We had our Bridal accessories comeback appointment with Katie at David’s Bridal and everything was flawless! Katie was so kind and offered great insight to their selection. We are so thankful for her knowledge! We were also able to select flower girl dresses and Jr Bridesmaids dress with a color scheme that matches the wedding theme perfectly!We were so lucky that Katie had an opening for us! Be sure to ask for her if making the appointment online or call and ask for Katie!

DO NOT COME HERE!!!My sister got her dress altered here and they did a terrible job with the hem. The beading was not secured which led to a bunch of the beading falling off at the bottom. This was done 1 week before her wedding. We had to take the dress to our local tailor. When we asked to get a refund for the hem which cost $95 they were only willing to give her $20. Do not risk taking your dress here it is not worth the stress. The customer service was terrible. I spoke to a friend that works for David’s bridal alterations and she said a lot of the time David’s bridal alteration managers don’t check the final product which was clearly the case with my sisters dress!!

I had an absolutely amazing experience here! I have to give a special shout out to my consultant Samuel. He made me feel so special and was beyond sweet!! 👰 Davids bridal made my dream wedding gown come true. I had a concern about my early order that has made a mistake from the other David’s Bridal where came from the different location. I have received the package with a different color and the wrong size.At first, I hesitated to ask them for an exchange. Because it was a different location so I had to reach the customer service. And they made sure that I can exchange from different locations and I met Ashely in Lewisville, TX.Ashely understood my situation and tried to find my best wedding gown. I decided to purchase two gowns since it was a very reasonable price and here we go! I found my best dream wedding gown here and Im very satisfied with the results. 💖They are truly the professional in this field and honest people. They even corrected my size that Im size 4, not 8. I had the opportunity to try the gowns as much as I want for an hour. I had enough time to find even two gowns and veils. I dont think I can put into words how grateful and happy I left yesterday with my purchases! Ashley M, was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! As well, the store manager was very helpful and kind! I was so anxious to try on dresses for the first time and I was sure this would be the first of many stores Id have to visit to find The One.Yet, Ashley made me feel comfortable and helped me discover what I really wanted all along! I have had some time to process my experience and I can say it was one of the worst memories when coming to plan my wedding. I had a rushed time trying to find my dress. I was left alone for a good amount of time. And then alterations happened. I bought my dress for 600 and a broken zipper that I was told they would fix for free. I went in months later to drop it off to be fixed and I was ushered into the dress. From there it all went down hill. I stood in my broken dress that didnt fit right anymore because the back wasnt properly attached by the zipper. I was told to lose 20 pounds or I would have to spend 800 to take away the beautiful shape of my gown. That most humiliating thing to someone who was on her period and the most bloated she could be ( I didnt plan on wearing the dress when I booked my appointment so I wasnt afraid of booking during my cycle). They didnt even fix the zipper. They only rebooked me to come out next year when I have lost 20 pounds. If I knew I would have to pay an alteration fee that was worth more than my dress, I would not have bought it. They did not tell me the cost of this, only the false promise of a fixed zipper. I will do this myself as I have lost all trust in this business. Right now I cannot stand to look at my dress as I can only hear the fact that Im still a handful pounds away from fitting my dress. Do not come to this location, they do not care for you. Only the workload they have to do, and the money they could get.

Best customer service EVER! My daughter thought she needed 5 heels...ugh...but all she really needed was a petticoat. Amy and Katie went above and BEYOND to be sure my daughter will look perfect on her special day! I will definitely be back for all my special occasion needs!

