I am extremely displeased with the level of service I received today. I came in earlier around 5 and was going to be helped by one guy but he had another customer he was working with. The assistant manager who goes by the name of BUCK approached and was very rude to me. I had to return a package from my job and they told me to come to FedEx and I would be serviced. The guy BUCK insisted that I had the wrong place and that if I didn’t have any information to give he wouldn’t help me. He didn’t even let me finish speaking and explaining everything before dismissing me. I left and came back just to show them the email and even after that he was very combative and rude. I usually work with Jay and never have any problems but BUCK had the worst attitude and did not show a level of care for customer service.
Carlos and the team here have been able to cater to all of my print needs for my business. Great service and always looking out to make sure i can take advantage of any of their ongoing promotions.

I came in here in order to get a few packages returned to Amazon.Little did I know that I had to go to a UPS store. The issue here is the way the matter was handled.Buck was at the service desk. He asked me if I had slips. I showed him the slips I had in my packages. He bluntly told me this is FedEx, theyre UPSWhen I tried explaining my confusion, I was cut off and told Okay, this is FedEx, they are UPSI would have liked some educating but I guess Buck doesnt have patience to explain to patrons.He is rude, obnoxious, unwelcoming and dismissive.And I probably wont come back because it was pretty embarrassing.I guess if I came dressed in suit and tie I would have been treated differently.

First off, I would like to say that one of the associates helped me out and was very professional and fast. That being said, the manager on duty, at this location, at around 1:10 pm, was very rude. He asked me if I needed help, then when I was in the process of telling him what I needed he just ignored me and went to help another customer. Very unprofessional, do not waste your time here; at least not around this time of day.
GO HERE IF YOU WANT YOUR PACKAGES TO ACTUALLY ARRIVE AT THEIR DESTINATION.I am here every other day and they are always courteous and thorough, presenting shipping alternatives that none of the other stores even seemed to know about. The manager is extremely knowledgable (constantly correcting misinformation given to me by other locations/couriers) and his employees extensively trained.USPS nearly ruined my small business, UPS grossly overcharges and doesnt even seem to understand what a customs form IS, we all know DHL pretty much fell out of the back of a truck and most other FedExs are usually dismissive and rude, with only slightly more shipping knowledge than my dog.This is THE ONLY FedEx I will go to.You guys are awesome! ^_^
Very helpful and professional staff. I shipped some golf clubs and they were patient with me as I weighed my options of having them pack them or to pack them myself.
If you want your packages lost or items in those packages missing dont do business with FedEx, they dont pay attention to detail at all, and cause important documents, and checks to go missing. Youll just end up wasting your money with them.

I go here often. Went in thislocation early this week Stood in line over 10 minutes. Was totally ignored by the manager and another associate. Other person just walk off. A person of a different race and gender, he was helped right away. Im still standing there. When manager was done, finally came to help me. When I told him, says he did not see me .REALLY!
FedEx service has always gave me amazing service at this location. I would just suggest that you explain briefly your process under this covid19 crisis to a customer before helping them. Letting a person know where you would need them to stand from the beginning would have been helpful to me personally.

