Rose did an amazing job. She paid close attention to detail, and wasn’t rushing. She did exactly what I asked. I have found my new nail salon after being dissatisfied with a couple others here in Lenoir City.

Really had a great pedicurehere today. I dont remember her name but she has been doing them for 23 years. She was amazing! She understood completely I didnt want the rubbing and massage part. Great experience and I will be back with my grown daughters.

Technician was meticulous and took her time! Very pleased!!

Was looking for a new place since mine went out of business. This one is good. Nice people and good service.

We were visiting in the area last week. We walked in & were taken without a wait.  My daughter had a pedi & gel nails & I had a pedi. They maintain excellent sanitation of sinks & tools. They required use of masks for the staff & customers with an explanation of protection for high risk clients. They also ask everyone to wash their hands on arrival. The staff were all cheerful, interacting & laughing with each other & clients. Our nails look great. Wish it wasnt 500 miles from where I live; I would go regularly.

I absolutely love this place. Whitney is who I generally use and she does an amazing job.

Even though there was plenty of space and not a lot of people in the building they rushed through my manicure and pedicure. The pedicure turned out ok but the manicure damaged my skin and nails. On top that, the polish on my nails looked like a toddler had painted them. Id gone here for a long time but I believe that was my last appointment there.

She did a really good job I was really satisfied ... I would recommend them to others ...

5-year customer and a winner at the 5-year Customer Appreciation Day on President’s Day 2020. Manicure and pedicure every 3-4 weeks. Excellent customer service by Karen and her employees. 😀

I was from out of town. Stopped in to have my nails and toes done. They treated like I was lasting customers. Very polite and did a great job on my nails and toes.

Best place in Lenoir City. And I have tried them ALL! Talented technicians and great atmosphere. And no fuss when I had to come in to have a couple nails fixed within a few days. In fact they tried to fix them and it didnt quite work out. But I got an entire redo service with no complaints, no accusations and no implied comments. Just great work, friendly service, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. And my redo service has been on for over 2 weeks now and looks great and holding strong. I have found my home salon. I wont be going anywhere else. And I have lots and lots and lots of colors to choose from and try out! :)

Its difficult to find a nail place with hygiene you can trust and this place certainly goes above and beyond! So many colors to choose from, very clean, relaxing atmosphere, and friendly staff especially Whitney!

Whitney gave me a manicure and she couldnt have been nicer or more talented. I mentioned that I liked a color that they did not have in stock and she MADE IT FOR ME! She was wonderful. Im in the area from out of town and Im glad I picked LV Nail Spa for my manicure and waxing.

All I can say is WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!This place is AWESOME! The staff was so friendly & polite. They make ya feel like they have always known you. While you are having your nails done they ask if you want anything to drink. Today was my 1st time and definately wont be my last! I am a customer 4 life! Karen was the lady that did my nails and she was not only Wonderful but was on top of the game!!!!!! I highly recomend this establishment to anyone and everyone!!!

To those of you writing bad reviews because your were not accommodated for your illness, please, find something better to complain about. I have a chronic illness but I still show up for appointments, and if I cant, I call well in advance so that my nail tech doesnt lose money sitting and waiting on me.Ive been going to this salon for two years and never had an issue.

I love LV Nails! Ive been there several times and have been very satisfied each time. Each time I have had an appointment, I have been greeted and someone has attended to me very quickly. They do a great job keeping everyone on time and making sure those who have appointments are serviced in a timely manner. I have always had and kept an appointment, so Im not sure about the walk in aspect of the salon. Karen and her staff make you feel comfortable the moment you walk in the door and provide a fun, friendly atmosphere. Britny does a fabulous job with both manicures and pedicures and does amazing nail art! Congrats to Karen on the recent 3 year anniversary of the shop. Im looking forward to seeing Britny for another pedicure soon!

I have been going to Karen before LV opened. I always receive the best compliments on my nails. Makes it worth the 35 minute drive. I recommend them to everyone that asks. Love Karen and Tony and all of the staff have been great.

Love to get my nails done there. Went yesterday and had a new person do my nails and she left me at station drying my nails. Usually they come back to see if they are dry, but apparently leaving for lunch was more important. I have several nails that need to be repaired. It was first bad experience there. Im hoping they will make it right when I go back for a repair Monday. Its a shame you pay $30 for a fill and you get someone who really doesnt care.

Poor quality of service. Gel polish all over my cuticles and skin. Im sure the paint will begin to peel off in a few days. Dont waste your time, and just go on to Knoxville to get a manicure service worth the money that lasts like it should.

This is one of my favorite shops. I love coming in to see Britny and Whitney. Britny always does my nails and she helps me match colors when I can’t decide what I want! She also does the best waxings. My eyebrows love her! Whitney usually does my pedicures and is so gentle! I’m so ticklish and she’s so careful every time.

I struggle with an anxiety disorder that makes it difficult to leave my home, but I needed a gel manicure so i finally went to get one. Worst experience Ive ever had. The lady who did my nails did not even give me time to look through their impressive selection of gel polishes before she started taking my hands and working on them so I was physically unable to look through the colors. So I ended up with a color I dont even like that much. She was very rude and way more interested in the notifications popping up on her phone and quickly stopped my manicure to answer them. Then made me feel ultra pressured to tip her. Terrible, Ill never go back, wishing I could get a refund.

We visit this place to have pedicures done. We were all very happy with them. I would return here for sure.

Horrible. Worst nail experience. My gel polish looks terrible. The polish is all over my skin and looks like an amateur did it. It took 2 hours to get gel polish on. They left me sitting there for 40 min with the Polish remover on my nails. My fingers started to burn and i had to take the foil off myself. Will never go back. The girl who did my nails was named nicole.

5/5 - Would recommend !!!My mom and I have been coming here for over a year! I brought my entire bridal party to LV to get our nails done before my wedding. Britny even came to my wedding ! ! I’ve never had any issues with needing to reschedule and if I’m late I just call ahead. We see Britny for our nails and waxes. Whitney does our pedicures ! When Britny has been out in the past, Novia has done my nails and she did well too!!

Well considering Ive had my nails on for a straight month and they still look decent and none have came off that says it all

Poor quality. Service is mediocre. I go to Soho Nails now. The nail techs dont seem to know whos in charge they complain about each other constantly and well the actual manager doesnt seem to ever know whats going on. I would only go to Karen as she was the best one. So I followed her to the salon she works at now.

Very Clean! They sterilize their instruments! Usually get fast service even walk-in. Friendly Employees!