My consultant was Alex and she was so sweet.I kind of knew the style I wanted, like boho/vintage. I tried to describe the fit of the dress the best way I could. She told me she knew exactly what I was talking about. She took me to this small section of dresses and one really caught my eye.I tried it on first because it was so beautiful but it was a little snug. While she was looking for a bigger size, I tried another one on. It was nice too but not like the first one. She found a bigger size for me and it was prefect!! I have been searching for several weeks to find a dress to wear for a semi-formal wedding. I walked into David’s without an appointment. I was worried this would be a problem, but Sarah welcomed me into the store and assured me it was not an issue. The staff all wore masks and there was hand sanitizer readily available. Sarah kindly set me up with Trinity who let me peruse through all the beautiful dresses at my leisure. Both Sarah & Trinity checked on me regularly. They were friendly and chatted with me about what I was looking for, the occasion, and other pertinent details. I tried on a few dresses of my choosing, then Trinity brought me a dress she thought would suit my shape. Perfect fit! She suggested a beautiful bejeweled belt to add some sparkle.I had such a wonderful experience at David’s! Next time I need a dress I’ll be sure to stop here first!

Towards the end of our appointment, Katie and the manager went out of their way to bring their tailor to see if the customizations I wanted would be possible.My search for a gown has not ended, but I will most likely be back and will request to be helped by Katie again!

I loooved coming to the David’s Bridal Studio! You are assigned a stylist who is working with and takes time to listen to your needs. I wasn’t rushed even though I stayed there for 2 hours instead of 1 (like my appointment was supposed to be!).The only thing I disliked is that they don’t offer discounts for the sample dresses but they did push alterations a lot. Multiple times I was suggested to get a bigger sized dress and alter it instead of ordering my size, and when I asked if they offer discounts on off the rack dresses they said no. Many other places I’ve been to offer discounts so you could put the money toward alterations. Plus a sample dress always looks a bit worn out, that’s why I was surprised that the price stays the same.I ended up getting my wedding dress with them and it arrived very quickly! I’m very excited to wear it for my wedding day!

I made an appointment for a bridesmaid dress search. Several other groups were there as well right when the store opened and got helped immediately. A walk in also received help immediately. I walked around for over 10 minutes waiting for my employee to help me, but no one ever came. I sought help from someone and they put me in a fitting room. Eventually an employee showed up to help me and brought a few dresses, but then she disappeared. I waited just outside the fitting room for another 10 minutes because I wanted more information about how the dress I wanted to buy could be altered but no one ever came back, nor did any of the other employees in the fitting area offer help. I won’t be buying my dress form David’s Bridal. It was a waste of an hour shopping by myself, when I’d hoped to have the support of an employee as is promised when you book the 30 minute appointment.

Never in a million years did I expect to walk into a store pick out two dresses in less than 15 mins and low and behold the second dress I tried on was the “ONE” the perfect one . Then shoes and a hair piece was all there just like it was meant for me and the dress.Serena is the greatest it’s like she has known me forever and matched them all to me perfectly.The Absolute best shopping experience ever…Thank you Serena.

Had a great experience purchasing my dress from here However I do not recommend getting your dress altered here. When I picked my dress there was lace falling off and clear strings everywhere. Terrible results for the cost of alterations.

I had the greatest experience working with Taylor this past Saturday! I was looking for a formal dress to wear to a wedding the following weekend! I had been all over and couldn’t find a dress I liked until I walked into the Lewisville store and met Taylor. I didn’t have an appointment but she helped me so much through the process and gave me lots of options and friendly advice! She was AMAZING and I will go back again because of Taylor and the friendly customer service the team provided to me while I was there.

I had a wonderful experience! The associates are great and eager to assist in anyway they can. I was able to find a dress, they located the color I wanted in Hurst and I picked up the same day. Alterations are scheduled-what a load off my shoulders! They are having exceptional sales right now, I got a Vera Wang gown for almost nothing! I highly recommend you try them out!!!!

I’m in a wedding this August and although I had time, my dress color was discontinued. Amy Ruiz, the store manager is a absolute genius. I have never stepped foot into a Davids Bridal before going in for alterations yesterday. I had ordered a dress online knowing that I was going to have to get it altered since my measurements are so weird. Everyone in the store was super helpful and kind. The experience was short but good.
