All the people i have talked to have been great. The issue is simply my item arrived damage and it was a High Dollar item. It took a week longer than scheduled. If you track the shipping, you can see how much time your items spend in a warehouse. This already had me nervous as most things that take extra time usually get broken or stolen. In this case broken. I cannot recommend them for large items as this delivery was a really simple one but still was a fail.

I ordered a $400 chair from Staples, and this was the courier Staples used. They left my chair in the middle of an abandoned buildings driveway, several miles and streets over from my home. They left the box uncovered, during multiple days of downpour. They did not notify me of the delivery, so I was not aware it had been misdelivered until a Good Samaritan found saw the box and wondered why it was abandoned there, examined it and called me.Do not use Estes Express Lines for delivery under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES if what youre shipping is valuable.

The driver was very professional and courteous; an exceptional representation of your company.I was rather concerned with having a pallet delivered to my residence, it ended up working out perfect.

I have had two large deliveries managed by Estes Express Lines. Both experiences were good. I received a notice call about a week before delivery validating the delivery address, etc. and also had the 30 minute window call. for actual delivery. Both times the delivery specialist easily moved large, bulky items from the truck to my garage and organized. Great customer service all around.

Called Friday and scheduled my drop off for Monday afternoon. After ensuring all information, including cell phone, was correct we ended with a verification that my delivery would be Monday afternoon. Monday afternoon 1700 and no delivery so I called, just to find out that Estes changed my delivery to Wednesday afternoon, never a phone call or email to inform me. Some of us have to schedule these things and for a company to change it without notice or reason is rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. So I guess I will see if my delivery makes it in Wednesday.

I worked with Erin in Lewiston Maine location on my delivery which was going to be returned to the vendor where purchased due to shipping address error...she saved the delivery and my project and i cant thank her and Estes enough!!
