I bought the Miata ND 2016 Club from here, did an independent 24 point inspection, which passed. Hugh was able to address the minor issues after the inspection.After doing a general servicing on the car, I drove it across the ENTIRE northeastern US and back, a little over 5k miles in total, with absolutely no issue.From working with Hugh its clear that he cares about delivering a functional, safe and reliable product to his customer, sparing no detail when it comes to repairing these vehicles. I cant recommend working with him enough! Incredible value, attention to detail and continued support even after hes sold the car.

Working with Hugh at Ace’s Miatas was a wonderful car buying experience. He cares about the customer and stays in contact throughout the process. He was flexible when I wanted some aftermarket parts installed, or wanted to provide my own parts. He worked hard to try and keep the price down and did an amazing job on the car when it was all done. I love the way the car turned out, got exactly what I was wanting, and ended up spending thousands less than buying a used car elsewhere. I’ve put 1000 miles on it so far with no issues. Just got back from a 2,700 mile road trip in my 2016 Miata. This car was a damaged car that Hugh bought at auction & made the mechanical & body repairs for resale. I can find nothing on, in or under this car that would make me think this car was ever wrecked. The repairs Hugh made are flawless. Once I drove this car I was hooked ... find myself just hopping in to drive with no thought of where Im going, this thing is just so fun to drive.

I never submit Google reviews for places of business but Ace went over and above to make what I thought was an impossible crease/dent in our Ford Expeditions quarter panel simply disappear with zero paintwork required. I took my car in a few days ago for some minor dents and dings, and Hugh took care of it while I waited. The estimate was accurate, the work was excellent, and the prices are very reasonable. I’ll be visiting again soon to take my other car in for some dent repair as well.

Second time Ive used these guys. BOTH have been excellent experiences. Hugh does quick but thorough evaluation and then gives you an estimate that has always been spot on. The work is done quickly (at least for me) and excellently. These guys are where Ill bring all my ding and minor dent work.

I either write reviews for super horrible places, or super awesome places. This place definitely deserves 5 star review.I called at least 7-8 places for an estimate on my truck hood dents, everyone was estimating around $600 to fix. Im thinking during the pandemic, the businesses should be begging for work. But instead, they were over charging me. Somehow, I found this place and I couldnt be happier!!! Price was right on point! Service is perfect!! Communication on point!!Im not going anywhere but this place for my future dings and dents. 1 star reviews here are BS. Ace One Stop Auto Shop is a fantastically operated business. I brought my truck in that has some dents that needed repair as well as a deep scratch in my door. Not sure what the lady was complaining about regarding a 15-minute wait as I have never had a bad experience with this business. I have been taking my car there for several years and they have never disappointed me. As a single mom....I depend on people I can trust when I have automotive needs. I not only trust them but they go above and beyond my expectations in customer service. Truly a class act in auto repair, sales and service! Not happy with this place at all. I was not a direct customer, the shop I went to took my car to them for hail damage repair. (I know it was them from the footage on my dash cam). Firstly, their repair was good for the most part, leaving only a few barely noticeable dents from the significant hail damage (noticeable to me because Im OCD about my car), but mainly Im upset because they completely missed a broken piece in one of my rear light covers that I had to take back to the original shop to get fixed and secondly, their team left dirty fingerprints and hand marks all over the interior roof. I mean ALL OVER. There are still dirty marks to this day as I dont have a means of cleaning the roof. And yes, I know it was them because I had personally spot-cleaned the roof prior to them working on it and it came back covered in dirty fingerprint swipes and grease marks. I am not happy at all and dont recommend them or the shop I went to that subbed out the work (reviewed separately).Update: 1/13/20 - 5 starsAfter making my opinions known, Hugh (Owner) reached out to me offering to go over my car once again and apologizing for the handprints. As it turns out, it was not Hugh at Ace that had dropped the ball. He had caught the small damage to my light at the back and had let the body shop know. It was also the body shop who was supposed to clean the interior before turning it over to the customer (me) which was not well done (in my opinion), if done at all. Hugh did take care of extra dents that were on my car in his second overview even if they were caused post-original repair. He went very much out of his way to take care of my car and it was quite a pleasure dealing with him. (Note: I had not had any contact with him previously.) He was very proud of his work and did a great, thorough job. I feel bad now for rating him so poorly in the beginning only to find out my complaints were not from any fault of his. I dont usually like to post updates because I feel that they should be earned on each and every customer the first time, but Hugh definitely went above and beyond. I would recommend.

