The absolute worst place I have ever been employed by. I honestly regret ever working for these people.

Called about a position and it was already fulfilled but Zoraida helped my daughter find her a place. After half a days work it wasn’t a fit for my daughter. Zoraida placed her in a different location and now my daughter is happy where she is at.Zoraida is a recruiter at the Lewisville location and is truly a gem to work with. If your looking for work, ask for this lady, she works hard to find a good match for you.

Miss Stephine was a good helper towards me. She guides me through all the steps. She is a sweet person.

Horrible customer service they only care about you getting them money through work. The women that work here always have attitudes and don’t like to answer the phones if you want to be treated as fodder work here.

I plan on changing this review to 4 stars once/if someone from pdq responds.They set me up with a great job and some of their staff are quite pleasent but i just had an interaction that flabbergasted me.I had a question for a staff member there and called in spoke for about 2 minutes, her being short and acting as if i was a nuisance but i was willing to over look that, and then at the end of the conversation said thank you to which the woman on the other hand end of the phone just hung up. No good bye, no OK, just slammed the phone down. This is absolutely unacceptable behavior and i guarentee they would not speak that way to someone providing a job as opposed to someone working through them. I really hope someone at pdq sees this and talks with their staff because i dont feel this behavior is who they are as a whole.
