Unprofessionally illegally towed my vehicle against town code. Refused to return vehicle, forced me to hire attorney and sue in court. I hope with all sincerity, this company deserves to go OUT OF BUSINESS.

2/16/2018 - My friends car wouldnt start, with temperatures dropping we were sitting through the cold. My insurance coordinated with SJS towing & had arranged for tow. Rob Henry from SJS towing was there on time and helped us in freezing cold. He was very considerate to drop me off (couple of miles off) after dropping the car at my friends place. Doesn’t tell you that it’s goi g to take an hour and 20 min. There not afraid to charge you either!

Rude people. When you are stranded nastiness is not needed. Will never use them my insurance recommended them. Terrrible.

09/17/16 /7:30 PM-- I got a flat tire tonight in East Meadow. I have roadside coverage and they sent SJS TO Help. They came in 12 minutes and the man that helped us was very professional, kind and made our bad experience a non issue. If tonight was any indication of the service the company gives they get a triple A rating from me. Thank you SJS...

Tow was aggressive and smelt the entire way. Would not use again
