I have bought my gas at Carvers gas station for a few years and always found it acceptable and never saw anyone there. My elderly aunt was there a couple weeks ago and had a problem with one of the attendants who work there. She made a comment that gas prices went up again and the guy jumped all over her so she left. She went back the following week to apologize and find out why he was so upset and he told her never to come to his station again and he was tired of her c***. Is that anyway to treat senior customers?

Took our car there first time for a new transmission. Perfect. This time we took it because the heat wasnt working. They told us a bunch of stuff needed to be fixed and or replaced. So, $1600 later, we got the car back and it runs great. The heat is hit or miss. Doesnt seem like it really fixed the problem, not entirely their fault.. Going to take it back to them.UPDATE: They fixed the problem and inspected our car. Will be taking all our vehicles there. Bob is super responsive and respectful. Thanks guys!

Bad gas!! I filled up $35 on the way to get car inspected and they told me I got bad gas

I brought my car in for a routine inspection last week- I failed because my check engine light was on, but the staff at Carvers were quick to identify the problem, provide a solution, locate the part needed to resolve the matter, and replace the part quickly and efficiently within the week. Their attitude was professional and they answered all of my questions completely and in terms I could understand (I am not a car person). I would recommend their services highly to any looking for a good garage and excellent customer service.

Brought my car in for a tune up, staff was very friendly and professional. I bought wiper blades and didn’t get around to installing them, when I got my car back they were put on. Thank you for the excellent service I will be back.

This gas station is great and convient! You can get your car worked on and they take care of all your vehicles needs. The gas prices are not crazy and they have a clean parking lot. I go here for my fuel whenever possible!

The guy on the phone during the days/mornings is extremely nice and friendly! Their prices are good compared to others and they do great work! The only slight issue is that they don’t call very often to update you, you have to call them.

Recently my daughter took her car here. The engine was misfiring shaking and not accelerating. She was told the engine has a internal problem. I worked as a mechanic in my early years. So I knew this was not the case. She was charged $51.41 for this diagnosis. Once the car was home I looked at it. I Found the problem and fixed it. The problem was not internal!!! I asked for a refund for her. Since the diagnosis was not correct. He said that was the fee for scanning the code. Autozone does this for free. But they charge $48.50? Believe it or not they wanted to know what I found. So I told them if they gave me the refund I would tell you what I found. Then I was told. They didnt care what was wrong. Guess not, they just made a easy $51.41 diagnosing a problem that didnt exist. They also told her the car wasnt worth fixing. She told me it ran fine today. Photo of the receipt below.

Be careful when using your credit card at the pump(not at the window). They charged credit card($100.00 on my AmEx), despite my receipt for gas was only $12.30. ALWAYS get a receipt from pump since Cody(manager) does not seem to understand why. He wanted me to call my cc to get them to explain. It took me giving him ALL the info from receipt before he would look into the charge. I still dont know IF he understands a pending charge.

I am very upset. This evening went to get gas, while it was pumping I went to reset my odometers. While in the seat I heard a car beep behind me. I looked back and saw gas pouring out of the tank. Obviously the sensor was broken and didn’t stop.The employees came out. I explained what happened and 1 gentleman mumbled something to the younger 2. They went and got towels to clean the ground.He didn’t suggest they wipe my vehicle down! I asked for a clean one and did it myself. 1 of the younger ones said he would.I then went inside to talk to him, apparently he was a manager or something. I explained about the sensor and that it wasn’t me pouring gas everywhere. I said I was upset about paying for gas that was wasted and wasn’t my fault. He said well it may look like a lot of gas, but it’s only $.50. I was appalled that first I customer service skills....no apology....no recognition that this was a problem!I said “So this is how you are going to play this?”So with out an apology and paid for gas I didn’t use, and new sneakers that are gas filled!I let every customer know this problem on my way out. And that Social Media is at everyone’s finger tips!I will be calling the Owner! And sharing this experience!

Pleasure to work with. Pep Boys tried to layer on unnecessary work again to my state inspection. Got fed up with their commission focused sales and tried out Carver’s Liberty. So glad I did. They did brakes, installed two tires and the inspection for a fair price and I had great service.

Always helpful anytime I had a question or did whatever task I was having a hard time doing. For example it was 12° outside and windy and I was having a hard time putting air in my tire, Im disabled and have a hard time bending to put air in at all let alone when its 12° outside. I asked him a question on how much to put in and he came right out and said Ill put it in and I gave him quarters and filled the one and checked all of my tires. Im sure tthgey recognize me from coming in to get gas but it didnt matter they treated with respect and helpful without even asking, and they didnt treat me like a nuisance.

The staff is incredibly friendly and very nice windshield washer station always has fluid not just water one of the cleanest gas stations I’ve ever seen by far and not to mention the maintenance service the mechanics are extremely knowledgeable and respectable to you your car and your pocket and get the job done right and fast
