There are not a lot of options for internet in the valley, but if you want to prevent frustration and irritation I’d stray away from Century Link. They over charged me and continued to charge me after I cancelled my services. Their help desk line rarely has anyone who can understand what you are saying and is often disrespectful.
Asked some very general questions. Customer service rep was extremely rude and unhelpful. Hung up on me after I wouldnt give him account info. I was calling about general questions in regards to upgrading process. (Then i was going to have Father in law call to make upgrade) he hung up on me in a dramatic fashion(very unproffessional)
Setting up a phone line for my mother in a care facility in Lewiston, ID. The customer service staff were very helpful, personable, and professional. They worked with me to get the information we needed and to find the best deal we could.

Wouldnt use them if they were the ONLY place in town! Theyve been charging my elderly aunt something like $50/mo for internet, when she never signed up for it, doesnt have a modem, and kept telling them she didnt even have a computer. They REFUSED to give her the money back. They can go lick a monkeys butt. They are the WORST!!!!!

Customer service at the local branch tried to screw us over. We were able to get ahold of the National (800) number and had much better service. Local branch told us as a current customer we had to start a new account and they had to run our credit just because we moved to a new house in town. Seemed like they were just trying to scam us for more money.
Friendly local store and great internet service at an affordable price. Also, no rate hikes or contracts. Highly recommend.
CORRUPT!!! I canceled my service in March after years of poor quality internet. I am still receiving bills every month, I call them and when I do get a person after them dropping my call over and over they tell me to ignore the bill and that yes my service is canceled. Just received a forth bill and shut off notice (great i canceled this three months ago) however after being on hold for more than a half hour once again they hung up on me. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY OR SERVICE.
No internet, is better than this. If you like slow, non working internet, this place is for you. Pay a little extra and get cable ones. 3 years and it hasn’t changed
Its closed permanently. Its great tho, the customer help line hangs up on you after an hour of being on hold MULTIPLE times so that people get frustrated, and then try to go to the store to talk to a person... AND THE STORE IS JUST A FRONT! genius biz scam. FUUU centurylink. Never again.
Ive been trying to get ahold of them ALL morning. Theyre billing me twice i paid my bill the 16th and i have a pending charge from them! Ive called several times and just get hung up on. Tried to virtual chat apparently theyre not doing that at this time. Its frustrating. Really considering disconnecting.
