My partner has been eagerly waiting for a package to arrive. We received a notification that the package had been delivered but it was not at our mailbox or in the general area. I managed to catch the gentleman delivering the mail and asked him if he could help me locate the package as I had received the notification indicating it had been delivered. This gentleman stood outside in the blazing sun on the phone with another representative with the post office to help retrace his steps and determine where it was delivered. He quickly figured out that it had been delivered to the neighbors by accident and fetched it right away. This gentleman could’ve chosen not to help me, but he went out of his way and I am incredibly grateful for that. Keep in mind when your reading reviews, most people wont take the time to leave a review if all went well. However, people will take the time to write a scathing review when they have had a bad experience. So far my experience with Lewiston’s Post Office has been nothing short of excellent. Thank you to the men and women at the post office who serve our community, rain or shine!

How do you mess up your only job? This stuff is time sensitive, no one gets a passport just because. Do not recommend them as a passport agent and hope this counts against them as maintaining their ability to do so. I expect a full refund for services not rendered, and your passport agent to sign the form again. Maybe you can pay for gas money and time too?

The workers at the counter are friendly and knowledgeable and have the patience of saints! They remember my box number and are always polite and cheery. Going to the Post Office always brightens my day - thank you!

Shane was a delight this morning. I had nothing but trouble at the Auburn Post Office on Great Falls, to the point where I literally had to leave and come to this post office. Shane was friendly, polite, and gave me no problems sending out my package. Will continue to use this one, never going to the Auburn location again, they were SO RUDE. Shane, thanks for being amazing.

I watched as I waited at my mailbox the truck drive by and undeliverable pop up on my notifications. ETA is today NLT 8pm? Yeah... thats not coming. UPS is the way to go if you absolutely need it this century.

Always a great customer service experience when I go in! As a frequent shipper, I have never had any issues with packages arriving on time. The tracking information is always updated within 12 hours, too. This place is great, and I love doing business with them!

Came in early when they opened up and it fast service, and polite. Come here every week and i get the same results. Even the delivery driver that delivers our mail to the house goes out of his way to come to our door and have small talk and hold our newborn son. Whoever the driver is that controls the routes on winter street in lewiston with the dreads has been doing his job for a long time and exceptionally well at it.Lewiston Maine

So easy to get passports and such Friendly amazing Staff!

The people who work here are extremely rude. I understand its a busy place but even when it is not busy they treat the customers like they are a nuisance to the worker. I would rather stick my packages in a blue box then have to deal with the people that work there. Maybe its time for some new staff.

Poor mail service. Skittish drivers who dont even attempt package delivery or fail to leave non-delivery receipts! Worst customer service at the desk, rude and generally apathetic.

Horrible service. With signs posted both inside and outside, in several places, to get your passport here, I was unable to do so twice in the same day! The first time they told me they were short staffed but that someone would be back at 12:15. I went back at 1, waited in line for 20 minutes, only to be told they stop doing passports at 1!

I do all my shipping with usps and the people at the post office have always been good to me there my be lines but there are line evry were.

I need a passport photo. I call to see when I can have this done. No one answers the phone. I guess Ill have to find somewhere else to have it done.No service = no Business

After standing in line for 1.5 hours and finally getting up to the counter i was told to leave as they were going to close. this was my experience so far.

Website says they do passports Monday through Friday. Walk in and get told we dont do it on Monday. Update your website!

I called knowing they were open the phone rang and rang and rang i tried to call back 5 times OVER A 20 MINUTE PERIOD and the phone was busy every time like it got taken off the hook. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
