Stopped by without an appt told Bob my 96 Jeep cranked real slow to start this morning but battery is only 1 yr old. Bob said bring it in the garage. Ten minutes later I had a new battery cable clamp installed. Most importantly I had the confidence to drive to work without worrying if it will start when I head home. Charge for peace of mind: $10. This is how Bob cares about his customers.Stopped at Heaveners Garage with no appt. Loud clatter noise coming from under the hood. Bob listened for 2 minutes. Then put his index finger on the power steering pump for a few seconds. Thats it. Next day I had a new power steering pump installed. Done and done. On my way to work without any worries. Thats a good mechanic!
