LOVE THIS SALON! I came in yesterday to get a full set and a pedicure- not only did they do an AMAZING job on my nails, they didn’t rush me out of the store when they were closing soon for my pedicure! The ladies were very sweet and I will be referring this salon to my friends and family! Thank you!!🤍🤍

I’ve been coming here for 3 years, noticed that they favorite customers and treated their favorites more well than any other person . Work is okay but the customer service is terrible and they are pricey. I didn’t feel welcomed unless I was one of their favorite customers. nail tech attitudes as well are ridiculous they act frustrated at you for their mistakes. What a shame I’ve been coming here for so long they lost myMoney from now ..

I went today after a horrible experience at another salon. Mickey was amazing! He carefully took the old acrylic tips off and then gave me a new beautiful set! He took his time and i greatly appreciate it!

I used to go there and at first they were good and then they got used to me and started over charging me, me and my sister went there one time and i got a new set and she got a refill and my set was $70 and they said hers was also $70, thats not possible for only a refill compared to a new set. They are money hungry!

Its clean. Most of the staff is very nice. I get the SNS dipping powder manicure, color variety is the best Ive ever seen. Crystal is awesome, friendly, and does an excellent job! Ive seen the owner do amazing designs. I dont usually go for all of that. The technicians here are very talented. The pedicures are great too very through. Feet feel great afterward. Prices are reasonable.

The nail polish used on my nails was cheap and chipped after the second day. While sitting at the dryer I looked down while my toe nails were drying and noticed the dryer for toe nails was filthy and caked with dust. Apparently while closed during the pandemic the salon was not the time for this place to be cleaned and disinfected like it should have been. Ill never go back.

I have been to countless nail Salons over the years, several in Great Neck, a few in Garden City, East Meadow, Hempstead... I have never been more pleased with a shop ever!! The owners are so caring. Mickey is a delight - if youre fortunate enough, you will experience his singing! Hes a hoot! Diamond is the most talented artist Ive ever seen. She creates things I couldnt have dreamed of. I see Crystal, she makes my nails look lovely every time. They are all so friendly, so attentive, and so willing to go above and beyond. Everyone talks to everyone. Never feel left out. Go once, youll go again!!

Work was good, but their chip reader in the credit card machine was messed up and they charged me twice by mistake. Normally, that wouldnt be that big a deal, right? Well the first time I called, I was assured it would be put back on my card. Then a week later I followed up because it never got put back on my card. They seemed apologetic enough, but then said something about them not having a record of double charging me. I guess they expect me to chase them down to get my money their faulty machine charged me. Well, I ended up having to go in person to get the cash instead, which I was assured was in an envelope with my name on it so I would have no problem just picking it up. Well, when I went, they asked to see proof that I was double charged. Again, wouldnt have been a problem if they ever followed up on anything or asked me to bring it with me when I came, but no, I guess I should chase them down for my rightful money and after two weeks of runaround think its acceptable to demand proof before I get my money. Needless to say I did get my money back, but I shouldve saved my time and aggravation and just disputed the charge on my credit card since their customer service is appauling. These ladies are very nice and they so great work, but how they handled double charging me definitely left a bad taste in my mouth

Came to this nail salon because I was referred. My girls come here for their manicures all the time but they service is trash. If u walk in they are gonna take appointments 1st even if they are late. U could be sitting there for 30 mins which is not fair. Ill take my $ somewhere else.

Omg, I went to the last week and they increase the charge a lot, Im scared when they say me the total for the deep power, and regular pedicure usually Im paid 55 bucks but last week the charge me 65 bucks for the same work.

This nail place is the worst. They make you wait forever even if you have an appointment. If the nail tech isnt experienced enough to do a gel pedicure, youre guaranteed to wait another hour on the pedicure chair. Save yourself the time & energy and go somewhere else!!!

Ive been getting my nails done at Pro fashion nails I for years... once my girl moved to II...I followed her there....she always hooks my nails up... just make sure YOU MAKE AN APPOINTMENT...they are very busy and even with an appointment...you may not be taken on time...but its worth the wait
