So I went up to check n go, I didn’t know what to expect because this was my first time doing something like this. But my experience was smooth and fast there was a lady there named Rosi she helped me through everything and made sure I was very comfortable. I would definitely recommend coming to this location!

I drove to this location specifically because Vivian was extremely friendly over the phone. I called a different location and she was not friendly what so ever and seemed in a rush to get me off the phone. When I got here she was very patient and kind. It’s already stressful when you have to borrow so having great customer service like Vivian had given to me makes the process much better. I would recommend going to this location.

I went in yesterday just to get a small amount. Jackie went through everything with me and did everything she could to help me. At first the loan was approved and everything was looking good. It was just the check for collateral that would not print. She really did everything in her power to try to get me the money that I needed. Even though i wasnt able to leave with the money I appreciate the help and her going above and beyond.

I originally rated 5 stars however the information provided was misleading. My first time taking a payday loan and I asked every question I could think of... They explained that I had time to pay back just as long as I pay $5 over the minimum... What they didnt say was if the balance isnt paid in full an additional fee will apply. They didnt fill me in on the hidden fees.

Vivian is amazing. She got me approved for a loan and explained everything perfectly. I left out feeling confident and relieved. I actually got more then what i expected.

I needed a loan to get my phone bill paid off, I initially went to the Denton Location, for some random reason I was denied both loans even though Id taken a payday loan out with them in the past. I went to the Lewisville Location (used this location before once too,) and was helped by one of the nicest, caring person ever. Ms. Keisha was a huge blessing and lifesaver! she was able to help me with the loan request and I was able to get my phone bill cleared. Ms. Keisha was very professional, clear, accommodating and so funny! :) I will definitely come back to this location if I ever need another loan,

At this location at 11:30 sign says they are open at 10:30 and neon sign is on saying they are open... Door it locked and no one will answer the phone. Wont ever use this location for my check cashing purposes

Sorry Keisha, but your not right for this, I paid all but .51 cents of my loan on Dec. 21 and on the 27th of this month it goes up to $60 bucks and today it’s $70 bucks ... and then u tell me it’s nothing u can do about it, also then u threaten me that u will put it on my credit. This is sad Check n Go charge fees like this .51 cent and now it’s 70 bucks . I would not recommend Check n Go !!! other stores like Cash Store and Advance America are so much better.. and I’m still waiting on corporate office to get back to me ..

They dont even deserve a star. I do Like Tiffany, but Im not sure who the other lady I spoke with is.I called today, July 19, 2017 and the agent spoke with was rude when I called inquiring. Made me feel like was a burden on her. When I asked what time they closed, I was told they closed at 6pm. I got to the store around 20 min before they closed and the doors were already locked. The agent saw me standing outside the doors and did not even budge to open the door or motion me they were open. She rolled her eyes at me and continued to stare at her computer screen. Very unprofessional and I will not be bringing my business back. I mean I needed this place to help me with a bind I was in. I arrived on time and they turned me away. Never will I recommend this location to anyone.

Do not visit this location. I cashed a check at this location and was helped by keisha Mcreynolds store manager. I was told i would only be charged a $33 dollar fee to cash my check. After my check was cashed I found that I was actually charged a fee of $88 and Keisha refused to correct it. They do not pay cash only debit cards and Keisha placed the pay card under a different name and different address which i had to call to change. I spoke to Keisha to try to obtain contact information for her supervisor and she refused and told me to leave the store. Do not do business here unless you want to be lied to and stolen from.
