I showed a picture of a haircut I wanted. It was bangs and the next thing I knew he started cutting my hair and ended up doing slick back instead of doing the hair style I wanted. The place was dirty and etc.

My brother went here and he has really long hair so he was like just a little of the sides don’t touch the top and they basically shaved his whole head, i don’t know how they could mess it up so bad but they’re definitely not qualified to ruin a kids beginning of the school year, i hope they get their karma so the whole shop doesn’t have to suffer

I was in the leominster area after living in Boston for almost a year. I had struggled to find a barber i truly liked in Boston, so decided to give Dream Team a shot. My first time here i had received the best fade cut i have ever gotten and continued to return for another 4 months or so. Fernando was the only barber here i went to, and i actually got his number so that i could get him every time.He has a serious passion for this, and it shows in his quality of work. Its more than just a haircut, they use hot towels, massage wand on the neck and face, and genuinely make sure youre satisfied .Now im living in Boston again, so unfortunately i wont be back here in the foreseeable future. :(

Worst haircut I have ever received. The guy spent the entire time on his cell phone and completely screwed up my hair. Then I go back to have them fix it and they cant understand why Im upset. It looked like a five year old cut my hair. Then I had to put up a fight in order to get my money back. But before he could finish the job...the barber got frustrated because he screwed up and had to fix it that he threw the money done and walked away. Completely unprofessional. The worst experience that I have ever had with a haircut. If you want a decent haircut and good customer service then DO NOT go here.
