When I visited Lavish last, I noticed the employees making rude comments in Vietnamese not only about the customer next to me. Then about 20 minutes later I hear, the owner, Jimmy talking poorly about his receptionist to another customer. I feel this is very unprofessional and will not be using this service again

This place is great! Went in to get a manicure and pedicure for myself and my daughter they were friendly. It was a little pricey but worth it. We both left so relaxed. I recommend Jenny she takes her time.

My two daughters and I went to have nails done. They both had manicures and I had a pedicure. My pedicure was okay. Still have a lot of dry skin on the bottom of my heel and side of my foot. But still loved the relaxing time. One of my daughters nails came out perfect. But my other daughter didnt have the same person. They really didnt look good at all. Very thick and crooked. But we will give them another chance just to see if it happened to be a fluke day.

Second time here at Lavish, they do a nice pedicure with a variety of 3 different levels of service. I have had level 1 and 2 so far. Bother come with a massage to the legs and feet, the second one comes with a leg mask and callous removal. Friendly, efficient service.

My daughter and I went in on September 3rd. The day before my wedding. We were both supposed to get new sets done. The guy that did mine did not listen or do as I asked. He cut just about everyone of my fingers the nails arent the same shape or size. I couldnt even get pics of my hands on my wedding day. They were so sore and look awful. Ive been to this place multiple times before and never had this happen. Im so sad and let down. It was for my wedding for crying out loud.

I paid $60 for the worst pedicure Ive ever had. The entire process took about 25 minutes. No foot or calf massage. Nails look to be painted by someone who has never painted nails. I had gel polish so I am unable to repair the horrible paint job unless I go to another salon. I had a brow and lip wax and my lipped was burned in 3 different places. My entire face was covered in some sort of weird oil when I left so I did not notice the burns until I got in the car. My boyfriend actually looked at me and said what happened to your face. Most people cant even tell when Ive had my brow and lips done, I barely even turn red. I called them today to let them know what happened, I didnt want to write a bad review before giving them the chance to make it right. They made no offer to make it right. She said sorry, thank you for calling. I tipped way too much and deeply regret that decision. Lavish Nails reminded me why I normally go to Farragut to get my nails done.I will never come to your business again. You didnt offer that on the phone and your only offering it now to try and make yourself look better. I dont trust anyone at Lavish Nails at this point.

This salon uses OPI...the best of the best in gel polish. Wendy was my nail tech. She did a great job on the manicure and on the polish. Great attention to detail.

I came here after having a bad experience at another salon and let me say, I will definitely be back!Zaira did my nails and did a wonderful job. She was gentle and did not rush through the job. She took her time and made sure things were done correctly. After my experience with a previous salon that left me with cuts all over my fingers, I definitely appreciated the effort that was put forth. Im pretty simple with my nails. My nails are always naturally long even if I dont have them done so I like getting them dipped to help prevent breakage and the color lasts so much better than polish.The salon itself is also very stylish and extremely clean with tons of colors to pick from. This salon is out of my way but definitely worth it for the quality work performed here.

If I could give them a zero rating I would. I will not be back. My pedicure was rushed, I barely got my foot massage or hot stone therapy... the guy could barely wrap a hot towel around my feet and legs. My polish was so sloppy a five year old could have done a better job. I paid $60.00 and felt completely ripped off. I wouldnt recommend this place. Ever.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This was my first time going there after moving to Lenoir city. I was trying to find a new nail Place. I kept reading all the good reviews and was like I’ll give it a try. When I say I will never go back in there. I WILL NEVER GO BACK nor will I recommend this place. I was there for two hours after making an appointment. Left waiting 30 minutes after getting my toes to get my nails done. The guy who done my nails was jerking my hand and arms around which was hurting me. He cut my finger open twice and just kept going my nails look absolutely awful.

Great people, would have been a 5 star but I was forced to wear a mask.Please dont ask your customers to cover their faces when your employees are showing off their noses. If your going to make everyone wear one, wear it right... or drop the charade!

