I used to like it here but it’s gone downhill. I got a Gel Manicure which was pink and then the color turned to an ugly tan the next day. Something must have been wrong with the polish. I went to get them fixed and they polished them again and then when I was going to walk out proceeded to still charge me $18 for changing the polish even though it was their product that was bad…and I had just paid an overly priced $60 for a plain pedi and gel mani a few days ago plus tipping well. I can’t believe they made me pay again. Instead of just fixing it for me, I still lost out. They also didn’t even look at the polish I had that was bad so it’s still on their shelf…I won’t be coming back and I’m going to tell others not to either!

I use to love this place and had been going for a couple of years but the last two times things definitely were pretty bad. I’m guessing maybe they’ve switched ownership because it’s been all new people. The woman who did my last dip manicure was too busy talking to a coworker when she was using to the drill and injured my finger causing an infection. Bottom line, I won’t be back unless Hannah comes back

The man doing my nails lost control of the electric buffer 2 times and hurt my skin. He did my white gel nail polish too thick to where it was bumpy and they lost their shape. My pinky nail had a hair in it, my pointer finger had bubbles in it from the top coat. I asked him to take off the polish because he said the refill was going to be 30 and they were not worth 30 dollars. he took it off and as I go to leave they tell me I had to pay for the refill (20 dollars without polish) and I asked if they could just take them off and they said it would cost an additional 10 dollars. Bad service, didnt look very professional, and wasnt very clean. Do not go here.

I came there a week ago. I got pedi and gel nails the nails are already falling off. I was rushed was only there for maybe a half hour 45 min. I will never come here again.

I’m very sad to have had a bad experience at this salon, as it’s always been my first choice! The technician I had was very rude and rushed through my nails. She had an awful attitude the entire time, barely shaped or filed my nails, and rushed me through my entire set. She made a mess of my nails. I’ve never dealt with service this unpleasant before.

Sorry to say my nails turned out looking bad very uneven some are short others are uneven nail color was too thick and messy looking

I used to get my nails done when I was younger and the prices from then to now are astronomical. BUT I love this place and the people there. My daughters; 14, 9, 9, and 8 get their nails done here. From full set acyrilc, dip powder, to gel nail polished and the work done here is always flawless. Hannah is my favorite! She remembered us from the one time before we came there, 3 weeks ago, because of one of my daughters nails. Hannah is so personable, funny, and kind! All the other employees we encountered there are just as nice, not as talkative, but proficient in their work. I definitely recommend this business and will return no doubt!

Came in toward end of the day on a Sunday after my regular nail salon said they couldn’t fit me in. They were so sweet and did such an amazing job! She took her time and made sure they were absolutely perfect. I will definitely be coming here again

This is now my goto place to get my nails done... Ive had a difficult time finding consistency in salons being able to do good mani pedis, and also phenomenal eye brows. They did such a good job with EVERYTHING Ive had done in such a short amount of time. Ive had a gel mani pani and acrylic and both experiences had great outcomes. They were also so sweet and kind to my 5 year old daughter, who i often have to bring with me when i come in, they treat us so well and helped keep her occupied while i finished my manicure. The salon is also so clean and tidy and very nice and inviting. Wish i knew the name of the man who has been doing my nails but i dont. But ill be seeing him again soon and i can update. 😁

I went in to get my nails done. they took advantage of me bc of my age. I’m 12 my aunt took me and they wouldn’t let her in bc she wasn’t getting anything done. I paid $50 for a REFILL!!!!! Robbery I won’t ever return DONT go here.

She listened to what I like like as far as length and shape. Today was my first visit. My nails turned out better than any place I ever went. They are also all the same shape and size not like my old place she would be all different lengths and shapes! Ill be going back for sure!

It was great, the staff was extremely nice and very gentle. The manicure came out very nicely and the acrylics are saying on well I like the selection of nail polish they had and how they preformed it. The pedicure is amazing and very relaxing they use hot stones and the seats had a massage as well. The experience was amazing and I would definitely go back.

The best place ever

I went for the first time today. Very nice place. Everyone was kind, the massage chairs reclined, and they even do hot stones with the pedicure. I would like to try different techs to get a feel for them all, but overall I am quite happy with my experience. I will definitely be back!

It’s hard to find a nail place that cares about customer service. The nail tech was friendly, took her time and did an amazing job!! I will definitely make the 25 minutes drive to come back to this salon.

My daughter, friends and I went to SV Nails on May 25th, my daughter and I got a gel mani/pedi. The polish started coming off our toes (4 of mine to be exact) before the week was out and the polish is peeling off two of my fingers and chipped on another and it’s less than 10 days since we got them done and my daughter is having a similar issue with her finger nails!!! I’m so mad especially for the price they charged!!!! I STRONGLY encourage you to take your business elsewhere! We’re going to have the next girls/pampering day at a different salon next month!!

Gel paint peels off within a day and my nails snap off before I even need a refill. I work as a phlebotomist, so I don’t do heavy lifting so my nails should not break off easy. I do not recommend this place at all!!

Absolutely amazing. Go see Hellen! I have had the worst experiences with pedicures in this area (one including a trip to the ER) and most Clip your toenails In a way that make you prone to ingrown toenails. I had an ingrown toenail removed from a podiatrist and after it was healed I was very scared to go back to a salon for a pedicure. The thought of someone digging in and under and clipping around really bothered me. As soon as I explained I just wanted everything except the sharp tools they completely understood and were happy to accommodate! Very clean and friendly.

This was my first and last time here. After spending over $36 for a re-fill a week ago, 2 of my nails are broken and my gel polish is chipping!!! I went on a Sunday because my work schedule is crazy and my normal nail salon is closed Sunday. When I went in I had all 10 of my nails done just needed a re-fill the nail tech took to of my nails of because they were lifting and charged me for them NEVER ever been charged when the tech took them off. Very disappointed!

Tried for the first time upon a friends recommendation. The staff was pretty nice. Pedicure was just ok. My daughters refill looked awful!! She cried for days. Not sure that we will be back.

Very ruff service! The guy was rushing to do my nails and gave me cuts while was pilling my nails. Also they dont seem to use sanitized tools -yak! He pulled out the tools from a draw without being in a sanitized bag or something else, and put them back in the draw after use.
