Been waiting on the status of a background check so I can get a start date for several days now.Update: It has now been almost 3 weeks and about a dozen e-mails with no real answers. Having issues getting Elante Stiles to contact me with a status update. Just tells you that they will reach out and get back to you then completely ghosts you.Robert if you see this and get desperate Id recommend Staff Force, talk to Jorge. He set me up with a warehouse position making $15 within 24 hours.

I’m currently going through the process of finding employment with Adecco. I’ve completed the application on June 28th and I’m still waiting to get a start date. The job does require a fingerprint background check, which I completed on July 30th. On August 2nd I was told to send them my birth certificate, ss card, and a headshot with a white background, which I did on that same day. Nobody contacted me for a week, so I reached out to them to find out what was going on. They tell me that I’m missing one document. No problem I’ll resend them, but why not reach out to me and let me know. Now this is August 10th, I resend the document that they ask for. On August 19th, I reach out to them again via email, because I haven’t heard anything from anyone about the position in over a week. They tell me that I’m in pending status, not a problem, cool. Now this is the second time I reached out to them, each time leaving my phone number. The next day, I receive an email saying that I entered the wrong ssn on the application, no problem, I give them the correct one. On August 26th, I received an email saying everything is good to go, just waiting on a start date. I understand that the application process for every job isn’t the same, but the lack of communication is horrendous. I even expressed in one of the emails I sent, that I’ve purposely passed up guaranteed jobs in order to take the one they have. I’ve called multiple Adecco locations, leaving voicemails trying to contact someone so I can get an understanding of what is going on and still no response. The person that I was dealing with name is Elante Stiles. There’s no phone number for the person, just an email. I’ve put myself in a financial bind waiting on them. The alleged opportunity is a great one, that’s why I was willing to wait, but a month is ridiculous. Writing this review doesn’t help my chances at getting the position, I’m sure they’ll probably disqualify me all together after seeing this. I want the position that they offered, but I don’t know how much longer I can wait. On top of the fact that I just moved from out of state to the area, so employment would help exponentially with the transition.

Gave me the lowest paying job they had 10$ so after working there 7 days I found a job paying 15$ a hour and I gave the client notice that I was leaving yesterday and so when I got to work today one of the Adecco ladies came to my desk telling me they was letting me go I drove 30 minutes from my house for nothing I was only there a hour I could have saved my gas I will never go here in a time of need again after the way the treated me after I did what I was suppose to do let them know that I had find a better job I don’t know anybody in their right mind will stay at a job that can barely pay the bills this is Texas the cost of living is to high to be getting paid $10.00 a hour and THEY KNOW THAT

This agency does not answer the phone but then when you stop by they say call and make an appointment Im not sure why they even getting paid bc clearly no one is receiving calls or appts and they also blacklist u even if its not your fault beware

I started the application process for a position Feb 7 it is now March 4 and I still have no start date. I expressed my current financial hardship with Daniela and there was still no sense in urgency to have me placed at this job. I have to reach out repeatedly just to receive updates on were I am in the hiring process. This is unacceptable and very frustrating if you need employment ASAP I advise you go with a different staffing agency.

So I called these people about 5 times at different times and days for a position I’ve done that they were hiring for again. It was the exact same job with the same company. Easy recruit right? Well not when THEY NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONES OR EMAILS! A couple months later (now) I get a generic email stating I applied and if I was interested. Even though I was upset, I responded but yet again they never replied. It’s been 4 days. Her name was Daniela Pasillas by the way. Pretty sure the same woman that never answered her phone when they told me to talk to her. Find another recruiter. They obviously don’t care unless you literally come to their office and do all the work for them like you’re at their mercy for a job.

This is the worst temp agency I have worked for. I accumulated sick time and put in for a day on 01/07. They took my time and failed to pay me. I have called for 4 weeks straight with the only supervisor, I guess, named Shenequa that doesnt listen very well and blames you and emails to IT dept for not getting paid. You cant focus on working because youre to stressed out for teying to get paid for one day of paid sick time, that Ive earned. Time to look for a new job and send a few certified letters to corporate. WORSE TEMP I EVER WORKED FOR. Requested to speak with a supervisor only to Not have her call me but but had to call back a week later to get told the same thing again.

They have great job opportunities but they never answer the phones and my witholdings were never right so i gave up after 4 tries offixing it

Best Temp Agency in DFW hands down!!! There is always work!!! And I dont usually do reviews but the ppl there are really nice and they will find you work no matter what!!! Just let them know what you need and theyll do there best!!! I love Daniella!!! She is always professional and really positive and doesnt mind going above and beyond!!!

Anytime I call here, there is never an answer. When I go up there they are never busy. It has been really hard for me to get a job through this specific agency. I’ve already been accepted and done what’s needed for this job, and was basically hired, but communication is a loss here.