Please train your staff better.I asked for card stock to print my resume on and the girl behind the counter said they didnt do that and that their large format printer was down anyway.Its just card stock, thicker than paper, standard for resumes and letter size for a regular printer.
This place is full with horrible staff including their Manager and I strongly that she is one behind it and encouraging there staff to push the limits to sell their packaging supply. I had to make 3 consecutive visits with in an hour and every time they were looking for an reason to say no to accept the package since I didnt allow them to sell me their packaging. So the interaction was with a girl Shayla I dont think she even knows how to talk to people and pay some curtsy to the customers, I brought my package in side the store it was well packed with plastic wrapping around it she asked me to open the packaging to check the condition of the box and then she will repack. I agreed with what she said then she started tearing off the packaging with a knife and made it to the condition where it could not be used to repack and started asking me to pay 10-20$ for packaging unfortunately I wasnt carrying my wallet with me and I had the return mailing label with me as well as the package was well packed so I wasnt honestly worried about anything to pay but when I denied with that fact that I cant pay at the moment the princess of the store got mad at me and said rudely I can take my package back and get it repackaged with a box and which have a flip sides to close the box. I said okay and I came back home, repacked my stuff in a box which had 4 sides to closeand took it back to the store and the moment the Miss princess(Shayla) saw me again she said something to one other guy in his ear and once i got to the counter upon my turn the guy asked me to open the packaging again and said it have a little gap and I need to buy their re-filler to fill probably half inch gap I was amazed once again After shipping 1000+ of packages in throughout my life I have never seen anyone going beyond this to sell their stuff this time I again denied to pay anything and I asked them If I can get some taping I will fix it for them so that the little gap will be filled even though the box inside wasnt moving at all but the guy said he wont help me with anything until I pay the cost for packaging wow. this doesnt end here once again I was return without them accepting the package since I didnt buy their re-filler. I stepped out went to the next store to this location and I asked an guy to help me with the tape so that I can get my box fixed and he helped me very delightfully even it was a clothing store and he barely had any supply but he did help me with everything there and once again I was third time and the lady on the floor started insulting me saying that dont worry about this guy when I asked for a manager she came and tried to back them off by saying that they are just following the policy. I would like to know which policy allow them to insult the customers ? and this time there was another gentleman and before even looking at the packed box he goes to the manager again and asked her saying that We cant accept this package right ? wow come on man this was unbelievable and I could not even believe they took me to the point where I had to clap on floor for their excellent customer service But I also decided they have to accept this package without me paying a single penny for it as there is nothing wrong with packaging or label and finally this manager accented the box after ruing my whole evening struggling with them to drop off the package. I just dont have the words to describe what level of insult i have gone through and people like this shouldnt be even in customer facing job. when I asked them their names they were laughing on my face saying that it is not going anywhere can you believe on this ? I wouldnt have taken my time to waste on writing even the even bad feedback review for these people there. I am more qualified, educated and success than them and they dont have any write to insult me if I go there for service but I think it will make difference for some one and one day they will have to learn their lesson.

Absolutely tremendous service. Helped me print some work related documents that had very specific variables that made it difficult. Rick took the time to understand my needs as a walk in customer right away. Granted they were slow at the time, but his interest in my needs were very helpful in getting this job right.
We ordered printing to be done somewhere else and ran into problems. Went into FedEx and Jessica helped me. Ordered our printing and she stayed on top of it until everything was picked up. Even kept a smile in her voice when she had to send a proof about 5 different times. I would send any one of my friends to her and I will definitely go back...great customer service Jessica! This is my preferred FedEx Office location, hands down. Their equipment is always well serviced, supplies and materials well stocked, and the staff is genuinely friendly, helpful and patient. They actually take customer service and attentiveness seriously. A rare quality in any consumer retail or service. I dont know if its a company store or a franchise location, but the home office would be well served looking at it as an example of a well run store.

I regret not getting his name - he could have been a manager with his high level of customer service, but I came in today needing to get a picture of my dog who recently passed away, printed out to put in his memorial and this guy showed so much sympathy towards someone hes never met. It made me feel so much better during such a difficult time. Whoever you are, thank you so much.
The service here is absolutely ridiculous. I walked in while there was no other customers there. I asked this lady if she could guide me on how to print a few pictures on photo paper. She told me to go to the table and figure it out. Disappointed, but also in a rush - I went to the both in hopes of trying to figure it out myself. Printed 5 pages, from which only 2 for printed and then the system went into a weird frozen mode. The two pictures that were printed weren’t sized correctly so they were useless...and the fact that I had to enter my credit card details before I placed the order. I got charged $35 for 2 pictures out of the 5 but in correctly. I went back to the front desk and that lady was helping someone else - so I asked the gentleman there to help me. He came super slow - showing absolutely no urgency - did his thing sooooo slow. Started speaking to another employee regarding another order while I’m standing there waiting for him in a rush. I wouldn’t go there again. Go if you want to spend $35 and get nothing done! I ended up going to Office Depot, paid half the price and for it printed there. I called to get the refund because I told them I’m in a hurry and they said just come back when the system is up and running so we can refund. No one answers their calls. Waste of my time and my money!

If I had to rate this place a zero, I would. I needed to send a package to Canada before the holidays with plenty of time and it was the only shipment place open that day. The customer service was horrible. Employees werent happy. They failed to notify me that i had to fill out a paper to send things to Canada, being it my first time ever sending things abroad. Now my package was given back to me without any notifying email that it failed to ship to Canada and not given a refund. If I wanted to try sending it back to Canada theres an additional charge. I dont think so! Horrible experience ever. Never going back to this carrier ever
My elderly parents went into this store and asked the girl @ the counter (on Saturday 9/16 @ 12:30p)if she could help them figure out how to add information to a document but she refused. They were a little upset about that so asked if they could at least get assistance copying and scanning a document. The girl absolutely refused and very rudely told them this was a print shop and they didnt do anything with documents .The only thing she was willing to do is point out where my parents could do it themselves but wouldnt assist them with the equipment. Its one thing to politely inform someone of the services that are or arent available but the way this girl spoke down to my patents and refused to do anything for them was horrifying. Every other time theyve been to this store in the past theyve been treated with the utmost respect and assisted with anything they needed. Its a shame this one employee brought them down to a 1 star rating.
Tara was awesome, very friendly with helping me mail my first FedEx package to my son in kC. The store was clean and made me feel welcome. I would recommend this location for shipping needs.
Piss poor customer service. The girl behind the shipping counter shouldn’t be in customer service or interact with people her attitude is atrocious. Unfortunately I’ve encountered her multiple times with the same awful attitude at this location. The first time I shrugged it off as she was having a bad day, I now know she’s just flat out rude and lazy.

