She was a good one but the colors I think expired or something wrong with it. Also bad experience with hair treatment Keratin.

This is the worse place to get a hold of. They never pick up the phone. I go in to make an appointment and they are closed before theyre supposed to be. And the number your told to call doesnt work.

Awesome hair cuts

Walked in today as Ive done many times with my son and was told they were too busy. Which typically wouldve been no big deal however there was no one in there and she was curling her own hair. Wow. Went to Luxury Cuts down the street and well worth the 3 minute drive. SmartStyle sucks.

Costumer care decreased in this place . I went there 3 Saturdays ago at 2:45 and getting there one lady was receiving a hair treatment from the other lady, they both looked like employees because the person seated asked me an a really rude way how can she helped me?, I was looking for a hair cut for my little boy and again rudely,  she told me until 3:30 with 2 kids on my hands. They should take personal treatments after hours and take care of their regular customers  first.  Never back there until see the old staff, to sad ..

Nobody is ever available for a walk-in... But nobody ever answers the phone to schedule an appointment. We used to go to the old Leominster location but now were moving on. Suggest you all do the same.

Horrible.. Im not really the one to complain, but being a stylist myself I know cleanliness. She was in the middle of my sons haircut the comb dropped on the floor and she picked it up, and didnt even get a new one.. Im now going to a barber, I shouldve went to one in the first place!!!

Tried to get my hair dyed was told I didn’t need an appointment and when I got there they only had one person on staff and wouldn’t see me

Long wait time. Most of the time only one stylist is available

Every time I go theres one person so getting a wash isnt likely unless you schedule for an appointment

Did have to wait about an hour as a walk in but the staff were friendly