Lack of professionalism... Recruiters screen calls and act very nonchanlant. Dont trust the MOUTH SWAB at BROOK RIDGE they have to meet a QUOTA and let anyone in. There is no value in employees here. Glad there was something better for me. #hatelooseendsexemployee

Literally trash service, theyre all so stuck up acting like theyre the only staffing company in lewisville. Most of them won’t even look at you as you’re talking to them. Disrespectful. Don’t answer phones or emails either.

This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a staffing agency. So, Priscilla Deleon reached out to ME for a job other and MENTIONED because my resume has a pay requirement of a certain amount that’s higher than the pay of a job she’d be able to compensate me for what I needed. Well after hearing horrible stories about her lying to people about what they’re getting paid, I decided to email her just be clear I’m getting paid what she promised. When she responded, she claimed she NEVER said that I was getting what she promised and we NEVER talked about it. My thing is how does everyone I work with have the SAME exact story? I’ve only worked for a couple days and she called 9/13/2018 saying “my supervisor said he’s ending my assignment due to low production”(while laughing) might I add that I’m the ONLY person who does my job in this department and with what I do nothing would get done, so I know this is a COMPLETE lie. I’m not sure what’s her problem but I’m posting this review everywhere I can and contacting BBB. AND I’m still waiting for her to send her superior’s contact information.

Priscilla is the name of the lady who helped me at the Lewisville, Texas location. It’s Friday, I’m supposed to start work Monday and never received an email containing the address to show up to. I spoke to her at 2:09 pm they close at 5:30 pm. When we were hanging up the phone she specifically said “you start work on Monday at 9:00 a.m. Daniela will be emailing you the details” well it’s 5:30 and they’re close. I did not receive an email at all. So, how am I supposed to show up to work? I really wanted to like this agency but their lack of professionalism is appalling. The day I went in to inquire about a job everyone looked like they were all ready for the day to be over with. No one greeted me, I had to start the conversation. Already off to a bad start.They are not prompt and you literally have to hound them in order for them to do their jobs. Seeing that I have experience and I have no criminal history it should have been a piece of cake, right? Abosolutley not! The lady was acting like she didn’t even want to help me find a job. A guy was there to take a drug test to start a new job and he openly told the lady who was conducting it (it’s a mouth swab test) that he smokes marijuana and that he was currently on a Xanax pill. The lady looked at him and said “oh you’re good, I’ll take care of you.” Are you freaking kidding me?!?! So someone who openly admits that he does drugs was able to get a job before me. Seriously, save yourself the time and headache and go with a different staffing agency. These people are not worth it. They’re just there for a check and to play with peoples livelihood. You can’t give multiple people power like that. They obviously abuse it. If a higher up sees this you are more than welcome to contact me. You need to know they kind of people you have working for you.

I applied for a job over the internet. Went to the location and was greeted by a woman. I specifically told her what I was looking for when she asked. I filled out the paperwork and she told me she could not do it. I looked at her startled and was like WHY? She told me she was only hiring for warehouse. Being new here from another place this was a shock to me. So i asked: well who is hiring for it: she said the woman that handles it is out to lunch and she does appts only. She was very rude and unprofessional. After I proceeded the other woman came in that handles waht o was loooking for she would not even speak to me about it. So.....and normally I dont go off but that is when had enough. I said my peace and that was it and left. I would blast her name but... Im not. Anyways if you are looking for a job this is not the place especially not the location.

This is the worst staffing agency, the office lack professionalism and they are not responsive when you need help I worked here for only 1 week the beginning of May 2019 they failed to give me my paycheck until October, I called everyday and drove to the office but they were just rude and unprofessional and not giving me a valid reason why I’m not getting paid and this is not just me it happened to a lot of employees, this company has a reputation of not paying the employees.

Terrible company to work for! I wouldn’t recommend anyone to work here! The people are so rude and they always give you the run around about your money YOUR WORKED HARD FOR! Then when you call to resolve an issue they rush you off the phone!!!

Ok im a felon and I need a job quick and being a felon it is hard for me to find a job without it taking weeks or months to get one so I went to a staffing agency. I didnt beat around the Bush and told them about my felony they said they had employers that hire felons the lady put in my info and said to give her a week and she would have a few jobs lined up for me after playing phone tag for almost 3 weeks they now tell me that cuz a felon they couldnt work with me till next year there a complete waste of time tell you one thing then the next day they say they didnt say that or never call you back

This place was no help to me after they sent me for a drug test they want to do your back ground check...shouldnt of they did your background first....after they did my background and saw what was on their they did not have the courtesy to call and tell me they can not find me a job because of what was on my background...I would not recommend no one to their office..It was a total waste of my time they should get all your information before they get you to go through the whole process to nothing.....
