Wanted to add an hour to my rental because I left the key there when rushing to my grandfathers open colon surgery. Had my buddy go down to pick it up and an employee named Chad told him that I wouldnt have needed the extra hour if I wasnt in such a F------ hurry. He then proceeded to talk about a pizza shop, human trafficking and Hillary Clinton and I got wildly uncomfortable. Told them to forget it. Definitely will not be returning.

Picked up a tool on a Thursday went to return in that Saturday, said they close at 4pm.... they closed at noon, brought the tool in Monday morning they charged me for 5 days place is a scam nice racet...

I called a week ago to reserve 3 tables for my family reunion and was told that I didnt need to reserve and there would be plenty of tables. What a joke! My husband went to pick up the tables today and was informed they are out of them! Really??? Then I call them to vent and the guy hangs up on me! Not trustworthy!

They usually treat you fairly decent I rented a splitter they gave me the biggest piece of junk it made my life difficult this weekend made my job twice as hard you need to retire number one log splitter

Rented a woodchipper for a week, came with a broken tooth, thought they were hooking us up with the right size ball but they decided to charge us 4 bucks a day for a week without telling us. Horrible service with the other options in the area.
