My relationship with the Ward agency goes back to the days when Don Sr. and his wife Andrea started the business. I am on the road traveling more than I am at home these days. That being said I rely on the staff(Lindsey, Emily Mike and Mike) at Ward to keep me in the know about my insurance. I receive calls to let me know I have policies renewing and if i am late on my bill. Many say it but I believe that they view their clients as if they are family. The attention to detail and sharpness is instantly evident. I am contacted at least once a year and they take the time to review my accounts wether they go up, down or stay the same. I never doubt that I am getting the best value for my dollar. You will never be disappointed with Ward.

I recently switched to Nationwide for savings. There was an error regarding billing on the company’s end. I discussed the issue with my agent Mike Walsh. Mike quickly responded and had the issues resolved. Very responsive and professional. Definitely made a decision switching. Thanks Mike

My family has been members of the Ward agency for over a decade and always had a fantastic experience. I recently had a hiccup with the department of transportation and Mike Walsh helped me square away the issue within a day. The entire staff at Ward has always been professional, polite and efficient. Michael Walsh is one of the worst agents I have ever dealt with.I have neen trying to resolve issues for over 7 months to no avail.Fails to return calls in a timely fashion or emails have to constantly request information numerous times and he sends what he feels like spoke with Gail Ward to assist with issues and passed it onto Nationwide issues still no resolve

Great Team work!!!! OMG, these people are awesome. They make sure you have what you need for insurance. They make sure you are set-up correctly when it comes to insurance (especially if you have assets you stand to lose). They will call and remind you your insurance payment is due even! I highly recommend you make an appointment and get over there to see Doreen, or even call Fran to make an appointment. I have dealt with a lot of other insurance companies, and I am telling you, you wont find one to take care of you like these folks do!!!!!!

Good luck getting help. You always get the they just stepped out memo or someone who can not help you plays hot potato with the phone with other people who can not help you. Its been over two months with no call back and no help. Multiple problems with my policies with random people added and multiple errors. When you call the corporate office they re direct you back to the agents office. Highly recommend not shopping with this agency...extreme headache, no help and unrealistic prices.

Our agent Michael Walsh has virtually no follow-up skills not just when it comes to issues with existing policies but also when I tried to setup another policy with the agency.We neglected to complete our workers comp audit in a timely fashion in the beginning of the year principally because we didnt understand we needed to do it. Our actual payroll was significantly less than wed originally estimated. In Sept we received a notice the payment would be increasing drastically because we hadnt completed the paperwork. We called Michael in a panic and he assured us hed block the payment and asked for the payroll information which we provided. Two days later they took the payment anyway and ended up having to refund it. Stupidly, we though the issue would be done and never heard anything else about it (should have realized that meant there was a problem). In Oct they took even more than they has in Sept. We called again and left a message, then again and left a message, then again and we refused to get off the phone until someone helped us. Michael said hed work on it and get back to us. Then we called again, and again and finally started getting some explanations. Nothing was ever submitted back in Sept. We provided payroll again. I spoke with Michael on the phone and asked him to please call me back that day with an estimate of how much the new payment would be and provided my cellphone instead of the business phone. That was on 11/4 and today is 11/30 and he still hasnt called me back. He promised my wife a call the next morning with an update on the payment/refund. She never received a phone call. Ive sent two e-mailed expressing my dissatisfaction with the service still no phone calls. He said he cares about his smaller clients but actions speak louder than words.

Horrible service, I called Michael Walsh multiple times and wrote email for what kind of changes I want in my policy and follow ups and 2 months later now still hadnt change anything. I do not recommend any one to him. I am hoping that the owner Mr. Don Ward reads this and calls me as I have requested numerous times to the agents there to speak to a manager and none of them has ever transferred me to him.

Very unhelpful, was not able to give any information that was requested. Representative was loafing outside while approaching the front door. All around terrible customer service. Gives nationwide a bad name. Very unsatisfied.

Extremely unprofessional. A policy for a car I do not own was set up in my name by my mother and the agent without ever contacting me. Then when I went to cancel they claim that they are charging me for the rest of the policy. Everyone in that office seems to be on the side of screwing over their clients
