I went here where I usually wash my car by hand but decided I would go through the automatic car wash. While being directed I had two people trying to tell me what direction to go (already a tight turn while trying to listen to one person giving direction) my car went off the rail where I proceeded to ask if my aftermarket wheels were okay. I was told yes (I guess it’s my fault for not getting out of the car to check myself and for deciding to not just wash my car myself) but when I got home my wheel now has a not so beautiful mark on it from going off the guide rail. Not happy about it at all but otherwise nice people and clean car wash. Other than the wheel my car does look pretty good afterwards.

My car always comes out of there looking brand new. I dont go often, so when I do, I get the works package, and tip everyone who works on my car well. I travel a lot, often pack food to take to my family and its important to me that the back is clean. The interior always sparkles, and smells great! They actually got all of the Christmas tree needles out of the back!!

A neighbor had used them and indicated that they cleaned the car windows on the inside. When we arrived, the place was empty, ours the only vehicle being serviced. The staff was not masked. The female that we negotiated services with was not masked and would approach me as opposed to keeping her 6 distance (we were out of doors).I asked if they cleaned the interior of the windows and was assured that they did. I asked for a basic exterior wash and interior window cleaning, paid her some $23 and sat on a bench to wait.After the car went through the automatic wash, it was brought round to the front where a fellow wiped down the exterior and appeared to work on the interior.Long story short, the windows were not cleaned on the inside. Wiped, possibly, left with streaks that became evident as the sun set - and it became clear (only after we left) that the rear window had not be touched.I called them and was told to return. My wife went and watched as they used the same rags employed for wiping down the exterior to clean our rear window glass and wipe down the inside of the windshield.Id rather do a cheap drive through automatic wash and clean my own windows, at least Id use clean rags.

Ive been using Bonnie Mist Car Wash since I was 16, and my parents did prior to me getting my license. Bonnie Mist truly cares about how your car looks, and takes pride in their work. The unlimited pass, which I use, is worth every penny. If youre not already using the unlimited pass, where I can wash anytime during business hours, you should be, as its a great value. Highly recommended as the best car wash in the southeast!

Waste of money. I used to go here often, but tha last few visits have been disappointing. My wife took my truck to be clean yesterday, as a surprise for me. She paid for an inside/ outside clean job, and asked that special attention be paid to the windows. In the end, all windows had smears and smudges due to the dirty rags. Lint was left all over the truck, inside and out. They didnt even take the mats out to vacuum under them. Will not go back.

I grew up going to Bonnie Mist every Saturday with my father. It was like a tradition of sorts. It was the place to go to have your car cleaned or detailed. Fast forward to yesterday. My wife works in Lenoir and left after lunch to prepare for our vacation. Several final odds and ends including having the car washed. Needless to say not the experience I had growing up. Mirror parts knocked off left in cup holder. Wheels black with brake dust. Windows smeared with what seemed to be a grease rag. Needless to say history at bonnie mist from my child hood has not repeated itself.

Back several years this was the best full service car wash you could get in caldwell county period. I pulled in the full service line in front of 2 other vehicles that actually pulled in the wrong lane. So after having to wait on them and seeing only her a guy walkes up from some where and didnt even greet or ask me what i wanted just told me to see HER. I really was not impressed with the service I received from the start. When my car emerged from the wash bay it still had soap on it and the guy at that end just pulls it on over the wipe down area and begins his process which was not really impressive either. I really want to support you guys but today Im having doubts about ever going back. Just wasnt my day there today i guess...

Unless you are a senior citizen and you can not see how poorly of a job they do cleaning your car then you may want to take it somewhere else. The manager or owner whoever the elderly gentleman is was no gentleman at all. He got mad when I said I wanted the dirt to come off the car. Even said knowing you the car has not been washed and years. please keep in mind this man does not know me I am not from North Carolina this is the first time I have ever been to the Bonnie Mist Car Wash and the last.