They removed a few small hail dents out of my 2016 aluminum F-150 and my 2017 black steel Ford Fusion.Both vehicles came out perfect, even the black one which shows any slight flaw now looks show room perfect where the hail dents were.We arrived with both vehicles at our appointment time, and in about 30 minutes both vehicles were done.Thanks

These guys are great. Had twice to go there to fix my car after hail damage. Repair was done extermely well, even removed all the door dings and other small damage I had. I hope not to return a third time, but I know where to go if I need to!

Used them to get a 4-wheel alignment on a 2017 Mazda MX-5. Thorough and careful, they did a great job. Very pleased. Got to hang out a bit with Hugh who is the owner. It was obvious he cares about his business and his employees. I wouldnt hesitate to use them for paint or mechanical work. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience. I tend to be a perfectionist but Hugh went above and beyond that. Two small dings and one larger dent and they now look like they have had a miracle worked on them. His skill and patience in working out these dents was fantastic. Great conversation as well.

The facility was clean and inviting, and the owner very accommodating, and took on my very technical problem dent in an alloy motorcycle tank on Saturday with short notice. He worked quite skillfully, and with the same care that I would offer toward the quality of the completed repair. The repair was completed with expert talent and attention to detail, very rare to experience in todays marketplace. I enthusiastically recommend this business for any future small dent repair, and will personally return joyfully in the future.

They did my hail damage in less than 3 days. Prompt and professional. Stop by and just check out their salt water tanks. Quite impressive. Anyone who can keep up with a salt water tank has the attention to detail to run a great body shop.

AWESOME WORK!!!!! I just got my BMW out of there that had 2 dents on the hood (that were my fault) and they took care of it so good, I cant even tell where they were. Im very critical of repairs and I seriously cannot see where the dents were before. Carl and his crew did an awesome job. The dents had a little crease in them and Carl said that they would only be about 90% perfect, he was dead wrong, you cannot see them at all. I was backing into a parking spot and a lady opened her car door onto the back right side of my 2011 4Runner.... Left some dents in it and I thought I was gonna have to pay over $1k to get it fixed. Took it to Ace PDR and in less than an hour and a $125 later it looked good as new!!!! Amazing service and super friendly!!!! Highly recommend!

Gotta say these guys are pretty good! I had a few dents in my trunk and called up the company and they gave me a great estimate. I drove up and they told me the estimate will be the same as the pricing. Without an appointment the guys went to work and fixed my car within 30 minutes of me showing up, (Even let me watch!). In the end the guys did a fantastic job, the dent that was extremely noticeable is now gone! Must say will go Ace next time I have any problems, and will tell friends! Go ahead and go up there, must say worth it!

Fast, quality PDR! Price was better than many other places I have looked. Stopped in because I was in the area, and within 45 minutes I was out the door with a door ding free vehicle. I will go no where else from now on to have my dents repaired.

I went to this shop because of the high rating I found online, and they certainly lived up to expectations. Work was completed quickly and the car looks great. Having the deductible taken care of, as well as the quality of the work makes this place a no brainier. 10/10 would use again.

Awesome service and people. I went there to get hail damages fixed, the deductible was waived. The service was on time and lastly when they gave me the car back I wrongfully accused them of breaking my rear view mirrors back cover, only to realize that it was my own stupidity combined with design flaw that I had not realized before. They took the accusation very professionally and apologized and agreed to compensate for the damages even though they did nothing wrong. Awesome people!! I soon realized that it was my fault and I apologized. I would highly recommend this place. Great Customer service.