We tried going on this Fedex location on a Saturday at 3 pm which is well within their working hours. It was closed and there was nobody in the FedEx. How can they have a location which says open and doors were closed! Pathetic and waste of time! Recommend going to a better location since the area is also a bit shady.
They get paid to deliver, yet I still have to pick it up every time.
Pretty disappointed in this placeI placed a order online and upload photos in correct size. When I went to pick them up it took them 20 plus minutes for me to pick up an order I had already paid for. When I get my order images where printed the wrong size. I tell them that and they said it’d take them 30mins to fix it. I was already running late so I said I’d come back later. Come back and they tell me I have to go home resize and resubmit the order online instead of just doing it all right there. So now I’m stuck with stuff I didn’t want and wasted $30.I want either a refund or my stuff reprinted in the right size.
The first girl that helped me couldnt find my package, I showed her on my phone that it was ready pick up and roughly the size box it would be in, she goes and looks through envelopes?? I said no its in a box. She says I cant find it sometimes it shows thats its here but its not here yet. Well thats the dumbest thing Ive ever heard. They looked up the tracking number and it showed that it was at the location for pick up. After about 5 minutes another worker comes back with my big box! Wow! I cant win with FedEx ever, if they deliver to my home they dont even come to my door and they put in the system customer not available for delivery, so I had it shipped here so I could pick it up and avoid all the hassle. I still get the hassle one way or another. UPS and USPS are not any better.

Some self services are quick and easy to use. Others can be slow and slightly frustrating (figuring out how your image will copy - landscape vs. portrait). Staff is helpful.
Too Slow, some people act like they dont even want to be there. I work for FedEx and had a bad experience with this location. Sad because I work my tail off just to have people like this make everyone look bad. There some good workers there BUT damage done.
I used the workstation computers to print some documents. My total cost was $5 at the time. I checked my bank account and they charged me $13.00. Im never going here again..
Worst experience ever. We walked in to have a few simple Thank You cards printed. The lady at the print center looked at her clock and told us their machines could not handle basic card stock. She then asked if we could just use our home computer to do it. What?? What is the point of going to a professional print shop if they cant even print a few Thank You cards! From what I could tell, she simply did not want to do it and was looking at her clock as if she was waiting to go home for the day. Worst place ever!
Went in on a Sunday morning to have a simple PDF file printed and was told it would be over two hours before they would even look at it despite being the only customer in the store. Wasn’t the first time I’ve had this type of experience.Also, while I was there they answered the phone and said in a patronizing tone “I wouldn’t be answering the phone if we weren’t open, would I?”. I’ll find a print shop that values customer service and suggest you do the same.
The individual who helped me today was unfriendly and not interested in helping me at all. I had a document I needed to send and instead of assisting me he told me I would have to handle it myself. What is the point of having a retail store if your employees arent there to assist the customers. This was an important document which is why I wanted to go into the store to have them assist to make sure no hiccups to be told figure it out yourself. Horrible experience and highly disappointed.