Damaged my car and manager agreed n told me to get estimates. Took estimates back owner was very verbally abusive toward me and yelled at me revised to let me talk. Face me a refund throwing the money at me n said Im doing you a favor, now leave my premises one of the young men working there apologized to me I thunk he felt bad at how I was treated. This angry man in the red shirt who supposedly owns this place is a bully. Beware of this place they will damage your property and tell u is your fault. No ethics what so ever. Ive been told to consult an attorney.

Not happy at all with my car wash. I paid almost $30 for inside and outside wash and it was not cleaned at all. I had to ask them to vacuum it again and it still looked horrible. They say you get what you pay for and I paid for a $30 wash and got a $15 dollar wash.

Worst hands on car wash in Tri-County area. March 1st, 2012 took my jag there and ordered their most expensive wash. Told the attendants that I didnt want any shiny stuff put on interior surfaces. Just clean interior and use leather conditioner on seats. Well they use so much wax in the wash that it left a hazy film of wax on my headlights and let it sit in the sun and wind so the whole car was covered with water spots and streaks. The interior dash and door panels were left with thick shiny conditioner that was left to dry on its own and that left a white haze all over the dash and doors. When i pointed out the film of haze on the glass headlight lens and the other problems from their wash the owner told me That is not our resposibility.Beware.

Worst experience ever!!! They had my window down when it went through the wash, my passenger seat was soaking wet and the door speaker was wet! I talked to the owner who basically accused me of being a liar and said that I had it rolled down. He was not helpful at all and he was actually very mean!! I will never go to a Bonnie Mist owned car wash ever again!! Bad business....beware!!!

Been going to this carwash since I was a kid. Used to was my 64 Corvair there.

Worst place I have ever been. The owned manager whatever he was that wears the red shirt and talks fast was the very rude and disrespectful. I called in advanced to inquire about the detailing service. He told me to bring my car by to have them look at it and then they will schedule an appt on tuesday,wednesday, or Thursday bc the website prices was not accurate and it was based on condition of the car. So I took my car up there Friday to have them look at it while I was going over there different detailing styles with mean red shirt guy. My car alarm went off I turned around and had a guy in my face asking me for my keys to stop the alarm I then noticed 4 other guys washing and vacuuming out my car at the same time. I asked red shirt what are they doing, I thought you didnt detail but on tues-thurs and why is my alarm going off. Red shirt said oh well we not busy so we will go ahead and do it. I did not know what they were doing exactly bc I never even agreed to a detail style or price yet. Everything was happening to fast. And my alarm was still going off. So red shirt takes my keys and tries to silence the alarm and all of a sudden my car wouldnt start. Now my car has always started with no problems prior to me going to this car wash. So I ask red shirt what did they do to my car. He gets immediately angry and offensive and screams get this car out of here. I said wait why is the alarm going off and why wont it crank. He screams again. Not my problem move your car or ima have it towed. He continues to be rude and belligerent. I call family to come up there to assist me with finding out what occurred and why all of a sudden my car wont crank and the alarm wont stop. A cop comes over as well and noticed that red shirt is rude and telling lies saying his crew didnt touch my car at all when clearly they did. My car was soaked with water and red shirt screaming they didnt wash it that it rained even though it never rained and the sun was out. I contact my mechanic and found out with my car that when water gets into the control panel box it triggers the alarm so he walks me through how to reset it and low and behold my car cranks fine after that. Red shirt was very rude and disrespectful,loud and belligerent. I have never encountered someone so disgusting in my life. I would not recommend for no one to take there car there. Not only did he touch my car without my consent. But he messed something up in it. Immediately became rude and offensive and screamed. Unbelievable. Oh and I didnt pay for the half wash and vacuum his boys did without my consent that resulted in me being stuck at his shop for 2 hours with him screaming threats at me and my family calling us scam artists. Wow scam artists really? Do not take your car here. This man is a con artist. And clearly needs mental help as soon as possible. I have no idea how he has stayed in business. I wish I could give him negative stars. I have reported this to the BBB as well as Angie List. He is awful his business is awful and he needs to change his behaviour.

Best carwash ever.

High prices for the same work done in Hickory. Plus the outside wash was not great and neither was the inside cleaning. They missed some places beside the seats and behind the front seats.
