I can only repeat these reviews. Absolutely a SCAM. WARNING do not get sucked into the offer of a free Trial. What they do is get you to give your card details by saying you just have to pay for shipping from there they start taking money from you account. Unfortunately there is no way to post this without giving at least one star. That appears to legitimize them. the are not legitimate.

I have been trying to get my refund since December 2017. I received my free trial and made sure I would not get future Nuvega items in the future. Sure enough I received the tube in the mail and my credit card was charge 96.00. They are a scam outfit. I strongly advise to not buy from this company. I will update in two weeks....that is when I am suppose to receive a refund. Today is January 22.2018. This comes after 4 calls and giving them most recently my tracking number since they said they had not received it. I imagined they were hoping I did not have that info. Beware.

This is definitely a company to stay away from. They charged my bank account for product I didnt order and didnt receive. The call center employees are unable to connect me with the actual company they are contracted to work for, which I believe has another name than Nuvegash and is located in Manalapan, NJ. I got this information from the information on my bank statement. Since I dont have their actual company name, Im unable to file a complaint with the state of New Jersey. Have been trying to get a refund for 2 months.

Do not order from this company, they are scam artists.

This is a scam. Do not buy from this company. I had to cancel my credit card to avoid getting charged which is a huge inconvenience.