I hate Fed Ex... I came here just to ship a package and they told me that my packaging wouldnt work because of a small empty space and wanted to charge me for paper filler. Such a lack of customer appreciation.
If I could give this location zero stars, then I would. I created a shipping label online and my total came out to $18.75. I brought item in to be placed into the box that I paid for and they told me that it was going to be too small. I paid for a larger box and the attendant put my label on the box and that I was good to leave. I never did witness anyone measure the box or anything so a couple weeks later, Fedex changed my $18.75 charge to $83.76! I had sent ONE comforter blanket to TN. I have been fighting with my bank and Fedex now for almost a month and I will never ship via Fedex again.Please, for the love of God, do not use Fedex. They will rip you off without even telling you.
I had a crazy shaped object no box would fit, and a deadline to make. The manager assured me they would get it out in time so I rushed in. Jennifer Brister took charge once I got there. She literally hacked through solid board cylinders (not corrugated cardboard) and reconstructed them to custom fit a shipping container from 2 less-expensive tubes than I anticipated. She fit them together for strength and then for the same money, guaranteed them a day earlier than I my deadline. Above and beyond the call of duty - in customer service. Thank you, Jennifer.
Service is never good - if youre an idiot.Many of these negative reviews, are a perfect example why I dont put much faith in non-professional reviews. People never realize the world does not revolve around them. computers were complicated ? seriously ? You are knocking FedEx because you cant understand how to insert a bank card and login to a device the entire world uses every day, and kids as young as 3 have mastered ?Many times, the difference between good and bad service is the person needing the service. A smile can usually be all it takes to get great service. And of course - there are those times where people in the services industry dont belong in the services industry.
Had two packages that they couldnt ship. I gave them a zip code and city. Neither matched and they couldnt override. What a terrible shipping system that doesnt allow users to send to addresses they know are correct. Gave them a try because ups was closed. They were also more expensive. Obviously, Ill never be back.

WE PLACE LARGER ORDERS AND I UNDERSTAND THEY ARE GOING TO BE ISSUES BUT TODAY THIS FEDEX LOCATION HAS LOST A CUSTOMER FOREVER. LAST FRIDAY I PLACED AN ORDER FOR 3 FORMS AT 250 COUNT OF EACH... I GET A CALL MONDAY THAT MY ORDER IS READY SO I SEND MY ASSISTANT TO PICK UP THE ORDER. HE GETS BACK TO THE OFFICE AND I SEE WE HAVE 65 COPIES OF 1 FORM AND 125 OF THE OTHERS. I HAVE AN EMAIL THREAD OF WHERE THEY EMAILED BACK THEY HAD THE ORDER WHICH CLEARLY STATED THAT WE NEEDED 250 OF EACH. I CALL BACK MONDAY AND SPEAK TO A VERY NICE GUY NAMED JORDAN. HE LETS ME KNOW THAT THERE WAS A MISTAKE ON THEIR PART AND THAT HE WILL HAVE MY ORDER REPLACED AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE BECAUSE WE ALREADY PAID FOR THE MESSED UP ORDER. I GOT A CALL TODAY FROM SOME LADY THAT WORKS THEIR NAMED NATALIE OR SOMETHING WHO TOLD A FLAT OUT LIE AND STATED... IT LOOKS LIKE WE OVER MADE YOUR ORDER AND I WAS CALLING YOU BEFORE WE THREW IT IN THE TRASH TO LET YOU KNOW YOU CAN PURCHASE IT AT 1/2 PRICE... UMMMM NO YALL SHORTED MY ORDER AND THATS WHY YOU HAVE MY ORDER THERE FOR ME TO PICK UP.. I EXPLAIN THAT TO HER AND SHE WANTED TO KNOW THE NAME OF THE PERSON THAT TOLD ME THAT THERE WOULD BE NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. UMMMM NOT THE STORY ON WHICH WE HAVE RECORDED LINES THAT I WAS TOLD... HE THEN TRIED TO EXPLAIN TO ME WHY I NEEDED TO PAY FOR THEIR MESS UP... I HUNG UP AND CALLED CORPORATE OFFICE IN PLANO AND NOW HAVE FILED A FORMAL COMPLAINT AGAINST THIS LOCATION FOR THE TIME AND STRESS WE HAVE WASTED DEALING WITH THIS.. HAD THEY JUST HAD MY ORDER RIGHT THE 1ST TIME OR THE 2ND IT WOULD OF BEEN GREAT... SMH SO IF YOU ARE WANTING YOUR ORDER TO BE CORRECT YOU MAY WANT TO USE ANOTHER LOCATION... I went in on Saturday trying to ship a package to the United Kingdom you want to have a counter did not care at all that I was there would not listen to me and tell me I could take my package Else where to ship it I her why she was trying to charge me $300 more than what it said on the website she told me that she did not know and that if I had an issue with it call customer service so when I call customer service it turned out that the woman I was dealing with was a representative for FedEx and when I was switched over to the shipping department for international packaging I gave the one of the dimensions and how and how much the box was in weight and she tell me it was the price that was on the website and she did not know why the phone was trying to charge me an extra $300 to be for warned if you go to this location

FedEx is ashamed, they cannot give you a simple explanation, they do not have bilingual people, they need to train the people they employ because they do not explain, they do not know the work they do !!!It is a pity that a company that is worldwide has so many criticisms for not giving a good training!