They did a good job on dent repair a year ago. They were not able to fix one dent near a crease, but that was repaired later.

I banged my front driver fender on the garage corner, and Ace did an excellent job repairing it! Looks just like new, and was all done very fast...within 2 hours!

This place has both a body shop and a mechanics garage. I took my van to have some A/C work done and it was in and out in around 20 minutes. I had lots of questions and left with a greater knowledge of my car then when I went in.

I brought in my wifes Jetta SEL with several large and deep dents/creases in the drivers door. The work was done very quickly and the large dents/creases are no longer visible. The price was extremely fair and overall I couldnt be more pleased with the quality of the service or the friendly and professional demeanor of the owner/staff ( they even gave me one of their donuts). If I ever need any more dent or body repair ( hopefully not anytime soon)for either of our vehicles I will definitely be returning to Ace.

Called and asked if someone would be available to assess the damage to my car if I arrived within 30 minutes. I was told there would be someone there so I drove 30 minutes out of my way. Arrived in 28 minutes to be told that I needed to wait at least 15 minutes for someone to take a look at my car.When you waste someones time it is equivalent to wasting their money. Had I been told that I would have to wait when I arrived, I probably wouldnt have even tried to make it in today. Two of my friends are looking for a repair shop. So youve just lost a potential customer and two referrals. Worst customer service Ive experienced in a long time.

In the end, I felt as though the owner was very concerned about how I felt, and was very sincere in his attempt to do the right thing in getting the problem solved to my satisfaction. In the end, I was so pleased with this response, and believe to much in the sincerity of the owner, I would be happy to visit the shop again in the future if need be.I am upgrading my review from one star to four stars. This would be a five star review had deadlines had been met, and if communication were better. I think (and genuinely believe) that I just got unlucky, and I expect the norm to be good communication with met deadlines.Original:I saw all these reviews, and I was thoroughly impressed. So I decided to bring in my SUV that needed a repair on a side fender. They told me that a painless dent repair would probably not get the fender back to like new condition to where I wouldnt get charged in the lease return process. They said they could try anyway and then go ahead with a full body repair if I didnt like the outcome. I agreed. I gave them my vehicle on a Friday. I was told the paintless repair would take half a day. I never received a phone call on Friday, nor Monday, until I called late in the afternoon to check on its progress. I was told that it was ready for an inspection. After I came back to inspect the paintless repair, I thought it would be best to go with the full repair.I asked about how long it would take to be completed. My written estimate said 4 days from start to finish. I was verbally told 5 days. That would put my return date on Friday. That was verbally confirmed. Friday comes, and Friday goes. No phone call. Monday comes, and Monday almost goes. No phone call. I call late Monday afternoon to check on progress. I was told that it would not be completed until end of day Tuesday. I said that was unacceptable, and that they had the SUV for 7 business days now. I was given some excuses, and was asked if noon on Tuesday would be okay. I signaled my displeasure. Then I was told 10am. I told Carl that it would have to do, but I wanted some communication as to its progress on Tuesday.Lo and behold, a phone call at 9:30am Tuesday to let me know my vehicle is ready. Thank goodness.Thats not the end of the story. I go to get my vehicle, and the end buffing had not been done completely. That was fixed. Then I noticed a number of small scratches and paint chips on my passenger side rear door. About 5 or 6 in total that had not been there even on the Tuesday I went in to go see my paintless dent repair. They used some touch up paint and sent me on my way.Barely an apology. No mention of a discount (I wasnt looking for one, but if I had made this series of mistakes, a small discount as a token of an apology would have gone a long way). When I left, I just felt like I wasted my money. The job they did was okay, but I left with more headaches than when I walked in.They would have to make some gesture if they want my business in the future.

Great guys sold me a used 1.8 Miata oil pan. I pay palled them and a week later a super clean oil pan showed up! Will do business with them again!!!!