My natural nails were over dremeled significantly, and a metal dremel tip was used on my cuticles and it burned the top of most of them, one of them I actually had to flinch back from. The manicurist was apologetic when I flinched but seemed so distracted throughout the whole process that I felt like I was inconveniencing them just by being there so I was to nervous to say that the others hurt too.This was my first time at this establishment and needless to say I will not be going back.

Catfish is always great here. This year is no exception. Busy place. Look forward to returning soon.

Pricey for the service, but adequately done. I had powder dip nails done and it was $40 for the application only. No cuticle care or manicure features of any kind. They do mechanically file old gel/powder off, so if you don’t want your nails ruined, soak your old off before going in. Everyone was polite and attentive and the salon is clean and attractive. My nails look good but again, the price was wrong for me.

My appointment was for 5pm. Waited until 615pm and then left. Not once did the young woman at the appointment desk come over and tell me why they couldnt get me in. I was scheduled for a pedicure and fill but after waiting so long I just left. I am disabled and was unable to sit on the hard chair any longer. I will never use them.

Had mani-pedi. Got cut 2x had blood dripping down my foot. Mani was cut again. A man did my Mani-pedi. Him and another female employee talked the whole time which maybe why I got cut. Also no recognition or apology. When I said ouch the 2nd time. Will try again. A friend wanted clear polish on their toes not done. Didnt mention a 3rd time. So maybe wont try again.

Im always nervous about trying new nail salons, you hear horror stories. I finally broke down and made an appointment and am so glad I did. Lavish is clean, inviting and a pleasant experience. Bill did a great job and Im looking forward to my next pedicure.

It was good i did schedule an appointment for gel acrylics but they went ahead and did regular paint and it was kinda rushed they were uneven and poorly. I will make sure to speak up when i go again but all in all I did like it there it was clean and quiet i will just schedule an earlier appointment.

I needed my nails done and wanted to try something a little closer to home. This salon is very beautiful and smells wonderful! Everything was very clean! Danny did a wonderful job on my nails, and Im very picky! He told me that if anything happened to one of my nails in the first two weeks that he would fix it at no charge. Thats a wonderful guarantee! I will definitely be a returning customer!

Today was my 1st visit to Lavish. My daughter and I got pedicures. What a wonderful experience! The cleanest pedicure I’ve ever had! The bowls are lined with one time use plastic and all instruments are sanitized and packaged. You choose what type of pedicure you want and the items used are in a kit with everything they are going to use on you. No scooping out of a big container or pumping lotion out of a big bottle of lotion which prevents cross contamination. The pedicure itself was heavenly! It was hard to stay awake! Very relaxing!! I felt the pricing was fair for what you get and for me you can’t put a price on cleanliness. It’s true you get what you pay for! However, it is still very affordable. I will definitely be a return customer. Thanks for a great treat for my daughter and I!

This Nail Salon was the First I have been to in almost 4 years and I was so pleased with the service I received! This establishment is very clean and very comfortable. The decor is fresh and new. Jimmy was very courteous and helpful and all of the staff was very friendly and professional! I chose to get the dip nails and they turned out beautiful! I will definitely be back again to try out other colors!!! If you want a place to get your nails done that you will get good quality service every time go to Lavish Nails!!!

Jimmy the owner of the company was wonderful to communicate with as were all the staff. They put our needs first and helped guide us to the best product and service. They pampered us and made us feel valued as customers. The salon was clean and they practiced great hygiene with their supplies and their equipment. I recommend them above anyplace in Lenoir City. Makes this your first stop you wont regret it.

My gel set looked as if I had growth of about a week and a half under them directly after having them done and then they all popped off within 3 days of having them done; my pedicure was done nicely and I enjoyed having the pedicure done. But I won’t be back for a set of nails.

Ive been getting my nails done on and off for years but this is by far the best salon Ive been to. The gentleman that did them did an excellent job. I got the dip powder for the first time ever and Im obsessed with them. And I love the open layout of the salon. Beautiful, calming space to relax.

