I got stuck with the family and had to call USAA roadside. After over an hour, a guy from statewide showed up and said that my lug nut was stripped. He said that he was coming back with a flat bed. He never came back and his dispatcher gave me his direct cell.He never did pick up and after that the dispatcher stopped picking up. I didnt get my van towed until midnight with another company. I was travelling with my whole family and just today I realized that state wide is located 2 miles from where I was stranded.I have never left a negative review before, but these guys earned it.

I contacted a recommended tow company that never even returned my call after 5 hrs. Then contacted statewide and had my truck delivered within 2hrs. Highly recommend these guys. Professional, polite, and fair prices. These guys are on it.
