They did a great job on my vehicle. I hit some road debris and was referred by State Farm. Very friendly, and was able to get it done on short notice. Although I hope I dont have to, I will come back if I need to.

I wish I would’ve had a chance to try them out, but after calling for weeks I give up. I take my car there because it’s having issues, they keep it for a day and then tell me they have to call me with an quote. So I pick up my car and wait a couple of days, then I call and they still can’t get me a quote. This goes on for a few weeks before I just gave up. It took me a minute to find a price online for the part I mainly was just wondering about the labour. I just don’t get it

Reeds is THE local place to go for great body work and general mechanical work.Ed, the owner, is a great guy and has always been able to keep my truck looking brand new. Unfortunately, Ive had to take advantage of his crew more than once! But results have always outstanding.

I broke down . The police called them to help. I was assured they would take credit cards. ( I had no access to cash) The driver came & hooked the car up without seeing me.(I was talking to the police. Then told me it was cash only. And since it was hooked up I must have $200. They took the car to the shop. Next day I asked them to look at it 4 hours later A very rude lady called & said that they dont know whats wrong yet & wont look at it until Monday. (Four days later.) In the meantime it is a $30 a day storage fee. I had to call another tow to get my car back. Even then they tried to make it very hard so my car would be locked up for the weekend (at $30 a day) I got my car back but I am out $355 and had to miss 2 hours of work to get it back & no repairs were done.

Reeds Automotive Enterprises is not a reputable towing service. The driver who towed my daughter’s vehicle caused further damage to her car by not using the correct towing method necessary for the original disablement. We were advised by the second towing company that the driver should have used a wheel lift but instead he choose to strap tow chains to the undercarriage as well as the disabled tire, and drag the car up onto a flatbed which resulted in additional damage to the surrounding equipment that was otherwise fine before the tow. When I asked the driver directly who secured the vehicle for transport, he choose to lie and place blame on another driver who wasn’t even there rather than owning up to his actions. Additionally, when I asked other workers and business staff at Reeds about it no one seemed to know anything or even which tow truck he used. As an unfortunate result to Reeds Automotive Enterprises’ overall negligence, I’ve had to pay an additional sum to have a second tow company retrieve my daughter’s car from Reeds storage yard, and the added costs to repair the damage caused by one of their employees. I would strongly advise anyone considering the use of Reeds Automotive Enterprises in Lemont, IL to look elsewhere for a company who actually has integrity and good moral standards.

Owner is a great guy! Has always been helpful and fixed my car right the first time!

My front bumper was loose & was missing two bumper retainers. The gentlemen grabbed 2 retainers and installed them at no cost. I was told 30 bucks from another shop. Thank you reeds

Always great service at a fair price

Told me my car would be ready in 4 days, on the 4th day didnt get a single call from them until I decided to check myself. Told me it would be another 4 days because they ordered the wrong bumper. On the 4th day called again and pushed the pick up date even further. Poor communication with customers overall.

Actually i would not even give 1 star ..had a horrible experience with this company .after our car was totaled nearby and this is the service that was called ..probably the closest to the accident
