Lindsey and Mariksa were fantastic. Cashed my check and picked up a prepaid card with no hassle at all. In and out in less than five minutes. They even offered to setup the card for me since I wanted cash and money deposited in the card. Good stuff and very friendly.

First I want to thank PLS for hiring Linnette a very happy person, customer service more than excellent for the first time. I have enjoyed my stay in said place thanks to the kindness and professionalism of the aforementioned person; Thank you very much for your attention.

Never had this sucha thing anywhere else ever!!!!and when I said (politely) No, the girl threw my ID back to me and left the window before I did.and online they say (Health & safety: Mask required · Staff wear masks · More details) I think I was the only one who was wearing maskDont respond to me guys. just fix yourselves.

Well I just love coming to cash my check here every one is so nice and helpful. Just goes above and beyond for a customer. Makes me feel like family. Didn’t get Dominique this time but I sure got Minerva which she is the store manager and she was just amazing was trying to pay my bill for my rent and try to see all they can do which at the end my company doesn’t even accept to pay at a store so she went ahead and help me get my money order and was just 110% customer service I love this place

Do not come here unless you like waiting, even on payday Fridays when they should have adequate staff to meet demand.

Leslie was awesome... I had a refund check that I needed cashed and when she called to verify it through my finance company. The finance company was asking for so much information. She had so much patience and gave them the info they needed.. I would of said I’m sorry but we can’t cash it.

12/8/20 I gave this location another chance but no luck. They wanted my clients SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER SO THEY COULD CASH THE CHECK. Obviously my client was not gonna provide such information, i cashed checks from her at this same location Staff(minerva) can care less about cashing checks they still getting pay. They get pay no to cash checks. lTrying to cash here is really hard. Lady(angelica) told she couldn’t cash my check because she could reach my client I asked her if she had call him and she said couldn’t call him at the time(8:20) I told her that it wasn’t 9pm that I always use pls and i knew that they couldn’t call them after 9pm. She went and call after spoke with my client and told him she couldn’t cash the check because of the system!!!! Excuse after excuse definitely never using this location again!!!
