Frank has probably been in the industry so long he forgets what is most important and that is integrity for himself and the individuals he sees. From what I know he didnt bring forward an accurate diagnosis but simply a general diagnosis without getting to the root. Yes I concur with the previous rating, his diagnosis are more than likely same in every single patient.

He is nice man, but it is concerning he gives everyone the same diagnosis. Probably should be investigated.
