The customer service at this location is great! Highly recommend, they always return my clothes exactly how I want it. In the past I had a hard to clean white blazer which there expert staff was able to remove & press just in time for a much need event. Keep up the great work!

Will my clothes be clean? Will my pants get double creased? Will they be ready on time? Will the employees care about my business? I stopped worrying about all of these things when I switched to The Tuckers for my dry cleaning!Their counter employee (possibly the owner?) Hander, goes WAY above and beyond to create repeat business. I was unsure whether or not to get a certain shirt starched and he inspected the label and educated me on their process to make me feel confident in my decision.Theres more! Once he found out I was self-employed and write off dry cleaning expenses on my tax return, he took the extra time to email me a detailed statement from the previous year for my taxes. Thats the kind of service you wont find anywhere else! If Hander goes the extra mile for something that simple, I can rest assured that they will always work hard to keep me coming back. Customer FOR LIFE!

I have been using these guys now for about 18months. Every couple of weeks I take them 12-16 shirts. They have never messed up. My stuff is always done on time and the prices beat everyone in the area. Great guys.

I have a white skirt and my husband has a navy blue suit that I took into Millennium dry cleaners for them to fix a pink spot on my skirt, clean and properly press my husbands suit. They did a VERY poor job. The pink spot expanded and created a trail across my white skirt and my husbands suit was not cleaned all the way neither was it pressed properly as to where it didnt sit well as he wore it. So I took our clothings into Tuckers and they told me they would try more than once to clean my skirt until they were satisfied and do a good job on my husbands suit. It was pricy but so well worth it! They cleaned my skirt and it looks brand new, and so does my husbands suit. Very pleased

THE WORST DRY CLEANING EXPERIENCE TO DATE!!! I just moved here from Detroit and took a few pieces to be cleaned including a pair of relatively new sweat pants I had on when I moved boxes into my storage unit. Yes the sweat pants were dirty which is expected from moving but I received my pants in worse condition than I left them. They had black stains across the front...the pants are light gray!! They tried to tell me I brought them in that way which is a COMPLETE LIE because I would never dry clean clothes that are stained the way my pants were when I picked them up. They MESSED UP AND BLAIMED ME and had the nerve to CALL THE POLICE on me because Im pissed as all hell about the condition of my pants!!! Completely disrespected me by saying a black lady wont leave their store.....I WAS A CUSTOMER....color DOES NOT matter when you are a customer. But if I was their color Im sure they would have done more to satisfy. All I wanted was for them to acknowledge the fact that they messed up....they never did and I walked away paying for them to mess my clothes up.

I have had good previous experiences when I paid in advance, this time I dropped off and he said just pay when you pick it up. It was $20 more than what I expected, pay in advance if you go here !!!

They make up the prices. Get a receipt if you drop it off with a price per lb. And know the minimum is 10 lbs like he told me

There was white gunk all over the hand-made bodice I brought in to this cleaners. I wont be back.

Ive been taking my clothes to this cleaners for years, I mean bundles of clothes, not one time have they lost any items and they are cleaned to perfection, I travel a lot through out the year, so often I have clothes thats stained from being in the trunk or moved around, compared to some other cleaners, this is by far the best.

I sent 2 comforters and 2 jackets. It was over $100!!! I should have just trashed them and bought new ones for cheaper.
