I called after I locked my key in the car. The serviceman arrived in about 40 minutes, in a professional tow truck, with a smile. He wasted no time, got right to work, and within seemingly seconds, the door was open. Great service, great price, 10/10, highly recommend!

They were very helpful and I had a great experience. Picked up my car on a rainy Sunday evening and towed it an hour and there was a little damage to the front of my car but one of the employees was super helpful and replaced it for me with no problem at all. Highly recommend they have great customer service!

I called today with no answer. The owner immediately called me back. He took my information, gave him instructions and paid right over the phone. He stated it would take a few hours. It didn’t take long at all. He called me when my vehicle was dropped off at the repair shop. Such great service....I couldn’t have been more impressed.

Beware! They dont follow through with what they tell you, at least that was my experience. Who doesnt tow an antique car on a flatbed tow truck? They dont, though they wont tell you that when you schedule it, they just show up with a different type truck. Needless to say I thanked them for their time and contacted another Tow Company.

Truck is clean, the owner seems very professional, haven’t had to use them yet but will be sure to if anything was to happen with my car
