I have been a customer for a very long time!! If anyone wants there car/ truck fixed or inspection they are the most honest people you could ever hope for and they stand behind any and all repairs.

People were nice but...we bought our Pathfinder at Royal motors this year... not even a month after buying it, broke down on us..we had to take it to Wagners to have the alternator replaced.. Months later after getting fix, last week the oil/ temp light, brake, etc lights went on as I came home from work. We took it yesterday to them and told us that the alternator again is replaced and this time the gasket cap valve is leaking. They didnt charge us for the replacement of the alternator because of the warranty but Im wondering if the leaking gas cap valve is the reason why the first alternator gone bad.

My 2012 F150 was over heating, I went to what was our family mechanic for years and they just kept throwing parts at my truck. It then took out my A/C. I then took my truck to Wagners and after two visits and 1/16th of what I paid they other place, my truck was running as good as new. My temps fell in line, and my A/C was back to being ice cold.A few days later I picked up a bolt in my tire. I went over and they pulled it out. Since its didnt puncture the tire, only the treads, they didnt charge me anything and sent me on my way.
