a Mani and pedi. The host forgot to write down an appointment for the lady who was behind me. I was not even inside the salon for 2 minutes, and the host asked me to come back in 3 hours and there was at least 4 people who were just sitting at their station doing nothing, but on their phone. Definitely not coming back. First impressions count!
