This place is super quick, I was in and out with my B.F. We purchased insurance and got plates on the new car. Both ladies worked together to get it done quickly, and efficiently. Really a very helpful place. With a great atmosphere. Will def recommend!

The rage was stole from my vehicle and when I contacted the ladies at Maverick to find out what I can do about this since they issued my original plate, they were extremely informative and helpful in getting me a new plate the same day and making sure stolen plate was properly indicated with Pen Dot. Thank you ladies for being so helpful in such a stressful situation and providing me with a quick resolution. Not to mention the cost was in replacement of my plate was reasonable.

The previous bad reviews are 100% accurate. The blonde lady that works there was so ignorant because I came in at 5:40pm to do a title transfer . She rolled her eyes and talked under her breath. At that point I was 100% ok with leaving and not giving this place any of my money . I will never return to this place or recommend anyone here.

The girl was so upset because I came 20-15 minutes before closing, bad attitude and comments right when I came in. The whole transaction didnt even took more than 20 minutes.

Came in 2 minutes after close time 5:32 the doors were open I came in and was told it was closed in a very rude way, ! But there was customers in there still, I get everyone wants to go home and I would of never wrote this review but the way the owner went about it set me off !! Automatically shook his head and motioned me like I was wrong for walking in open doors.. if he would of sayd hey sorry were closed I would of been okay but the rudeness about it !!! 2 minutes after closing ! Never will come here again and before I came I called and thelady who answered was arguing with someone else while talking to me.. very unprofessional place I deff do not recommend take ur business elsewhere like Rons auto tags !!!!!

I called to find out about their service charge for boat registration.I have a kayak which is 10 feet, 6 inches long, to which I am in the process of putting a small trolling motor on it. Pennsylvania Maritime law tells us that it MUST be registered, but DOES NOT NEED to be titled.A person with a thick accent answered the phone and insisted that my kayak NEEDS to be titled AND registered. When I informed him that his information was NOT correct, he argued with me: it is part of my job to know the laws in Pennsylvania, and as such, I should NOT be questioned about things I am certain of.He then proceeded to hang up on me.I spoke with the PA Fish and Boat Commission earlier today to clarify/double check what needs to be done to make sure my boat is legal, so I am DEFINITELY aware of the law, beyond my professional expertise which already told me that I was correct.I STRONGLY urge people NOT to use Auto Tags by Maverick for three reasons: 1. terrible customer service, 2. ignorance of current Pennsylvania statutes that apply to the services they provide, and 3. if they ARE aware of current legislation in Pennsylvania, they willfully ignore it in order to charge a higher service fee.

This place beats all other ones. You walk in and get greeted by people that are happy. These people make you feel at home and have a great sense of humor and help you out as much as possible. Great prices great service and you cant ask for much more. Will recommend these people to friends and family

I have been going to the same tag/title place for over ten years. The gentleman who I bought my truck off of suggested this place and because it was fairly close we did. Now I ONLY go here! Not only is the staff professional, they are also very friendly and helpful. Its nice to walk into a place and feel comfortable and welcomed! I would suggest this place to everyone! They were voted NUMBER ONE for a reason!

I have been here numerous times for different things (i.e new tags, title transfers, registration renewal) and I have never had a problem in my life with the staff here. Nate and his staff have also gotten me insurance for way cheaper than any insurance around these parts. Full coverage for a very reasonable amount. That is what I call good customer service. I would recommend this place to anyone who is in need of car title work as well as insurance.

If youre going to go anywhere, go to Mavericks. Nate is the man. Great service and great pricing. Goes above and beyond for you and there isnt anywhere else I go to when I go to get my car title or any automotive related paperwork taken care of. Open later too than most tag places which is extremely convenient because most places close by 6 or 5pm and theyre later.

I had a very good experience here. They got me my tags, title, and insurance all done in one shot and in good time. Nate was very helpful and had a good sense of humor and a lot of patience. You kind of need those when dealing with my pops haha i would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.

I stop going here because every time it was an issue with everything I had to do, the last time I went there I need it to transfer a boat to my name from Colorado but they didn’t want to do it because I only had a registration and not the tittle, well some states like Colorado don’t issue titles, only registrations, but thanks to others well knowledgeable agencies in the area I got it done with no headache. I won’t be coming here again.

A great and amazing place to be so close to home to get your insurance, tags registration anything you could possibly need. Ive used Mavericks several times and every time they were incredibly nice. They were also very helpful in getting my vehicles on the road.

For a so called Professional company they are Extremely Irresponsible and they dont take accountability for their mistakes. Nate allowed my Auto Insurance to lapse by taking an incorrect payment from me that he approved himself. Told me not to worry about it until I found out my policy was CANCELLED as 2 weeks had gone by while driving! Nate did NOT contact me at all during this time period to make me aware that my insurance was cancelled or of the mistake that he had made. Then once again told me hed take care of it & NEVER did! So I was driving around in my truck uninsured for almost 30 days with Children! I was a long time customer & its ashame the way they handled my situation. I am taking my business elsewhere & do NOT recommend them if your looking for trust & reliability. Totally NOT dependable.

Worst customer service is at all.Owner of the place wants to fight with you if you ask them why you havent been informed before they ask you money for the service. She is at the desk rude too. Do not waste your money and time at this place they do not deserve it at all. Never been treated with disrespect as he and she treated me.

They should be sued i would not recommend them to my worst enemy and they got paid to do a service they did not complete with penndot The state police will b investigating them for fraud They did not take car out of my name and i am getting fined after 4 months went by