Today was my first time in 15yrs that Ive had my nails done. I was used to the traditional acrylics but I trusted them and went with the dips out of curiosity and another girls recommendation. Let me say this.... AMAZIIIIIING!!! They cut up, its relaxed, beautiful place, and extraordinarily reasonable. And they dried almost instantly!! Usually by now I have gouges, scratches and such but NOPE! I cant recommend this place enough! I found a new home. Thankful to have found them! I will be back! THE BEST!!!

I am very pleased with my experiences here!Last Friday my daughter and I came in, I done the gel nails, and my daughter (7yrs old) had her nails painted and a pedicure. They treated her like a princess which wa any main goal. They talked to her like she was a human and was really there. They didn’t ignore her or act like they didn’t care about what she had to say. Today I notice that my nails I had just done a week ago, started to chip. I called to ask if they would redo them and the manager( I never caught his name) told me to come in and they would look at it. I went in and he took the time to take the old color off let me pick a different color and apply it. I was the last person of the day and he never once made me feel bad, or even rushed. He took his time to make sure it was right. I love this place and will continue to go back!

I tried this place for the first time while visiting Lenoir city. I’m OCD with my nails so this might provoke my 1 star review, but after waiting around 20, 25 minutes...I go sit down and a male begins doing my nails. He was about to start painting my nails before I told him he didn’t cut my cuticles (which looked horrendous Bc they had grown out and were dry since my last manicure). He proceeded to tell me I would have to go back to the waiting area and wait for another manicurist if I wanted a “clean job”. I have never heard of such a thing in my life.I paid for a full manicure, not a polish change.

First time. All I needed was a fill in and Steve ruined my nails!! The acrylic wouldn’t set because it was too liquify when he was applying it. After telling him I thought something was wrong he went on to do the other hand. Then tried using a fan for 10 mins to dry and then finally used acetone to remove the acrylic he just applied. I don’t see how he could even be a licensed nail tech. Needless to say I left in worse condition than when I came. Now my nails are thin and shorter still need a fill and now no polish.:( super frustrated!!!

I had Rose. I’ve been to at least 3 other nail spa’s and I was never satisfied till this time. I absolutely love them and will definitely be back!! Rose was amazing!

I had been pleased with my nails for a two sns dips so I was gonna go back but when I got them done by tony, within a couple days three of them were chipping because it was dipped way too thin and I was losing my nail underneath because of it chipping. Went in to get it redone and I had to pay full price. FULL PRICE! For a botched job!!! Instead of tony taking responsibility. So what should have lasted at least a two to three weeks, I had to get redone a few days later at full price. This is ridiculous! Yall should be ashamed. You could clearly see that the sns dip was thinner than my actual nail. I have seen better quality from other employees. So I know its not just how they do things. I hadnt ever had an issue before. Maybe he needs to be retrained.

If I could give them negative stars I would. So let me just tell you about my experience here at Lavish . I wanted to get my Acrylics off and go back to dip powder and I thought they’d soak them off (like they are suppose to) but no the dude ripped them off with an acrylic tip and they were not that old so they were still very connected to my real nail! By the time he finished (in less then 5 mins) Half my nails are to the nubs bleeding and hurt so bad to the point that my fingers were so hot from the pain. Then instead of stoping noticing I was bleeding and had hardly nails left he continued without saying a word to me! He uses a damn drill and everything even though you could see my nails were so thin and low it was only going to hurt me. Not only did he hurt me but continued to even cut my skin that is holding my nail tips on which feels like paper cuts x10! If I knew they were going to just rip the off I wouldn’t have paid for that I could have done that at home!!! They even charged me 10$ for the removal! After all this in less then 30 mins of course bc he only is worried about getting people in and out I had payed 45$ to get tortured! I am not a person to make a big deal out of things or I’m to scared to say something so I just left and cried in my car because I have never felt so tortured And I was so mad I got treated that way without a single care! Over all don’t waste your money here.

I went there yesterday to get a nail fill and i had been two previous times. i walked out with nails that looked terrible. i tried to say something but they continued to talk over so i respectfully paid and left. i will discontinue my business and i will encourage others as well.
