I recently stopped in on a Tuesday morning needing some direction in handling a pressing matter (feeling quite overwhelmed). I found the staff to be more than helpful & very knowledgeable. Thankfully & due to their assistance I was able to have my issue resolved. They took the time to walk me through what I needed to do & how my issue could be resolved expeditiously. Can’t thank them enough. Customer service like that doesn’t exist anymore!

This place is very fast and efficient for all your auto tag needs. They treat everyone with respect and answer all your questions pertaining to your car and driver license. Easy to get to from all areas with plenty of parking and hardly any wait time. They accept credit cards as payment which is convienent.

Went in to get a registration updated, no big deal, right? Woman behind the counter was more than a little condescending, but not quite rude, but still annoying. They tell me it has to be sent in to the state, should take 2 to 3 weeks. Theyll call me when its in. I asked for a copy of the paper theyre sending the state, she refused. Why not? Cause we dont give the customers copies of state forms. Yeah... ok. What am I paying for here?three weeks come and go, they never called. I give them a call, and somehow get disconnected. When I call back the woman is outright RUDE, doesnt ask for may name or why Im calling, just says theyll call me when the paperwork comes back. Mind you, I cant use the vehicle till I get the paperwork back and Ive lost a big chunk of summer here.Five weeks now, I just called and they get my name etc, then come back and tell me its been here FOR WEEKS. SO WHY DIDNT THEY EVER CALL?So aggravating to have to pay people to be this rude and incompetent, so NO, I would not recommend Commonwealth Auto Tags to a friend... or anyone else for that matter! YUCK!!!!!

They kindly are recommending THE VIDEO STORE, 4350 NEW FALLS ROAD, LEVITTOWN(1/4 mile from them) for ALL general notary(wills, POA, health directives, disability placards etc) since they can not notarize other than vehicle transfers.

Refused to help us and said they were closed despite their hours on the front door and website say open until 4:30 PM on Saturday. We walked in well before 4:30 PM.

Cat was very friendly and efficient helping me!
