Ive been taking our vehicles to Rick for more years then I want to remember. Throughout the years Rick and staff have become friends because his work ethics and most of all the pride and integrity he takes in your vehicle. We have sent many of or friends and family his way. Finding a good mechanic that you can trust has always been a challenge for me until we found Rick. Rick and staff will not hesitate to help with any situation and go above and beyond the scope of work required.The only downside would be Rick will have to retire some day in the far future. Valley Truck and Auto is through and does not give you the run around. They are honest, fair, and will take care of all your truck and auto needs. When my 1990 Toyota Pick Up died on me I called several different auto shops to get a quote and they all spat out a number based on information I said over the phone without once looking at the truck. When I called Rick at Valley Truck and Auto he was honest and told me he could not give me a quote until he saw the truck in person and inspected it. From that first interaction I knew Valley Truck and Auto was where I wanted to get my truck worked on. It turned out that we needed to rebuild our engine. Rick updated me every step of the way and waited for my approval before doing the work. Even after the engine was installed and there were some minor things that needed to be tuned Rick took care of me. My truck now runs better than when I first bought it! I am grateful for Valley Truck and Auto!

The thing that impressed me first was that when I called, Rick the owner asked me my name. From that moment on it became a very good customer/business relationship. I knew what needed to be repaired and Rick explained how they would go about it and why they take the steps that they do. The second thing that impressed me was that they do a tremendous amount of business vehicle and fleet work. That means that they have to do it in a timely manner and it has to be done right. They also look at your vehicle in the long term. Not only what it needs right now but what to look for in the future. And finally, when I picked it up Rick explained exactly what was done. Auto service was provided to my 2006 Ford Focus. The car is getting up in age and A LOT is being replaced so I need honest trust worthy mechanics to help with its maintenance. Its hard to find good people and good business sometimes, especially when seeking honest work on your vehicle/diesel. Rick is all that and more. I cant say enough about Valley Truck and Auto. Very curtious and professional and provides in depth explaination for all services provided or required. I have brought my Ram 1500 to Rick a number of times and each time the bill is less than I expect or predict. Unfortunately, Im moving out of the area and Im bummed because Im hoping I can find an establishment as great as Valley Truck and Auto.

Fabulous, trustworthy to have work done on your vehicle. Very thorough and they stand by their work! Honest! Cant say enough good about them. They combed through my vehicle and went to bat for me with the warranty people to have the repairs paid. YOU MUST give them a chance. You will never go anywhere else! I gave Valley Truck and Auto 5 stars and only wish I could give them more! My father started taking his cars there around 15 years ago and Ive been taking mine there for around 5 years. Rick and the crew are wonderful to deal with and extremely competent. While Rick will tell you what needs repaired he doesnt try to sell you up. Twice in the last few months hes told me about something that we should keep an eye on instead of telling me I had to do it like other mechanics would have. Finally, last Summer I took my motorhome in at the last minute before a trip and they stayed until 9:00 PM on a Friday night to finish it so I could leave on time! I cant say enough good things about Valley Truck and Auto. You should take your car there!

Hands down, the best shop in town. I drive a 20 year old commercial box truck with 200,000 miles on it that should have been lit on fire ten years ago, but it gets the job done...with the help of Ricks crew at Valley Truck and Auto. Every time I bring my tired old truck into the shop, they make room and get to work and I never feel ripped off. Theyre fast, professional and have always been straight forward about costs so theres no surprises. People should realize that auto repair is not only labor intensive, its complicated. Most cars today have more computers in them than a small office. So you need a mechanic thats not only smart, but also ethical and capable. Ricks crew is all three. You wont be disappointed.
